From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. The project manager. The Project Manager, was always available to answer our questions and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The roofing crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up the area meticulously. The craftsmanship was impeccable; our new roof looks fantastic and we have complete peace of mind knowing it was installed with care and expertise. We reached out to Mike regarding a small repair needed at our property. He replied promptly, gave us an estimate over the phone, and then came out the next day to assess the wind damage and provide a written quote. Despite the job being relatively minor, Mike completed the work quickly and kept us updated by calling once everything was finished. Even after the job was done, Mike continued to respond to our questions with professionalism and quickness.

I sincerely believe that Pemier Roofing is the best and most honest roofing company in the area. Mikey has been so wonderful helping us with our roof! We were constantly having issues when it rained through our dormers and skylights and since Mikey came out we haven’t had any issues! He’s quick to respond and wonderful to work with. Also, loved being able to support a small, local business!

Mike came out the same day that I reached out to do a temporary fix on my roof before a snow storm that night to ensure there would be no leaks.
Shortly after the snow melted he returned to make a permanent repair.

We had a positively absolutely wonderful experience with this group of professionals. They were patient and explained everything from start to finish. They answered every question we had and even repeated the answers to those we had already asked. The level of professionalism and patience is second to none!

The team was able to remove two levels of shingles and plywood as well as replace them in a single day! They also removed all gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards that same day. We had new larger gutters and downspouts added. The men who came were detailed and focused. They were respectful of our plantings as well as our new siding.

We are beyond impressed and grateful. They made everything simple and completely transparent. To top everything off they were less expensive while using the same top of the line materials the other more expensive company was going to use.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company and have already done so to our neighbors and my parents.

Premiere is a very professional and high quality roofing company from top to bottom, including estimator, back office and foreman and workers. There did a great job replacing my roof on time and on budget. And their clean up was amazingly complete.

Mike and his team at Premier Roofing came highly recommended and were top notch from the initial phone call. Excellent communication, reasonable pricing, attention to detail. and great all-around customer service (to include a thorough cleanup of my driveway and property at the completion of the project).

One thing that set Mike and Premier Roofing apart from the competition (I had 5 other estimates) was the fact that Mike not only inspected the exterior roof, but Mike was the only person who actually climbed into my attic to inspect the ventilation and roof from the inside. I really do not know which quick one word answer because they all apply. My husband and live in a very nice mobile home I called these guys and they were right there. I normally do not do a review, but felt compelled to write this one. Michael came out soon after I called him and inspected our roof. He inspected and patched my roof and not once did I feel I was getting nickeled and dimed (he actually patched the roof for no cost to me), and said the patch will hold up for a few years.

Got introduced to Mike though our home handyman, Cory Johnston after two different friends said they couldn’t get anyone out for multiple weeks. We discovered a leak only a week out from our home being Listed. Mike came up the next day and knocked out the repair showing photos of the damaged shingle and the repair. Mike could have gouged me on the service given the emergency service and I would have gladly paid it but he charged an extremely fair amount. 5 Stars from me.

Mike delivered as promised. The roof shingle color was in stock and the weather cooperated. The crew arrived at 7:00 a.m. and completed our 40 squares roof by 4:00p.m. An experienced, talented crew who had the project down to a science. From taking off the old roof, installing a new roof and complete clean up, the team worked diligently and were very respectful of our property. Premier roofing was one of 3 bids we received, the least expensive but not sparing of quality and warranty. We are the 3rd home on our street to use Premier roofing and we would highly recommend using them for anyone looking for a company that takes pride in their work!

Mike and his team were awesome. He was referred to us by our realtor and gave us a great estimate. He is an honest person with integrity. Mike and his team were extremely professional, expedient, and transparent. I had a few companies come out and provide me quotes for new shingles on our entire roof. While I have nothing negative to say about the competitors, Premier Roofing stood out.

The other companies got on the roof, spent 5 minutes measuring, and were gone and i received a quote within a couple days. Premier roofing was different. Upon arriving at my home Mike himself measured and inspected the roof for about 30 minutes. He then came inside to look in the attic to verify as much as possible that none of the underlying boards on the roof needed to be replaced. He also sent a very reasonable quote within a few minutes to my email. Being a smaller company, it affords the customer the ability to have face to face interaction with Mike himself and that was a value I didn’t realize until i experienced it. The extra effort he put forth in order to provide me with as much transparency as possible was something that left a strong impression on me.

Upon booking his service, the materials arrived promptly within 2 weeks. His team arrived early on the scheduled date (thankfully the weather held up) and were done in a few hours, without sacrificing quality. They were all respectful of our yard and patio furniture. The whole team was very polite and expedient and left the yard without a trace of waste. The roof looks great and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service. The roof has only been on for 3 days, but crew arrived on time, were very professional. They did my 2800 square foot house in 1 day, WOW! Clean up was also excellent. We were worried because we have a dog and letting him in the yard. They worked around us and accommodated his needs too. The owner personally came back and did a walk with us, to insure our happiness and that everything was done to our liking. Highly recommend.
