The Service Master team did an excellent job packing and unpacking my home. I cannot express my gratitude for the professional job they did. Betsy,Rudy, Eli, Janelin and Mike D. worked tirelessly to insure my home was put back together better than before.
They were always on time, always friendly, always professional and always did everything to perfection. If I ever need Svc Master again, I would want that team to do the job.

What a professional group! Mike and the whole team were nothing but amazing! They thought ahead for the problems that might arise with a packout job to help me plan for the future. Do yourself a favor and hire a group that thinks about you more than the job!

**The Good**

We had a small residential leak and called ServiceMaster for Restoration. Billy came out within a day and was excellent. Everyone on the phone was great too. This went so well we decided to go with ServiceMaster for Reconstruction too...

**The Bad**

The Reconstruction project was very badly organized. The project manager Alysha never came out to see the space that needed reconstructing and was confused about almost every aspect of the project, which is not a recipe for success. 5 weeks, 25 emails, 15 phone calls, crew had to come to our residence 4 times.

We should have gone with another company at this point, but unfortunately we continued...

**The Ugly**

The actual reconstruction work was a mess. The crew did not replace the drywall we were expecting, they forgot to replace our insulation, and they ripped a wire in our garage door. When we wrote in about this, the response was a very rude and aggressive email from Alysha:

"I have attached a photo taken by the crew lead upon completion of the drywall repair. If you look closely, all wires are intact on the garage door opener. We cannot be held liable for this accusation. [...] I feel it is in everyone's best interest if we collect final payment and part ways at this time. We will not be providing any additional work. You are welcome to seek additional services elsewhere."

LOL. Fortunately, they changed their mind and came out the next morning to fix our garage and install the insulation.

TLDR: Restoration was good, reconstruction was really bad. Maybe we got their worst PM because it was a small project.

Had great service from Parker,Laurel and Eli. They were very quick to respond when we had our issues with our house.

I have been out of my home for 11 months due to tornado damage. The roof was open for about 6 months of that time. The house had no electricity or hvac and mold became a problem. Mike D, Eimy and Betsy came in from ServiceMaster and did a fantastic job of cleaning and packing my contents and returning them in great shape. Super nice people as well and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend them if you find yourself in need of their services!

Mike D., Betsy, Amy, Rudi, Carlos and Marco were a great crew! Very hardworking, friendly, and professional. We were so grateful to them for helping us get the house back into shape after storm damage and messy contractors. We would highly recommend them!

**Disappointing and Unprofessional Service – Not Recommended**

I recently hired this company for water and storm damage restoration at my home, expecting professional service based on their claims of providing high-quality restoration for both businesses and homeowners. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but satisfactory.

From the start, communication was lacking. The team did not properly disclose the costs involved upfront. Instead, they took full advantage of my insurance coverage without providing any transparency or proper estimates. I felt completely blindsided when I later discovered they had drained the entire insurance payout without my consent or understanding of the charges.

In addition to the billing issues, the quality of the restoration work was subpar. The work was rushed and incomplete, leaving me with unfinished repairs and unresolved issues. I was promised thorough mold remediation and water damage restoration, yet the results were far from acceptable. The job was poorly done, and I had to bring in another contractor to fix their mistakes.

I reached out to their customer service multiple times to resolve the issues, but I received little to no response, and when I did, the team was unhelpful and dismissive. Their lack of professionalism and failure to follow through left me frustrated and dissatisfied with their service.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you're looking for reliable, transparent, and effective restoration services, look elsewhere. My experience was a costly lesson in the importance of thoroughly vetting service providers before committing to any restoration project.

After having two areas in the home damaged from a roof leak from Hurricane Helene, Presley and her team provided mitigation remediation. She answered all of our questions, provided professional recommendations for necessary additional services and was overall outstanding with her customer service/professionalism. We highly recommend this company!

We used this company for water damage and mold treatment for the agency I work for. Porter came in was very knowledgeable and professional. She explained everything that she and her team would be doing and why. They turned out to be excellent as well as friendly. I work for community friendship and our agency is fully impressed. I will never be able to say enough about Stephanie and her whole crew from ServiceMaster. They went above and beyond to help us out and get the house dried out as quickly as possible. Presley and Vernon were fantastic to work with. They made a very stressful experience into a wonderful one. We hope to never have to call them again but if we do run into a situation like this we will be sure to use ServiceMasters by Lovejoy again fantastic team.

