CALL THESE GUYS AND NOT LOWE'S! After they helped me following a terrible experience with Lowe's in Sioux City, Premier Renovations is my immediate go-to for anything that needs fixed on my house. I had an installation scheduled through Lowe's for a new patio door, but cancelled because after 3 months they still had not gotten the job done. First they charged my card before they even started on anything at all. And then they said they were waiting on the parts, then every dept I talked to said they were waiting on someone else and then when the door finally got to my house, it was broken and at that point I was just over it. The entire time we were waiting on Lowe's I was sick with a horrible viral illness, got pleurisy and then got COVID. Having a huge patio door that won't shut when you are sick makes everything else worse. I called Premier Renovations in Kingsley and they had it completely replaced within a week for MUCH less than what Lowe's charged me. If I had called them earlier then I might not have been sick for such a long time, but hindsight 20/20. And they did not mind that my dogs barked the entire time. Photo was taken awhile ever the door was installed, so please excuse the mess. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in Siouxland!

**EDIT**- They also built a 6 ft privacy wall for me in May 2024. My yard is on a hill and visible to the other 4 houses on the block. It's built super strong because anything in this hill is exposed to high winds during storms, but I'm pretty sure this privacy wall could survive a sharknado. Google won't let me post a new picture though.

John put our new windows in a year and a half ago and did an awesome job! Very up front on honest on his work and stands by his work!! 100% recommend!
