This company got my roof replacement through the insurance company that rejected my requests multiple times (hail damage). I didn’t even have to speak to the insurance company again. Rodney and his dad Curt made a cold call to my house by noticing my roof was an older single tab shingled roof. I have had several leaks previously and knew it was at the end of its effective life. I invited them to inspect it and give me a quote. They explained to me that they work with insurance companies and they were able to get our roof replacement for the cost of our deductible. Used PR a couple times and had a great experience both times. This most recent was hanging a shutter that had blown off. They also checked all the other shutters and fixed the loose ones. I will definitely use PR again!

They fixed my leaking roof and I could not be more pleased. It was a difficult job and they kept returning until the leak stopped. I would certainly use them again with no hesitation.

We had a shingle roof and a flat rubber roof installed recently, we are very satisfied with the work that was done. With the rubber roof, it became more challenging when it was discovered that there were some rotted wood below the previous roof and this required some wood replacement which was handled without a problem although it did require more time and a bit more money. The work crews for both jobs were very professional and efficient and did a quality job.
Rodney, our sales consultant did an excellent job tracking down just the right color shingle which was a challenge due to the limited supply of shingles at the present time(Covid-19). We were not in a big hurry as we didn’t have an actual leak, but Rodney was patient and diligent, without being pushy. we would be happy to work with him and Premier Restoration on future projects.

Premier installed a full complete roof on my house and repaired water damage in the interior. All work was completed to my satisfaction.
