This roofing team worked extremely hard, Throughout the entire process. Supervisor Bob worked with my insurance company to get the best Replacement for me which included getting both my roof and gutters replaced. The workers were very polite Courteous and did a tremendous job from the insulation to the cleanup. Too notch work I couldn’t be more satisfied. I would recommend them to anybody, anytime. And to top it off the roof looks great!!

I've been working with them on two of my properties, and both work were done quite well. They are responsive to my request, and they made the work done pretty efficiently. What's most important to me is that they back their work so that if anything ever happen to the parts they worked on, they are more than willing to return to the house and get it done properly.

I was initially unsure about getting a new siding, our house 8 years old but the builder really
didn’t install the siding right. We always had problems with the siding from day 1. We had hardie
siding and all the pieces were coming off. They showed all the issues to us and we made a

Just imagine ... New Years Eve just before twilight. Yours and your spouse's cell phones suddenly go off with that high-pitched piercing shriek signaling a severe weather warning meaning "GO HIDE!" So of course we ran to the French doors in the den to see what's coming [sheesh, but typical]. The sky was black to the northwest and before we could say "shades of Wizard of Oz" the roar of an apocalyptic wind was upon us. We watched trees and shrubs bend like in a hurricane, heard a horrendous groaning, then a great crack and our house suddenly shook as if hit by a speeding train. Several neighborhood doors opened and we heard someone scream from up behind our house.
Now dark outside, my husband carefully opened the patio door and stepped out in driving rain to see a huge 70+ foot tree lying just beyond the patio. The top third obscured our deck, having struck our house and bounced across the roof finally striking above the master bedroom leaving a four foot hole in the roof and ceiling above the bed. The ceiling had collapsed onto the bed, tree branches and debris littered the room and rain poured in. Luckily, we had been watching TV in the den at the other end of the house.
After placing containers under the hole to catch the water cascading in, we called our insurance company and they immediately recommended a couple of roofing companies -- one of whom was USA STORM ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION GROUP. Over the last 45+ years we have lived in our home, we've needed the services of a roofing company a few times. USA Storm would be the fourth company on the heels of three very unhappy experiences. We dreaded making the phone call ... late on New Years Eve, of all things ... but we left a message and wondered if anyone would hear it. My cell phone rang pretty quickly and a USA Storm rep immediately put us at ease, assuring us a crew would be out first thing in the morning to secure the hole and get that huge blue tarp put up to protect us from the snow storm now forecasted in the immediate future. They were here at 7:30 the next morning on New Years Day! We accepted their bid from the ones we invited.
As soon as they could begin work after the significant snowfall, the USA Storm crew arrived. We were astounded at the speed, professionalism and competence with which these wonderful people worked to restore the structural strength of our roof support, remove the nightmare roofing work of those past experiences and install our beautiful new roof. This was a whole pleasantly different experience. We cannot begin to express just how grateful we are to the team at USA Storm Roofing for their prompt, experienced and talented work. Our project manager was an absolute delight to work with. Perhaps equally important, they cheerfully cleaned up the site after they completed the new roof installation in the dead of winter, leaving us better than when they began. We can't say enough great things about USA Storm Roofing and wholeheartedly recommend them. In September 2024, USA Storm Roofing repaired our roof, installed a solar-powered attic fan, and added attic insulation. They were one of the most professional companies we’ve ever worked with. They were transparent every step of the way, showing us pictures of what was causing the leaks and how they planned to fix them. We cannot recommend them enough! For context, our
roof was only about 6 years old and was installed by a company approved by our previous
homeowner’s insurance. Unfortunately, it was clear from the issues and the photos USA Storm
Roofing shared with us that the roof wasn’t installed properly, and subpar materials were used.
Quality really does matter, and USA Storm Roofing proved that with their excellent work!
