Called about a repair on a French Door that had been installed about 1.5 years ago. Had some leaks after a few storms rolled through. I thought they’d give us a hard time to not fix it but they came out in two days and fixed it on their first visit. No problems since. James, Will, and Leo were the guys on the team and I would recommend them.

James and Will were early and immediately went to work with the repair. They were both courteous and professional. The repair was explained when finished to my satisfaction.

We recently had our back patio sliding door installed by Presidential Exteriors. The team who installed our door was awesome and overall great customer service. Thank you Juan and Selvin for the attention to details and for answering all of our questions!

James Cerron was very professional and knowledgeable about my windows. He was here for a service/warranty call. One of my windows cracked. It will be replaced free of charge. Excellent service, quality windows, 11 windows installed in a day. There was minor damage to drywall in one spot from removing the old window, and they promptly repaired and repainted, looks like new!

The process was seamless from beginning to end. Project managers , Vick, Nick and Billy provided expert advice throughout this process. The preparation, work and clean up was done very professionally. The roofing crew worked expeditiously as a team and are well organized. Just had presidential exteriors on my whole house Monday and they look great! Vick came by and did a final inspection the same day and everything went smooth. The following day I noticed something atheistically that was off so I contacted Vick since I have a lifetime warranty. He immediately came out and took pictures, heard my concern, and he came up with a solution. He scheduled a service to take care of my concern while he was here. I’m very impressed how this company stand by their warranty!!!

8/01/2025 Update - The technician came on the scheduled day and fixed all requested items, plus an extra that I didn’t point out to Vick. He also inspected small areas around the windows and gave more inhancements, e. g. caulking. I am very satisfied his work and the professional manner. I will have his services and whole team

Presidential Exteriors lived up to their name. My house is over 40 years old but looks just built! The entire staff and contractors were excellent! My PM, Nate, was exceptional. Call Presidential Exteriors and ask for Nate.

Presidential Exteriors replaced all my doors and windows 20 months ago. The rubber belt under the door was detached starting 2 mints ago. Today PE sent two technicians to fix. James and Angel are skillful and bice. They fixed the old issue and help to fix my storm door lock too.

Had James and Leo work a second warrantee requirement since the installation of Hardie Board siding, gutters, and windows, doors, & garage door trim. Gutter that was leaking at the seem by the front door was professionally and courteously repaired and has not leaked since. It was very refreshing, especially given the rather substantial amount of investment to resource this project, to see how quickly Presidental Exteriors responded to both warrantee requirements proving they stand behind their word and work. High praise to James, Leo, Ryan, Will and the rest of the team.

As a former law enforcement officer, my expectations for service is very high. Two years ago, I had several projects that were completed that was done in an excellent manner. Two weeks ago, my screen door broke and Presidential Exteriors sent Mr. James C. to complete the work. I felt compelled to write a review because I was so impressed with James's professionalism and his willingness to go beyond what was called for.

Presidential Exteriors finish both the Roofing and Gutters installation on time, Vick came today and did a final walkthrough with me, trouble-free in the whole process.

I worked with Adam Landis today. He gave me a very thorough presentation that included what repairs I should prioritize and further options for cosmetic upgrades. He offered clear explanations and I feel prepared to make an informed decision.

Initially, I thought the price was more but later realized that for the quality of service, price was reasonably appropriate. They are the best in the business of roof installation. Angel was the GREATEST, his attention to detail was outstanding he sowed real concern that I was really happy with my new garage doors and took extra time to ensure I knew how they worked. This company advertises excellent customer service however I received no such thing; in fact when I voiced a valid complaint I was assured a supervisor would call me back. This did not happen. My situation required a quick turnaround so I chose siding that was in stock and available and I would be notified when the job would start; I did not receive a call - I had to call a week and a half later to follow up only to be told I chose a siding that had to be special ordered.
Yes, it was blamed on me, not the reps who helped me choose that particular siding. I was not even apologized to for their company departments who screwed up. Oh and don't choose their financing...interest is charged per day not per month... You could end up paying thousands in interest. Would not recommend this company.

Super happy with this crew and the professional job they did! New roof (Brian), beautiful Hardie siding (Kim), sliding glass door (Joe), porch fence and posts (Juan). AJ kept us informed and all the right parts on order, Johan was incredible, visiting most days to check in. They quickly responded to questions. Large teams made the project move along quickly and they were experts in their areas. We loved that they cleaned up thoroughly every day. More than happy with the “new” house. We just moved into the house a week ago and quickly realized that the exterior doors needed to be replaced. I had heard about Presidential Exteriors before, and today they happened to knock on our door and offer a free home inspection. Adam came by later the same day and gave us a detailed quote for replacing the patio and sliding deck doors. He was incredibly friendly, respectful, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and gave us the confidence to move forward with them for our project. We’re so glad we met them and chose their services—we can’t wait to see the final result!