ServiceMaster by Lovejoy came out after we had water enter our home due to blockage in our neighborhood sewage line. Stephanie, Laurel walked us through each step of the process and what we could expect. Marco, Chica, Betsy and Rudy had our damaged flooring and molding removed in no time. We left to go get dinner and by the time returned home the all the remints were gone, our furniture was lifted off the floor and sanitized with the blowers and dehumidifiers in place. Parker came by everyday that we had the equipment in our home to make sure our floor was drying properly. I can't rave more about the quality and customer service that this group provided. A+ service all the way

My family incurred a busted pipe in the wall. We called Service Master and they came right out. Silvia and Yoalice were very professional. They answered all of our questions, moved and covered furniture, and set up equipment swiftly and safely. These ladies were awesome!

Silvia & Marco were available and timely. Sent notifications about arrival times and kept me informed. Their work was excellent. So far, my experience with Service Master, overall, has been positive.

I had a flood in my home and Sylvia and Marco were dispatched to help me. They were on time, courteous and professional. I feel like they went above and beyond during the remediation process. They made a very stressful situation so much easier to handle. They did excellent work monitoring the problems and keeping me updated on each process. This team was simply outstanding! Our home was flooded due to a hurricane tidal surge. We reached out to Service Master and we were sent the Lovejoy crew. Alysha, Stephanie, Parker, Laurel, Mike and team rocked it. They were communicative, meticulous and incredibly friendly. They treated our home like it was their home. Had a minor flood in rooms that were freshly carpeted. ServiceMaster was out the same day and saved the carpet from needing to be replaced while minimizing any other collateral damage from occurring. The entire crew that came out--Marco, Frankie, Parker, Danny & Billy were great. Knew exactly what they were doing and did it fast. The office people I dealt with were very professional as well and made a bad situation as painless as it could be given the circumstances. Would not hesitate to use them again (hoping to never have to see them though :)) or recommend them. Thanks for doing what you do and doing it right.

I had a leak with mold and water damage. I was very worried about the cleanup and mold mitigation. In one hour SMR had a team at my house with equipment and in under 24 hours the molded drywall and carpet were removed. Parker called in advance of arrival both days to let me know what to expect. I strongly recommend this company to anyone seeking honest, responsive mold mitigation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They were prompt and very professional. Leo and Kelby were great! They respected my property and made me feel comfortable. They cleaned up the mess then put dryers appropriately where they were needed. Thanks guys!

We unfortunately found out in December that we had a water leak under the kitchen sink from a crack in the tee connector. After checking in with our insurance guy, we heard about this company and they came highly recommended. Service Master sent out a water remediation technician right away, who found out there were signs of mold along with the damage. They quickly sealed off the kitchen and did what was needed to dry the area to stop mold from growing. After a few days they removed their equipment and started removing the areas damaged from the water, which included the flooring, cabinet fronts, and baseboards. They did however wait to take out the rest of the cabinets and counters until after the holidays so that we could have an easier time entertaining guests, by our request. After the holidays, they came out quickly to remove the rest of the lower cabinets and counter tops, and the drywall that had been damaged.

They started repairs quickly, working closely with our insurance to make sure that insurance covered their parts of our reconstruction. They also worked closely with us to make a few home improvements, including upgrading all of our cabinets, counters, and flooring, and flooring the rest of our main level at the same time, We did have some outside issues that caused delays, problems with insurance and the postal service, but Service Master was very patient during those delays and worked with us to keep things moving forward. They were also very patient with us when we changed our minds several times, and they went above and beyond to help us find what we wanted.

Now that everything is completed, our main level looks like a whole new house and we could not be happier with the quality of the work, and how everything turned out!

The office staff, project manager, subcontractor, and workers were all friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond for us to make sure we were completely satisfied. We would definitely recommend this company for any home repair or improvement needs anyone has.

The people at ServiceMaster were amazing! Stephanie helped us schedule everything quickly to try and avoid mold staring to grow. The foreman Matthew came and helped us through the entire process after our basement flooded. Matthew & Kelby came and took care of all the damaged stuff in the basement. Then they took out all the carpet, baseboards and drywall that was effected. Then Matthew & Parker came back and picked up all the equipment and hauled away the trash. Our basement is dry and ready to fix up! I highly recommend!

Eimy and Betsabe and their crew were phenomenal! Very fast and thorough- all of my belongings were carefully packed up, cleaned, and returned to my home. These ladies are quick! My house looks great and I’m very happy with everything they did. They returned and had my house set back up in only 2 days!

We can’t speak Highly enough for Kelbie & DJ. They arrived very professional and on top of getting everything resolved in a timely manner. They jumped right in to get everything out that had the water damage while being cautious and gentle to our belongings during the process. They answered all questions & concerns as much as they could along the way. They were the kindest men to get the job completed and kept in touch with us thru out the week till completion of picking up all equipment.

The Lovejoy team went above and beyond to remediate the water damage that affected almost every room of my home. They kept me informed throughout the process of the steps they were taking, damages that were found and items I needed to address with the insurance company. Their team lead, Kelby, was knowledgeable, patient, on-time and informative throughout the process. They worked directly with my insurance provider to make the process as easy as possible for me.

