Great job on the roof … arrived on schedule … cleanup was immaculate … couldn’t be happier with the results.

From our first phone call, to the roof replacement this company has been incredible. They provided an in person estimate, answered all questions in detail. Today was installation day. the crew arrived at 8am, they completed the roof replacement in ONE day, their workers were INCREDIBLE, kind, polite and courteous not to mention some of the hardest workers I have ever seen! They went above and beyond working to ensure all roofing staples and nails were cleaned up. We understand that due to a construction moment there may be a nail left behind. but they went above and beyond to ensure there were none- If any nails were missed-OH well- it won't be from a lack of effort!. (Nails happen during construction). If we were ever to refer a company for a roof or need another ( for any future houses) I would 100% without second thought, call this company. I can't thank them enough!

Peyton was fantastic in replying to all my questions about their quotes for our roofing job. He would modify the contract terms to meet my needs practically overnight prior to signing on.
My brother-in-law observed their work and he reported that the crew was awesome. They did a great job with the removal of the old roof and installation of both the asphalt and metal roofing. Their cleanup after all the work was completed was very thorough as they use a magnetic machine to clear the entire work area. I would highly recommend Premier for your roofing needs.

There are NOT a lot of companies who do what they say. This company is professional and so easy to work with. We had to have our roof repaired, a snow breaker and gutters installed. The management and workers are so professional and they arrived on time and got the job done in the timeframe stated on the contract. We initially had questions about the contract and they were so helpful in their explanations and updating the contract to what we wanted stated for clarity. I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again and I have referred them to family and friends.

On February 5th, our snowblower stopped working and needed repairs. Neither I, nor my husband could hand shovel the yard by ourselves. So I called Alicia Marquis, who had previously offered her help. Alicia owns Premier Roofing LLC and when I told her my situation and what I needed she quickly agreed to help out. Her employee, a very pleasant young man, promptly showed up at our house, spoke with my husband and proceeded to plow our driveway like an artist. He created clean and precise lines and back plowed like an expert leaning little hand cleanup to be done. Working with Premier Roofing has been great, starting with the initial contact online, to when John came out to give the quote, to when Stefan and his team installed the roof. The entire process was fast and easy and I would highly recommend them.

The crew came in and did a great job.I had contact with the supervisor and if any changes were to be made he contacted me first and we discussed the options. They left the yard and area as they had not even been on the site, ok maybe a couple nails were missed in flower beds. After sitting in back yard that evening and looking at the the house, we love the shingle color which makes the house pop. I would recommend the company and workmanship of the crew and welcome them back to do another job.

Reached out to them for a solution to falling snow. I was torn between snow stops or snow rails. They didn’t try to sell me the highest price, they sold me the best solution to my situation which was snow rails. Communication was great and the installer was friendly, efficent and knowledgeable. Premier Roofing came out immediately to look at my leaking roof and within a couple days the whole roof was replaced. They clean up extremely well. Premier roofing / Dickey is the best! I removed a chimney that should have been removed a decade ago! This guy got me a quote and repaired the area that needed shingles in a matter of a couple of days. Which at the time I was under the impression that it wouldn’t be possible for a week or so! Any ways he was a man of his word and got right back to me, tore out and replaced/fixed the spot within a few hours. Hats off to this guy and I’m sure I’ll be reaching back out to him when I’m ready to replace the entire roof.

Discovered a roof leak in Freedom NH, caused by a poorly installed roof boot on our vent pipe, by previous "contractor" owner. One quick visit by Premier verified wrong choice of product and bad technique on it, and another one on the other side of the house. Needed to wait for the weather to cooperate, but as soon as it was clear, the work was completed. So quick and quiet that occupants in the house did not even hear the workmen on the roof.

From start to finish this company was A+. Within 5 minutes of submitting a price estimate through HomeAdvisor, Alicia called me and had John at my house 2 days later. John gave me a very fair price to have my shed roof replaced. The crew that did the job, was quick and efficient, everything got done within 2 weeks, I was pleasantly surprised. I thought for sure I would have to wait forever since it is summer time. I can't say enough good things about this company and I highly recommend them.

All people involved in the installation of my new roof were very professional. Patrick Courtois was very informative and explained the process and the types of products available. Scheduling the installation was easy and as luck would have it within a week.
The installers came on time, were efficient in their work and completed within a day as anticipated. Matthew was cordial and answered any questions I had during the day.

Great looking metal roof! I am talking about an up close look. No scratches, no dents, no flared sharp edges, really well done. The work was done way sooner than I thought, though they did tell me they would be quick...and they weren't kidding. The work crew was very professional and courteous and VERY NEAT. They did an outstanding job cleaning up the property after the job was done. The whole experience was well worth what I invested in it.

Tom's crew did an awesome job replacing our roof. It was in very bad shape and Tom made sure to get to us within a weeks time. Our new roof looks great and there is no danger of leaks.
