I called Dillon out for a stairs project for me. He was extremely polite, and we talked over possible problems as we scheduled his initial visit. When he came out to price the job, he was respectful and professional to deal with.
While working on the project, he found some poor craftsmanship from the initial installer, walked me through it, then fixed things the correct way.
