My grandparents paid to have their house painted in Sep of 2023 and as of July 2024 the job still isn’t done. Carlos has repeatedly said he would show up and finish and they only came one time and pressure washed and they were 3 hours late. As of today the job still isn’t even close to being done. We have asked for the money back or the job to be finished and he’s done neither.

We aren’t even sure if he is still licensed to do the work he’s doing. He’s blocked my number when I asked for updates and info on his business. It’s embarrassing for him to do this to an elderly couple when he already has their money.
