Great value for money, the work was done really well. I can't tell where the work starts and stops it fits in that well. Tom and Kyle were really professional, they were here over the weekend and no impact to the family at all and the dogs loved checking in on the work.

Recently had a cedar siding job done on our 36 year old Cape Cod style house, the workers were on time daily, professional, courteous and the workmanship was great. Owner had an over estimation on the material needed, but took care of the pick up and credited us without an issue. We could not be happier.

Prestige Construction knocked it out of the park with our new sliding door and windows. Their team was all about hard work and it shows in the results. I really appreciated their attention to detail — it really made a difference.

Plus, their communication throughout the project was fantastic, keeping me in the loop at all times. I highly recommend them — and we’ll definitely be working with them for future projects.

I would like to start with how pleased I am with my new deck built by Prestige Construction in September 2022. We had an old wooden deck that was rotting out and surrounded by a hugely overgrown hedge (making our back yard closed off and blocking our view). Our new deck opened up the back yard, creating an open and inviting living space. It is amazing how removing the hedge and getting a new deck installed makes our backyard so much more livable and pleasant to be in.

Secondly, I was very pleased with the work done by Prestige Construction. This is a professional construction company that knows how to build outstanding decks, and the construction team was excellent in how they approached building the deck.

Well, we would have loved to have them completely remodel our bathroom but they never showed up for the consultation. I drove 20 minutes from work and missed my lunch break to get an estimate. I’ve tried calling them for two days now but no one answers the phone and the mailbox isn’t set up. ‍♀️

I just had Jay and Prestige Construction replace an existing, large, upper story deck that was nearly falling down. They did the work from complete demo to complete build-out. They did a fantastic job! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional job done right and on schedule for a fair price.

Professional, courteous, and considerate was the crew from Prestige which helped me finish upgrading my garage exterior. They installed, primed, and painted new siding and upgraded the trim. Even though weather and the unexpected delayed the finish temporarily, the crew worked within the contracted amount. I am very pleased.

They did a new deck, replaced some old siding and painted two sides of my house and did a great job. They got started ahead of schedule, did everything exactly how I envisioned, and were meticulous. Couldn’t be happier.

I hired prestige redo all of the siding, windows, and fascia on my rental property in Reno. The entire experience was amazing. I had many other contractors come out to give me an estimate and no other companies compared to their attention detail, professionalism, and skill set.

Kudos to Jay and his crew for doing an excellent job constructing a Trex deck with wrought iron railing to our home. Kirk, Travis and Will showed an amazing work ethic during heat temps of 100+ degrees weather. We were impressed at the amount of detail they showed to get the job done well. They demonstrated awesome professionalism throughout the project. At some point, would like to get them back to add a pergola to finish the deck. We would definitely recommend Prestige Construction.

Please be careful of this guy! He’s a good talker, but the fact is that he quit my job after removing 95% of my siding and then demanding payment. If he’d removed 100% like the contract stated, I would have paid him. I still have a bruise on my face from when he tackled me and drove my glasses into my face with a headlock. These are just facts. He didn’t terminate the contract, he simply demanded money I didn’t owe him, and then he assaulted me. If anything I’m saying is false, then he’ll sue me. But he can’t, because I have the photos to show that the work he was supposed to do wasn’t done. Look, he’s got some nice reviews here, but take a look at his operation. Are you looking at a successful pro, or are you looking at a person who can barely pay his bills? Go to his office, check out his pos truck. Is this a guy who is thriving based on solid business practices, or is he someone who spends more time polishing his image than swinging a hammer?

We hired Prestige to build a deck addition to our house. The quality of their work was excellent and at a very fair price. Their crew was supper to work with, very polite and clearly demonstrated their construction knowledge. We would definitely use them again.

We had two 1980 vintage bathrooms completely re modled. Tile showers, one with a glass enclosure on two sides, one with a sliding door. The floor and shower tiles are beautiful and beautifully installed. the quality of the work and the materials has surpassed our expectations. All of the craftsmen that worked on our project were not only highly skilled professionals, they were perfectly pleasant gentlemen. A special word of thanks to Tom and Phil, who spent the most time here, and were certainly responsible for the fine finish work.

We were looking to add a deck to our backyard to enjoy the unobstructed view. We got multiple quotes which were all outrageous. Prestige Building quoted a good price, and now that they are finished, we see is unmatched in the quality of the work. The contractors were clean, polite, and extremely meticulous in their work product. We can't wait to put our new deck to use, and will definitely use their services again. We highly recommend this company.

Prestige made our dream kitchen rebuild/remodel happen and we couldn’t be happier! Turned lemons into lemonade after having water damage and we sprung for custom cabinet, granite slab, and lighting upgrades. They handled everything (including their subcontractors) in a precise, customer-focused manner and in a logical sequence. Jay literally went the extra mile by driving to Stockton to pick up flooring that was on short-order locally (in the middle of the COVID-19 craziness)! They led us to R & S Cabinets, which we also cannot say enough good things about. And the final product is frickin’ stunning! We will use them for upgrades to our bathrooms, as well, since they showed amazing skill in remodeling, project management, AND outstanding customer care!

Do your research and hire a general contractor that will actually use licensed subs for work such as tile installation, plumbing, electrical, ect. Prestige holds a C-3 license which is carpentry, maintenance, and minor repairs. Look them up on the Nevada State Contractors Board and you will see that they have a citation on there for doing unlicensed work. If you need tile work or plumbing or whatever, i recommend getting a contractor that will hire the appropriate sub contractors. One picture is of how they totally had no regard for a brand new vanity and you can see how they take care of cauck work for tile. We hired Prestige to replace our front entry stairs and they did an excellent job. Jay and Roger have put together a great team of carpenters who are professional, pleasant and easy to work with. The crews were on time each day, cleaned up the work site at the end of each day and did amazing work. Jay always answers his phone or returns calls in a timely manner - an unusual trait in my experience with other contractors. We would hire them again, and highly recommend them to others.

This is a fairly new company but I know the owner and have seen several of their projects and I am sure they are an up and coming name to look out for. They bid fair and get work done on time which is something to be said in this line of work. I would recommend Prestige for any commercial or residential carpentry job that you can throw at them.

I used Jay and Prestige Building Solutions for a repair at a 4-unit apartment building that I own in Reno, NV. Jay is very professional and did excellent work. I highly recommend and they will be my first call next time another repair or project comes up!!
