Premium Exterior Cleaning is, by far, the best company we've ever used to clean our gutters, windows and screens. Victor was responsive, respectful and highly professional. He and his team did a stellar job! We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs exterior cleaning on their home.

I highly recommend this company! Getting ready to put my Mom's house ( in Greensprings West) on the market and yesterday, they cleaned gutters, washed the house , cleaned the screens, the driveway,sidewalk and front steps. They did an incredible job! From start to finish, Victor was professional, respectful of the property, kind and really helpful. This was all coordinated over the phone as I don't live near my mother. 5 stars doesn't seem enough!

What an amazing team! Alex stopped by the house to give us a very fair and accurate estimate. He told us about what kind of gutters we had and the options for cleaning and was up front for all costs and time right from the start. Exceptional company! Victor and his team did an amazing job cleaning my house and windows. From the initial quote to the end result, Premium delivered top-notch customer service and excellent results. The communication was great also -- Victor explained exactly what he would deliver and when and how the work would be done. Then he did exactly what he said he would do! Very professional and quick to respond and have a date and time set up for the cleaning! The workers were very personable, friendly, and professional. They were very careful setting up all the equipment and testing the downspouts to ensure they were not clogged and cleaned up everything once they finished. I will definitely be using them again for pressure-washing and gutter cleanings again!

This is the second time I've had Victor & crew wash our two/three-story brick house. We have a lot of trees and shrubs so the shady parts of the house gather green or black mold. Everything looks great and they took care to protect shrubbery. Pressure was controlled to prevent eroding any mortar or wood fibers on the deck. The window glass dried clean as well (we had recently cleaned them ourselves and wondered if they would need re-cleaning). Be advised that Victor's crew is in high demand and you'll need to book weeks in advance!

Victor from Premium Exterior Cleaning was so amazing to work with! We were moving out of our rented Townhouse pretty quickly and needed to make sure the gutters were cleaned out before we left. he was so accommodating, working hard to fit into our tight schedule and his team did a great job. I would recommend the anyone!

Victor and his team at Premier Exterior Cleaning did a superb job for us. They power washed our driveway, sidewalks and French drains along with washing all our widows. They were competitively priced and did the best power washing we’ve ever had over the past 25 years. The windows, tracks and sills are completely clean and sparkle in the sunlight.

Window Cleaning Inside and Out

Premium was very responsive with both quotation and execution. Very flexible with scheduling around weather - we had to reschedule twice because of rain, but in each case the reschedules were very close to our original date - no waiting 3-4 weeks for a reschedule shot.

They did a great job on all of our windows, even cleaning the sidelights of our entryway. They were very neat, did not disturb stuff in our house, and what they did move they put back in exactly the same place that they moved it from. The windows look fantastic!

Would highly recommend using Victor and his crew!

These guys worked so hard and did a wonderful job. My 1970’s house and windows looked almost brand new after they were done. They responded quickly to my inquiry and had the job done mere days after our first contact.

Victor came the same day to provide an estimate for pressure washing our house. Their price was more than fair so we hired them to come back the following week. The team was courteous, polite, and hardworking and our house looks great! They even applied a neutralizer to our plants and bushes after they finished the job. Victor and his team cleaned my house last month. In full disclosure, I had two other quotes and Premium Exterior Cleaning was the highest price quote. That said, Victor answered the phone when I called, and he showed up on time to see the house and provide his estimate. He was a pro from the start and my gut said, “pay a little more and go with Victor.” It was the right call. Victor and his team did a superb job. They were on time, very thorough, and very careful with plants. For example, where they could, they put tarps over the plants, but even so, one guy would hose down the plants while the others washed the house. They cleaned the screens and every nook and cranny around the house. Cleaning my house was a big job, and Premium Exterior Cleaning was worth every penny.

Victor and his crew did an outstanding job at our very large log home ((NOT a Cabin)): they power washed and literally spit shined our windows inside & out; cleaned our large glass double door shower doors; cleaned the roof top over our dormer; cleaned the roof top over our solarium skylight; and other rooftop areas where moss had collected; and power washed the exposed trim on our gutters where crud had collected.
Victor and his team also did an outstanding job power washing the logs on our Expansive log home. We had not attempted cleaning our logs in 7 years and, of course, the logs were filthy. At the end of the day, our home was literally transformed into an immaculate and “more attractive”, warm & cozy home in Sleepy Hollow.
Victor and his team arrived promptly at 9 am as promised, and except for a very short 30 minute lunch break, worked tirelessly thru the day until 645 pm this evening.
Victor then took my wife Cindy on a walk thru of the interior and exterior of our home, ensuring that Cindy was completely satisfied with the overall work. At day’s end Cindy was very Pleased with Victor and his team and very happy with their outstanding work and attention to detail.

Had my house pressure washed. These guys were fast and thorough. They moved my porch plants and worked until they were finished. The trim on my house is so clean I have to wear sunglasses to look at. Great job guys!
