MaryBeth and Carey Nelson were prompt, informative, fair, and encouraging after disappointment with trying to get work done on our roof after a huge storm. Their recommendations were so helpful and we really like the results.

Marybeth and Carey were great to work with on a new roof. Marybeth was especially patient in helping us as we were unfamiliar with the entire process.

Can't say enough good things about Premiere Exteriors. A week before a hail storm, they inspected our roof (at no cost) and determined there was no damage. Once the hail storm came through, they contacted us, returned, checked again, and to no one's surprise, found damage.

They then worked with us through the insurance process, made sure to stay in touch, and did an excellent job replacing the roof. We have nothing but praise for both Marybeth and Carey.

We have since recommended them to two of our neighbors, who also worked with Premiere Exteriors, and were quite pleased with the results.

If you need a new roof, you need to call Premiere Exteriors and talk to Marybeth.

I used premiere exteriors to re-shingle the roof following hail damage. This was complicated by solar panels which were also present and required them to work with a subcontractor. I also used them following this for gutter replacement and was similarly pleased with the quality of work. All in all - I can easily recommend for any roofing work you may need done.

Cary and Marybeth were awesome to work with. They worked with my insurance company’s quotes. I paid more for upgrades, but they were fair and reasonable. In any big job, things will go wrong. But Cary and Marybeth were there to make it right. Would 100% recommend! It’s hard to see the roof with the snow. But it’s gorgeous!

They did siding gutters and roof.

They answered my questions ,responded to my concerns, worked with me to be within my price range, they were on time, did good work, cleaned up, followed up, and made sure I was a happy customer.

We had a good experience with Carey and Mary Beth. After receiving a quote from another company that was way off, Carey did his due diligence to be sure that the they found the root cause of the issue. The workers were subcontractors, but they were great and overall we are really happy with the work that was completed.

We had an aging roof that needed to be replaced. We had 3 bids and talked to a couple other companies. We chose Premiere Exteriors because they had a great price and the customer service from Carey and Marybeth was extrodinary. They care about the work they do. My neighbor and a hockey buddy of mine also needed a roof. I told them about Premiere and they also went with them and had nothing but good things to say about them and their staff. Premiere Exteriors took care of my roofing project from accessing the hail damage,to contacting the insurance company, bringing shingle samples, and completing the process of replacement. Marybeth and Carey were extremely helpful and hands on with the entire project. You will have numerous people stop after a hail event that will try to hard sell you on their company- don not go with a drive by assessment! Carey was unprofessional and seemed like a scammer. Avoid at all costs. In another review the business claims Carey doesn't work there, but Carey's personal cell phone is the business contact.

Carey came out a few times to look at the house and help me process the insurance claim - great. He told me we could move forward when the claim came in. He ghosted me on any questions until I showed him the paperwork. The next thing he did was ask to process the check made out to me to my insurance company. Very, very suspect. Do not use this business.

Very good roofing work esp. in light of the fact that there was unexpected extra work. The roofers are independent contractors and they handled the extra work like pros. Unfortunately, they did a poor job of cleanup. I found over 20 nails on my asphalt driveway. Also, they didn’t complete the tar sealing around the chimney.
Mary Beth, the sales associate, was pleasant but difficult to get in touch with. After the work was completed and she received the final payment, she was nowhere to be found and neither she nor Carey responded to 3 texts or 1 email regarding some info I needed for my insurance company. Mary Beth finally responded to a letter sent through the U.S. Mail.

They did roofing on 2 properties...my pending sale home and my next home being purchased. I had water coming in around the fireplace and they came back quickly to fix it. Within 2 weeks of finishing. 5 years later, the fireplace has water coming down the front AGAIN. I have called numerous times for help repairing the leak. After my initial call, Cary hasn't responded to any of my calls, nor has he sent anyone to repair the leak.

My experience with Premiere Exteriors was a five star from the moment I contacted the office, with both owners, with the roofing crew and the gutter crew. They were all so very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Mary Beth, owner, came prepared to talk about roofs, with samples, insurance, warranty and she answered all my questions. She kept me informed as to what was happening and when. Carey stopped to check on roofers and see if they needed anything. The roofers and the gutter people were so polite, very hard working and kept me informed of how they were doing and how the job was going. I had a great experience working with office staff, owners and workers, all very easy to work with. I highly recommend all of them.

Gutters were needed due to water dripping on front step and over deck. Carey and Marybeth did exactly what they said they would in replacing it and were responsive to any questions. It was done on time and Clay, their production manager, made sure everything went smoothly. Great job!
