Adam and his team did a great job with the 20’ x 40’ steel building I wanted installed. They were very responsive and I felt the price was more than fair. To top it all off, his install team did outstanding work. I’m pretty picky but they did great work and I couldn’t be happier.

My wife and i are very happy with our experience. Any issues that we had was addressed professionally and fixed. Adam is a very busy person so when reaching out to him have some patience and allow him a day or two to get back with you. I believe the whole process for us was a total of 2 months. Once the concrete was down it took two weeks later for the building. Very pleased and would use them again for any other metal building/carports we may ever need again.

We couldn't be happier with the 24×35 metal garage that Premier built for us. From the order process with Adam to the great team of professional installers, the whole experience was excellent! If I were to do it again, I wouldn't change anything!

The installation crew was on-site as soon as my concrete was dry enough for the install. The quality of the building is outstanding and I am VERY happy with my entire experience from start to finish. The installers showed up exactly when they said they would, and they finished the installation of my 28' x 35' building in a day and a half. I checked on their work every now and then throughout the build, and they did a great job of making sure everything was square and installing the crews in a perfectly straight line. I'm pretty OCD about things like that, and I couldn't find a single flaw in their work! If I could give them 10 stars, I would, but Google limits me to 5.

I worked with Adam at Premier to get the cement removed that was installed by SS builders who ripped us off for 18000.00 dollars. Adam worked with us to get the new cement in level like it should have been. The cement was done perfectly in one day. Adam gave us a great price after all we went through with SS builders. The building was built in one day. They are great. PS if you here of Ss builders (Stephen Smith ) stay away from them they are thieves. Adam is honest and straight with us . I have already recommended Premier to 3 other people so far.

Adam made it seamless.
My husband and I came in with a lot of questions, with which Adam was eager to answer. Once the pad was poured the shop went up and exceeded our expectations.

I did a lot of research and talking to a lot of metal building companies. Every other building company placed the gerts ( the upright vertical support post) at 5-6' depending on the size building you got. Premier Buildings places them at 4' spacing regardless of the size building you get.
I really wanted my buildings (I bought 2 metal buildings) up before Christmas, and Adam made it happen.
The installer who did my buildings (Jose Ruiz) an his crew worked from noon till 8 pm the first night and we're here from 7 am until 11pm in the second and final day. They did an awesome job!!! I didn't truly get ti see my buildings until the following day when I returned from work. All the trash was picked up, and my buildings looked FANTASTIC!!

Ordered a 30x41x11. Everything was exactly the way I ordered it. Took 3 weeks to get materials. Crew had building up in a day and a half. Quality and customer service was top notch. Would highly recommend

The entire process with Premier was excellent! The service was impeccable with Adam keeping me up to date with every step. The builders came and worked hard cleaning up after themselves and leaving me with a beautiful building!

We worked with Adam on a 26x60 garage/office space/workshop. Originally we had drawn plans for a stick built garage, but the price of the metal buildings was just too compelling. These guys were great. We were able to customize something perfect for our needs and the installation crew were amazing. This isn’t your grandads cheap carport. I wholeheartedly can recommend Premier. If you want a nice structure that is assembled to the utmost care give these guys a shot.

Had Adam and his crew put up a 30 x 80 x 14 metal building for me. He gave me a great price. I put my deposit down with him and he order the building. When I finally got my concrete poured and finished, I contacted Adam and he lined up my install and gave me a date. In less than a month his crew was on site and installing my building. 3 days later it was completed. The crew was super fast, did an awesome job with the install and picked all the debris and even swept out my building. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Adam and his crew if you are looking for a metal building!

They have finished my new metal building that I purchased from Adam at Premier Metal Buildings and Iwant to give some feedback.

It was great working with Adam as I not only needed a new building, but also some demolition work on an existing structure and new concrete work. We sat down and worked through all of the different architectural selections that I wanted and then all of the site preparation. The price was acceptable and Adam took over coordinating everything.

I am very happy with all of the subcontractors work (Concrete & Building). They were very considerate of the wet ground conditions with their equipment in my field. I would go and check on the progress every now and then and the workers were always very polite and took time to answer my questions.

I love my new building and the quality is excellent.

Adam and all the folks at Premier Metal Buildings were all a pleasure to work with. Once we got through all the weather issues our install went off without a hitch. The concrete vendor that we were coupled with did a great job and the building installers came out and assembled our shop in one day! We did have a third party engineer inspect our slab to meet county code requirements which required a couple return trips, but that was no fault of Premier. Our shop looks great and is very structurally sound. Would highly recommend.

We ordered a portable building. Adam was very helpful in getting on track to get a building. Ordering process and building selection was easy. Building was constructed and delivered in a timely manner. Delivery drivers was excellent and efficient.

Notwithstanding the worldwide slowdown of the delivery of resources - including steel for barns and sheds - Adam did a good job in helping us with the design of the barn and explained all our options. He was professional,, knowledgeable, and out-priced other competitors offering a similar product. I was particularly impressed with the strength of the square tube steel used to support the structure…very impressive.

We CAN NOT say enough good things about this company! They just finished our quite large garage last weekend..It is 24 X 40 and they arrived Friday morning and gone by 5:30 on Saturday..we are very happy with their work and their crew was outstanding..it was amazing to see a small crew of 3 young men get this done in such a short time and do such quality work..would use them again and again!

Initially, we thought this was going to be a great company to work with. Adam contacted us very quickly within only a few days of our initial inquiry and he came to our home promptly to get the plans going on our metal building. As SOON as we signed the contract and gave the non-refundable deposit, the problems began. Little to absolutely no communication. Unable to get timely responses to phone calls (VM has been full for about 5 months now), texts or emails (which when addressed, the response was “do you even know how many emails I get a day?) Our materials were to have been ordered in February and we were told, once the building permit was obtained, that there would be a 6-8 week turn around. Strong words were had along the way and when asked directly if he used our deposit to order materials for someone else’s project he stated, “well, yeah, kind of.” We have never once gotten a straight answer from Adam. There is strangely enough no other employee to speak with besides him and the lady in the office, Diann, who has always been very kind. We were finally offered our deposit back after 8 months of sheer grief. Then about 1 week later were told that we couldn’t get our deposit back. After more heavy words, it was determined that the deposit would be refunded, although it was not done until a week after the day we were told we would receive it. Hands down, it has been hell. I would not recommend/trust this business or Adam to build a doghouse. No clear/timely communication, spoke a big game of all that they could do for us, delivered on absolutely none of it. Excuse after excuse and 8 months later, no materials have been delivered to our home, nor have they been able to give us even an approximate time frame. We were WAY more patient than we should have been allowing consideration for material shortages. On the other hand, our materials were supposed to have been ordered prior to when the shortage started. Happy to say that prior to receiving the deposit back we were able to find a fantastic contractor who is diligent in his work and not just the face of a company.

I shopped around several different companies in the Davidson County area and Adam was by far the most responsive and informative. He got the process rolling quickly and although he initially said it would likely be a 4 month turn around time, my concrete pad and 30x30 building were completed just over 1 month later. He made the process easy and straight forward. The contractors used for concrete and building installation were also top notch. I’d highly recommend Premier Metal Buildings to anyone looking to get the process going.
