We had an amazing experience with Premium Roofing. Having to get a roof repaired is never a NICE thing, but if you are going to have to do it, Premium Roofing is an excellent option. They were very professional. The front office staff answered the phones and were knowledgeable and helpful. We quickly got a quote and it was easy to schedule the work. They arrived when they said they would and completed the work in a timely manner. I would recommend them to family and friends and we will use them again if the need arises.

Premium Roofing recently completed re-roofing our house on the northside of Santa Fe, replacing an aging tar and gravel roof with TPO. What a high degree of professionalism throughout the entire process, beginning with the inspection and quote developed by José, who took the time to explain the entire process in amazingly great detail. Gustavo was extremely helpful in scheduling the project, and he made sure he understood any particular concerns or requests that we had. He was on-site on several occasions and his communication concerning progress on the project was first-rate. Santiago and his work crew were awesome! Again, the very highest level of professionalism and courtesy, with frequent communication on their progress. Their cleanup work each day was outstanding, to the point that you would hardly know that anything was going on except for seeing the supplies. The finished product looks awesome and has kept us dry and leak-free through several summer rains already. We definitely recommend Premium Roofing, and 5 stars are just not enough!!

After no response from a local roofer, we contacted Premium Roofing for an estimate on some repairs. They were quick to respond and had an estimator on-site the next day. We accepted their offer and were told that work would be done in a few weeks as repairs like this were done on Saturdays. When we got the date, I called the day before to confirm and was told to expect workers early the next morning. That afternoon I received an email moving the work from Saturday to Sunday. After some discussion we agreed to Sunday with multiple assurances that the worker would do a good job for us.
On Sunday, nobody had arrived by 10:00AM.. I called the company and only got a recording as nobody was in the office on Sunday. Monday afternoon I received a text from Premium Roofing apologizing for missing the assignment and offering to come the next day. I declined the offer as I had already lined up another company to do the work. Monday evening I got a call from Joel Monge, CEO of Premium Roofing with more apologies and an offers to perform the work immediately, even to do it at no cost or to cover the payment to another company. I thanked him for the offers, but I had lost faith in his company after waiting, rescheduling and not showing up. Mr. Monge made very reasonable efforts to resolve the issues, but having lost faith, everything was declined.
I would normally not give anything more than a 1 star rating for this type of response, but Mr. Monge's heartfelt efforts to remedy shows a very good intent.

Premium Roofing did our roof back in January, but all the recent rain has reminded me of how grateful I am for the work they did.

Juan was knowledgeable and responsive with his evaluation and estimate for our roof. He had specifics, photos, and good explanations for his recommendations.

Gustavo and the construction team were very communicative, and kept my property clean.

They did good work, exactly to the itemized contract. They documented every step. The inspection was an easy pass.

First of all. I called a bunch of different roofing companies. No, it wasn’t to find a lower quote - it was to find someone who was actually going to do their job by getting on the roof to see what the issue was. I knew I had two pipes leaking but thanks to Javier, he was able to give me a breakdown of what needed to be done.
Which was a handful of much needed common maintenance shortly after we bought the house.

I was quoted anywhere from $5k to $13k by all the other companies who never got on the roof. I wasn’t looking for a car salesman…I was looking for someone to fix my roof.

What I got with these folks was an honest and reputable company that obviously has done great work with all this rain we have been getting.

So, I appreciate all this hard work installing the mesh and painting it.

WOW! I called premium roofing after having bad experiences with other so-called" professional/experienced" roofers. From the very start, Premium Roofing was great. Jose came out and did the initial inspection. It was very detailed and answered any questions or concerns I may have had . The quote was sent back in a timely manner . The ladies at the office were super polite and responsive with billing and scheduling. Premium Roofing did a fantastic job on re-roofing our entire house and casita. The four/five man crew worked diligently over the course of 12 days to complete the project in a timely manner. I thought the crew was very nice and pleasant to work with. The project manager was great about providing updates and going the extra mile (like removing an old swamp cooler at no additional cost) in making sure our re-roof was a success. I would highly recommend them for any roofing project.

I recently selected Premium Roofing to do a complete roof replacement, choosing a TPO roof to replace my 20-year-old tar and gravel roof. I have a leak in my guest bathroom and was worried it was my roof because of a recent wind/rain storm. Javier came to inspect my roof. He was on time, efficient and respectful. Thankfully it wasn’t my roof, but Javier found an area that needed a little caulking and he took care of it. He was so sweet! When I do need a new roof, I’m definitely calling these guys!

We had some fairly severe leaks on our roof for some time and I had tried several times to fix them myself without success. Finally, we called some roofers. 4 roofers came to look at our roof and 3 of them did not even want to touch it. The slope is too low for metal roof so they all wanted to sell me a TPO roof for over $30,000. Not an option obviously. The people at Premium figured out how to fix it without replacing the entire roof at a very reasonable cost. Edwardo, the repair technician, did an amazing job with the utmost professionalism. Our home in Albuquerque boasts a combination of pitched and tile roofing. After experiencing leaks in the past, we entrusted Premium Roofing with the task of replacing our tile roof. Their workmanship was truly commendable, and I am pleased to share my positive experience.

Our home has a 40-year-old standing seam steel roof. Several years back we added a flat 10x30 foot covered patio to the rear of the house. Over the years, the junction between the flat patio roof and the pitched steel roof started to leak down the back wall of the house. We hired Premium Roofing who installed a downward slope to the flat patio roof area, to the gutter, and covered the sloping roof with TPO membrane, after replacing the bad underlayment areas that had water damage. They then took off the steel panels that contacted the patio roof to install the proper flashing at the junction between the two areas. They then reinstalled the steel roof panels. They also placed TPO flashing at the edge of the patio roof into the existing gutter.
All work was done carefully with attention to detail, all waste was removed, and the workers were pleasant and efficient.
We highly recommend Premium Roofing, especially for jobs that require more than just basic repairs.

Our facility needed the flat roof over our patio replaced as it had gathered water and broke through. Premium Roofing installed a tapered TPO system and a gutter system. They had an opening and were able to do the work earlier than expected. The work was completed in 1 day. Everyone was professional and easy to schedule and work with. We were provided a link to see photos of the work as it was being completed and now we have those photos for our records. Great all-around customer service from start to finish and the completed job looks great! Would highly recommend and will use them in the future if/when needed.

Originally, I selected Premium Roofing due to the high rating that I saw for them when I did a Google search for roofing companies. Wow, they really lived up to that high rating and truly are deserving of it! Joel was very easy to work with, very friendly and the upmost professional. One thing that I really appreciated, was the fact that Joel was willing to work with me when I told him that I didn't have the full insurance copay upfront, due to my financial situation at that time. It's nice when people are actually understanding of others circumstances! We ended up coming up with a payment plan that worked for all parties involved... Premium Roofing is obviously willing to travel up to certain distance to do a job, as the job they did for me was down in Belen. And they knocked it out in one day, which was pretty amazing, I'm sure my renters appreciated it as well! Can't forget to mention, the new roof looks beautiful!
