My dad has an 1800s farmhouse and the gutters, roof and fascia all needed replaced due to age plus squirrel damage and a tree falling on the mud room. Dalton helped get everything squared away easy peasy. The house looks amazing and it was a smooth process.

They are storm chasers, they showed up after recent storm in Carmel, got on phone with insurance. 4 months later my parents are still displaced and rain is still pouring into the house. They were originally told 4 months they would be back in the house and here we are almost 4 mo the later and they still haven’t even started on the house. Hard to get a hold of anyone and when they do it’s just excuse after excuse and no way out to find a different contractor. This is nothing short of criminal as they are posting pics of my parents house on their social media claiming to be 1/2 way done a month ago saying “restoring peace of mind” 100% false advertising!!!

This company has dragged their feet, lied, and has falsified the repair work on my mother's home! The home is in WORSE condition now than when they hired Premier! Happy to show you pictures and walk you through the home! This bad dream has become a nightmare because of the restoration company they hired! Please be aware!

We called multiple times for quotes and time line of installation for railings on our new home. After paying deposit we were told 2-3 week lead time. Then there was an issue receiving product. Almost 6 weeks of waiting I call to find they fired who was incharge of our project. They told us they would reach back out same/next day. Still have not heard back. If we do not have an install date by Monday we will be pushing for refund. Unacceptable

Jason and his crew absolutely bent over backwards helping us get a home ready for selling. They were on top of every job, courteous, and communicative and we couldn’t have asked for better service.

Found some mold in our bathroom after removing the shower tile and Scott came out right away to look at it!! Would highly recommend using them for any of your restoration needs.

The guys at Premier did an exceptional job on my house! Hired for exterior repairs to the house, fence and deck- as well as net paint and stain. Looks pretty much brand new- which makes me happy. The group is very professional and very quick to set up start date. The projected lasted about a week- would have probably been sort her- but we had a few rain delays. If you are in need of paint, a new roof, or any other project- inside or out- you can certainly trust them to do it professionally and with great quality.

My wife and I decided to buy an investment property and Premier Restoration came to our rescue and worked with us until completion of our renovated property.

After a power surge from an electrical storm, two technicians came to the house to assess the damage for the insurance claim. They plugged a voltmeter into some outlets. They didn't take any notes, no itemized list of damaged property, and left. They did not get in touch with our insurance company.

I followed up with Jason Fuchs, asking what was the status of the situation, and he said, "We did it in a way that we didn't have to charge you." I asked what that meant and if he had gotten in touch with our insurance company or even wrote a report. He was vague at that point. Then, I provided my insurance agent with his contact information and the public contact information for the company. They tried to reach them and never received a response. After three weeks of trying, we hired a different electrician who promptly achieved the task.

The only follow-up received was them asking for a 5-star review on Google.

Nick was AMAZING! We had an inspection done on our home in preparation to sell. Nick was able to get our house the next day after connecting with him. He reviewed the inspection report prior to coming to our home, when he arrived he was thorough and very helpful. He had the report to us within hours to get back our relator. He also fixed a small portion of shingles on our roof while he was here. Highly recommend!!!

They were very nice and honest. My husband was very hesitant about them giving us a free estimate. He thought for sure he would come back with damage. They came back saying no damage so nothing needs done.

These guys are one of the most professional roofing companies from start to finish that I have ever worked with. The Sales Manager Garrett provided so much information to guide us through the process. Anthony stopped by to check how the project was going. Jamie and Mike also reached out to us to make sure we understood everything and that we were happy. Five Stars from top to bottom!!!

People I talked to were very polite. Checked my roof for hail damage. Only found 2 small spots with problems. They were honest enough to advise probably not necessary to replace right now.

I did take their card and will call them when I am ready to do a few home improvement projects later on.

This roofing company continually harasses my elderly mother by trying to scam her into purchasing a new roof. Their shameful and deceitful tactics toward the elderly are criminal and disgusting. My brother and I will gladly meet with a lying representative of this sham company to discuss their elder abuse tactics, harassment, and con artist sales.

Mike and his team are the best! Always timely and always within budget. We have had multiple real estate client use him and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

Mike and Jamie’s crew with Premier Restoration is like no other. We needed a complete roof replacement in the middle of January. A couple of days of great weather allowed the crew to come out, completely tear off the roof and get it replaced in one day. They spend day 2 meticulously cleaning up debris; I cannot recommend this company enough! Thank you for being as awesome as you are!! I called Premier over some damage to my roof and I was not disappointed. But the reason I’m actually taking the time to write this review is that while the work was being done, the contractors found a black mold problem I never knew I had. Frankly my kids could easily have gotten sick, I could have gotten sick, I could have lost my job etc etc if it wasn’t for Premier Restoration.
This is a solid company run by solid people and I couldn’t recommend it more.

Mike and his crews did an excellent job repairing my mother’s home that had many rotten boards on the exterior of her house. He also sent a crew that put a mold barrier on her eaves and repainted her exterior of her home. Mike and his crews did an excellent job. The crews were very nice and kind. My mother is elderly and I felt she was safe with the crews coming and going at her house. Mike oversaw all the work and her home exterior is now in excellent condition thanks to Mike and his skilled crews.

Mike and his team were quick on their feet keeping my place open after a small break room fire. They were also helpful in handling my claim for me leaving me more time to do my job. Truly made the best out of a bad situation .

I wouldn't use anyone else. Premier Contracting saved my house after a horrendous roof leak. They handled everything from the roofing work needed to the interior repairs including mold evaluation, drywall replacement, painting, and hardwood floor replacement, and the work was impeccable. Mike Daprile was very professional and responsive. There were several other contractors I couldn't get to even touch the job, so I am forever grateful to Premier Contracting for making our house watertight and habitable again.
