I had a great experience with Premier Metal Structures, initial purchase was great, I was given many options and they worked to find me exactly what I needed, all with no sales pressure.
Installation team was just as amazing, leaving the site in perfect shape while completing in a timely manner. Lastly they were able to make on-site adjustments to finish the building just as I wanted it. 5 stars for me!

Had the pleasure of working with Mr Joel G throughout the process of looking into a shop. He created a preview of what I wanted the shop to look like in minutes and had it send back to me. We went over changes of things and adding/taking away things with no problems! From start to finish the process was as smooth as it could possibly be! Highly recommend and highly recommend contacting Mr. Joel G if you’re looking to get a shop built! 100/10

I would refer Premier Metal Stuctures to anyone needing a Metal building. Susie the sales specialist that I worked with was very knowledgeable and had no problem answering any questions I had. She got everything done as fast as possible. They had my building installed 23 days after I signed the contract.

I had ordered a metal garage from premier metal structures over this past winter , even though it took a little longer than I expected , my garage was eventually delivered and installed , a big thank you to Charlie , when I text Charlie with my concern about the time it was taking and my need for this garage he got right on it and it was installed within the next couple of weeks, from N.Carolina to NY , the garage was built with professionalism inside of 2 days , looks great and exceeded my expectations, thank you premier and a huge thank you to Charlie , if you need a metal structure, Charlie is your man , very professional

Cons:The construction timeline was delayed due to mistakes make on their end, I had to pick up over 100 screws from my driveway, theres a leak from a roof screw and all 4 windows leak. Communication was also a challenge after I gave a deposit.

Pros: I got the building and it went up relatively quick.

I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a metal building. While there a many dealers for metal buildings, Premier distinguished themselves by their customer service, product offering for a total turn-key solution. The entire process went great and they did everything they said they would do at the agreed upon price. The order was placed on November 18th and the building was erected by December 23rd.

Jay Hernandez was wonderful to work with on this process. Jay answered all my questions in a timely manner and worked with me to get all of the options I wanted. He was in constant contact regarding the process and worked with the concrete and building teams to make sure everything went well. He would call to discuss things and was easy to reach when I had questions.

I found this company on Facebook while searching for another company and when I looked at their work from Premier Metal Structures and Premier Grading and Concrete Facebook pages, I decided to give them a call and I am glad I did.

able to pick my colors which coordinated with my home! they keep in touch on my progress to be ready and worked with me on my schedule for installation day. installers were nice and respectful. i trusted them after day 2 to give access when i was briefly not present. arrival day was delayed due to vehicle issues and i was not updated and sporadic screws and little trash left behind was my only complaint. looks just like advertised. i love my enclosed portable carport.

These guys did a great job. Very fair pricing, Leo helped me value engineer the design to meet my needs perfectly. Changes through the design process were simple. Install team was also great, would highly recommend!

I found an add on Facebook on a sale they had. I contacted them for a 30x50 barn that later turned into a 50x100. My sales rep Charlie G (ext 107) was excellent! He helped me and guided me not only to order the best but to get the best service from the 3rd party that the barn was done through. I recommend them!

Premiere Metal Structures was great to work with again. Susie Wood was very helpful in helping me along during the process, from the design of my lean-to addition to my existing building to the installation. I would recommend them for any steel building needs. They have been great to work with both times I have purchased from them.

I worked with Adrian to design and order my new custom barn. The installation team showed up right on time. There was one small hiccup, the factory had not sent the metal for the lean to sides of the barn so the installation team went home on Thursday expecting to come back the following week with the metal to finish but then called me on Saturday to say they were coming in that afternoon to finish my barn. They finished up on Sunday, the barn is beautiful, it was a wonderful experience all around. I would highly recommend Premier Metal and the entire team for any barn, shop, or other metal structures you may need.

From the beginning of our purchase the sales ladies had excellent customer service. When we had our concrete done, the shop was scheduled to start about 10 days later. It took the crew 3 1/2 days to put up this 30×60 shop. The crew did a very professional job. Thank you Premier Building Structures for an awesome looking shop. Danny P

The three men who installed the building were very professional. They arrived early and worked late. They had the building finished around 3PM on the second day. They picked up after themselves and didn't leave any debris. Neighbors have commented on how good it looks. One neighbor wanted to know how much it costs, because he might want one like it(if his wife would let him spend the money.

Premier Metal Structures is the best company to layout plans for my specified needs Eli Gonzalez was the best he drew up plans what I needed then tweaked it to make it perfect I cannot praise Eli enough for being the best sales person I have dealt with premier metal structures, the best that I have seen very very great people to work with. We bought a 30 x 50 x 12 all vertical building when the guy started to put it up it took them about 15 hours working time very pleased with Building and workers

From start to finish Marco has been on top of EVERYTHING. 3 guys showed up for the install at 7am, began working immediately. After I gave them coffee, which was to strong for them . They were packed up and gone by 5pm. Not a single SCREW on the ground. Can't wait to use Marco and his team on the next one
