I had fascia that was damaged by grey squirrels. Sean replaced with an azex (pvc) product. Sean is a craftsman, a perfectionist, and a gentleman. Don’t expect to snap your fingers and get a project done right away. He’s busy! You’re gonna wait a bit. But, he is worth the wait.
Very nice guy and bid was the lowest in area. That is way I got what I paid for. He was hired to strip one side of the roof and re-shingle the back side of the house. he started doing a good job and then he got bored and lazy. He would show up set up his gear and leave for a couple hours. When he returned, he would work for 2 hours and leave. On one occasion he stripped the valley and it rained hard that night part of my kitchen ceiling collapsed from all the water coming in. He did fix that the next day, but damage was done. My roof had a tarp for 4 months of the winter the job was finally completed in April. I did not inspect it when he left (thinking he was an honest friendly contractor). After i inspected it I notice he did not remove all the shingles. He only removed one layer of 50% of the roof and just tried to hide it. I asked him if he always double the shingles on the out edge he said "Sometimes I do". the following day he removed the outer edge so it didn't show that it wasn't stripped. He lied again. The work looks good but lied and cut corners. unprofessional and not trust worthy. Can not take to court he still working on his child support payments . NO NOT HIRE rating 0
I hired Premiere Builders to repair a leak in the roof at my dads house in South Thomaston. It took much longer than it should have to get the day job done. Not only did the $1100 job NOT fix the leak(s) I asked to be fixed, but they have been completely unresponsive to phone calls & texts since I reached back out to let them know the repair did NOT work. I will be suing them in small claims court. I do NOT recommend Premiere Builders for small repairs.