My experience with Service Master was great. Kelby, DJ, and Daniel provided a great service. They provided detailed knowledge about their work and things to come from the mitigation. They were respectful to my home and left the area they worked in clean after they finished.

We had our air ducts cleaned by Dj & Marco and they were vary professional. They took there time to make sure every vent was cleaned properly.

I was very very impressed with Michael his crew workers and everything to do with the arrival of my items.  When I tell you they packed me out professionally, I was exhausted from unwrapping my items they wrapped my things so good it blew my mind they wrapped my crystal so good it brought me to tears, all the stuff I had was overwhelming yet they packed them with respect and care, it was like Christmas for me, afterwards I fell Ill after going through so much I had to have brain surgery things were just overwhelming and very stressful I had so much stuff and yet Service Master showed me compassion they were concern and showed true interest in my illness.

We had an incredible experience with Service Master! All employees were professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly kind! Stephanie Donnely was extremely prompt with scheduling clean up from our flood and we are so greatful. We may have endured more extreme damage if she had not acted so quickly. We are extremely happy with the service we recieved.

We used them recently at the Conyers-Rockdale Chamber of Commerce for a COVID-19 Fogging treatment. They were very professional, prompt and gave us a fair price for the service. We would highly recommend them in the future.

Service master is an outstanding company. We recently had major water damage where our entire downstairs was flooded with water. Service master not only removed the damaged flooring but found molding in areas that we were unaware of. As they were cleaning they even found a $50 dollar bill in which they immediately notified me. I would like to give a huge Thank you to Matthew the supervisor for keeping us inform and to Mike F and Betsy for also Making such a difficult situation So much better. Fantastic service by Service Master (by LoveJoy). They made an appointment with us, kept their time. They were able to find the wet spots with mold after a hurricane & professionally removed & dried the are... taking care to cover furniture & floors- very professional! Matthew was the field supervisor & was great. He made sure that his clean up crew tidied everything up when they left- thank you Rudy & Chica!

They’ve been to my home twice, both times trying to avoid making a claim to my insurance. Trust everything they advised and the men that came out were super fast and friendly while being knowledgeable.

1st trip: my upstairs toilet tank overflowed, Stephanie came in and said to rip the dry wall out in the basement and keep air flowing to avoid mold, she came back and gave the all clear (moisture meter approved) and now I’m getting ready for the dry wall crew to close me up

2nd trip: my water heater exploded and my husband and BIL were able to replace it very easily, but I was concerned about moisture hitting the basement for the second time and LJ and Rufus came in the big yellow truck with dehumidifier and air purifier to make me feel safe for my asthmatic sons, and keep overall wellness of my house.

Will call again when, like clockwork, life happens and another mess I can’t imagine how to clean comes into my home

ServiceMaster by Lovejoy was amazing from start to finish. We had a hose burst in kitchen, while we were away, and the house got flooded.
They came out and started drying immediately. We had alot of damage and had to have flooring and all kitchen cabinets replaced, and mold removed from crawl space. They did it all and did an amazing job!!! I would highly recommend this company not only for mold or flood damage, but for replacement of flooring, cabinets, etc!!!

David is the best! He was quick, thorough, & very efficient in removing all of the mold from my connecting laundry room, closet, & bathroom due to a bad leak within the walls

Our car caught fire and we had damage to our home and driveway in February, we have been using this service master to clean the damage. Our carpet was handled fine, but having our driveway done has been a MASSIVE headache. Aside from the constant sudden cancellations at the last second on the day they are supposed to show (usually 20 minutes prior the the appointment), it’s now December and we still haven’t gotten the driveway finished. Today after waiting home all day for them we finally called and were told yet again they “cancelled” on us. No one called or reached out to let us know.....again. Along with with big mix ups of services being mark as “done” that wasn’t. We scheduled again for tomorrow and here’s to hoping it actually goes through. My husband had missed 4 days of work trying to stay home to be here for this service and it’s costed us majorly.

I had engaged ServiceMaster by Lovejoy to do a dry out after my home flooded from a leaking water heater. They were timely and professional and did a great job. I engaged another company to do the reconstruction and after months of chasing after them to respond, I finally called SML and they were again responsive and professional and now by home is even better than it was before. Great job Chris and team! I highly recommend.

They were very friendly, thoughtful and thorough in what they were doing. As well as being extremely understanding with our feelings, thoughts and opinions. They were there to do a job but at the same time they considered the delima our life was in. Some of the most amazing people to have helping you through the most difficult time in your life.

Valarie was a great person to deal with at Servicemaster. She is very courteous and caring when a customer is having an issue. People like this are hard to find. Awesome company