I had a great experience with Armon. He came to our house to give us free estimate to replace windows and gutters. He was such a passionate and kind. He provided details of window specs, warranties and company information. My wife and I were very impressed with him and decided to replace 10 windows and gutters instead of 4 windows. Adam Landis from Presidential Exteriors stopped by today. He patiently and thoroughly walked through our house with us, and explained to us what are needed done for our 20 plus years old house. He walked us through the improvement process that are so desperately required for our house before it gets worse, such as the sidings, windows, and especially our patio door that is rotting away due to age and hash weather conditions. At the end, he offered us the repair and improvement services with a very reasonable price. We are truly appreciated his professional guidance and are looking forward to a house renewal project to be start real soon.

My overall experience with Presidential Exteriors has been great from my initial consultation with Armon, installation process (forgot his name), to the final walkthrough with Nathaniel. Everyone is very professional and communication was good from start to finish. Installation took a few hours, the guys were on time, cleaned up the job site and answered any questions i had during the process. James of Presidential Exteriors stopped by to adjust a screen door and did a great job. He explained his process and resolved the closure issue we had experienced. The schedule process involving Will and James at Presidential was also very efficient and professional.

I coordinated with Leo, to have our door sweep corrected because it had cracked off. He ordered the new parts necessary and had James to come out to fix the broken door sweep. Presidential Exteriors just finished a project in my house, and still have the windows to do. Everything was on an excellent level, the work and professionalism was perfect. Communication is something very important to me, and they exceeded mine and my husband’s expectations, especially the project manager Johan Ford, he was checking constantly and was always keeping us on the loop with what each crew was doing. Will 100% recommend for future references.

These guys rang my doorbell 10 times and were extremely RUDE.
Lied about working on a job for my neighbor.
When I asked why he rang the bell 10 times he lied and said it must be my doorbell. My doorbell has a video camera showing 2 different men ringing the bell multiple times.
I had to ask them to leave several times before the grifters to get off my property. They would not show ID or produce a permit for canvassing in Fairfax County. They are obviously breaking the law by not getting a permit. I'll be reporting them to the county. They probably are not properly licensed as well. When a home improvement company lies to you, can you really trust them with your home?

The service I’ve received from Presidential Exteriors, has been of the highest quality from start to finish. With no intention of replacing the windows in my aging home, the seemingly young person, Jordan, describing the products, features, options, benefits, and cost was outstanding. The intermediate contact with Erica, was respectful and appropriate. The Project Coordinator, Nate; his on-site supervisor, Vince and all of the installation crew were professional and timely throughout the job that was completed without issues. Presidential Exteriors did an awesome job, providing a service that I’ve needed for many years. The windows are beautiful and adds value to my home. They even did a follow-up visit to ensure everything was as expected. As if that wasn’t enough, they left "a parting gift" (thank-you cookies). This is what excellent service used to look like.

Presidential exteriors did a fantastic job replacing our roof- it was on time and on budget and the workers did a very thorough job with the clean up. Johan and Aj and the crew were extremely easy to work with.

This is to be our second project with Presidential Exteriors and it is turning out to be as totally positive as the first. The evaluation of our current project (insulation and bay window replacement) was conducted by an extremely knowledgeable and very personable young man, Chris Dallam. The pre-inspection done by Matthew Vick was thorough, complete and he addressed all our questions and concerns, working as well to accommodate our schedule. I look forward to this project and - hopefully - many more down the line.

Although the conversation started with a door-to-door sales rep, the service for getting a quote was fantastic. The sales representative was very thorough and transparent with the process. He provided clear videos and pictures of the roof helping inform us of the work that was recommended.

It was a great experience from the beginning to end with Presidential Exteriors. Porter was a wonderful salesman, assertive (not aggressive), profession and confident about his team and the product. Scheduling for measurement and installation was easy and convenient. As for installation (and I am a bit of a micromanager), it was by far the easiest contractor experience I have ever had. Both Orlov and Vick were amazing! Orlov was eager to answer any and all questions and even noted issues with a few windows and my gutters that I should watch. I already knew they were problems, but wanted to "test drive" the company with my 3 doors first before committing to anything else. Just had a new sliding glass door installed today to replace the existing French door. Alex, the crew chief and his two other workers did an outstanding job. They were fast, efficient, pleasant and considerate. Vick, the project manager came as they were finishing up. He inspected everything and made sure we were satisfied with our new door. He was pleasant and professional.
