I called up good vibrations to get a new awning installed and spoke with Sean, he was able to guide me in the right direction and get one ordered and made a effort to squeeze me into his schedule before vacation last minute, would recommend.

Very knowledgeable, professional, called when no one else would in a timely manner for being a weekend. I will use again when needed.

Being mobile repair is very reasonable for work performed. Would recommend to others when in need for full time RV who also live in their units. Very respectful and made sure the area was just like it was before they came.

Installed a slide topper for me. The price was very fair and on schedule even though the weather this week hasn’t been the best. He was willing to also fix another issue on the spot that we hadn’t discussed ahead of time.

Shaun at Good Vibrations was excellent in determining our issue and helping us get it fixed. I would highly recommend him for any RV repairs. He is honest and very helpful.

Shawn was very professional and also very knowledgeable. He has worked at several RV manufacturers in northern Indiana since leaving the Marines.
We were getting a AC overload code on our power converter and it wasn’t giving up any battery power when unplugged from shore power.
He quickly analyzed the issue crawled under the bus and did a hard reset. Problem solved.
He then let me know that I am paying for a full hour and asked if there was anything else for him to look at. He did a full inspection of our roof and also helped analyze an issue that we are having our front AC freezing up.

We found ourselves on the morning of a huge family trip out west and an RV with an awning suddenly malfunctioning (due to user error ). When we called Sean with the Good vibrations team, he immediately made the time and space in his schedule to help us with our emergent situation. Within an hour he was able to come to our property to address our issue. Knowledgeable and efficient, he and his team jumped into action. The issue took problem solving and creative engineering which the Good Vibrations crew excelled at. They came to us, brought everything they needed for the job in their truck, and it was incredibly affordable. We will 100% be having them come out and do all of our maintenance and fixes. Highly recommend these phenomenal folks.

Good Vibrations came out to help repair my RV slide gear box. They did an excellent job and very professional. They kept the job clean and put everything back together better then the way it was. I highly recommend Good Vibrations.

We've had quite an adventure on this camping trip. We're 441 miles from home, freezing weather and a snowstorm, and our furnace failed. Not the sail switch and not the board, so it had to be in the ignition system as determined by the first RV repair place. Lo, when Grand Design sent the new furnace, they were unable to schedule for a few days, so we called Good Vibrations. It was a miracle of heat for us as they were here in like an hour and a half, lucky us, and an hour later, we had heat first try on their install. Thank you so much and if you ever need warranty work on your Grand Design, I strongly recommend these folks to help you out.

Everything anyone could ask for…prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and all at a great price…I call that great value. Our 2019 Tiffin Phaeton needed a quick replacement and check of our water pump. Done! Sean was fantastic to work with and now has become a permanent fixture in my contact list.

Sean and Violet saved our bacon due to a slide out switch issue. Had worked all day getting motor coach ready for our next trip only to end the day of preparation to find passenger side slide out would not come back in. A friend of mine had mentioned Sean to me if I ever needed help with my coach. So I looked on line and found Good Vibrations RV Repair and made the call Sean and Violet showed up at my house to make repairs in about two hours, I couldn’t believe it. Turns out Sean spent years in Indiana building Rv units and literally knows them inside out. In about an hour he had located a faulty switch and controller. Those two got everything working correctly and we departed this morning for another fun time camping. Needless to say how I feel about Sean’s work, GRAT JOB! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ! Will definitely call again when the need arises. Makes house calls, another great asset. With the slide out stuck in the extended position. It would have been impossible to drive to get repairs made at a shop. Sean has a good inventory of parts on his truck. Very high marks for this company. One very pleased customer here. Ike Trexler

I called Good Vibrations about a furnace issue and Sean was able to work me in the same day. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. Sean explained how the system worked and what each part did. He didn’t have to replace any parts, just a thorough cleaning out of a bunch of stink bugs. I would definitely recommend and I will use Good Vibrations next time I have an issue.

Sean and Violet put down new flooring in our motor home. I didn’t know what to expect because I had not used them before. The installation turned out to be an exceptional job done with skill and knowledge and patience with me. I would highly recommend them.

We are new to the rv world and we pulled into our campsite near dark last night. We set everything up and discovered we did NOT have power to our camper. We tried everything but nothing worked. We started trying to reach a mobile rv repair company. Unfortunately they were all busy due to the hurricane/flood respons here in NC. We waited till morning and called the campground office to tell them we would be leaving early. They suggested we try Good Vibrations. Sean answered and he and his helper were able to come by within an hour. They were very professional, efficient and friendly. We had electricity in no time. I would highly recommend them! I've used Good Vibrations for my RV repair twice and have been extremely satisfied with their work. If you need anyone for RV repair I would recommend them. From electrical repair to changing out our macerator. They are punctual and very nice people.

#1 is us being new owners of an old RV and not knowing anything really. I'm embarrassed to say much more. Think- tanks and emptying. But fair enough there was a handle broken off which Sean replaced.
Sean fixed it fast and helped educate me about a few things, and I'm so beyond grateful!

Handy enough to take things apart, to get myself in trouble.

Air conditioning fan started making noises, and eventually started to seize up. I knew well enough to turn off the air conditioning before it overheated the compressor, and to leave it off.

Figured I would unplug the capacitors (after thoroughly taking videos of the wiring configurations) and take them to an electrical outlet for testing. Much cheaper option than a whole new a/c motor. They were able to determine it wasn’t the capacitors problem as they all read in specs. Welp, it’s the motor. Darn.

Called Good Vibrations to see if he could help with maybe a used motor. No luck, but he was kind enough to take time out of his day and help me find a replacement on Amazon!

I installed it, and it worked great. What a nice guy considering he helped full well knowing he wouldn’t make any money off helping me.

10/10. I’ve also heard from several people at my campground that this is the place to go for good service.

We were in town recently and had a mishap with the awning on our RV. Not only did John fix the issue (part had to be ordered), he and his family did it quickly and efficiently. The family worked well together like a well-oiled machine. They sacrificed family time to ensure our family was able to get back on the road. Just a super nice, super caring family, something you don’t find in a lot of businesses these days.

Excellent customer service, and quick! Even being over an hour away from my location they were able to be over next day and give me a temporary fix while we waited for warranty (which they handled 100% for me!) parts to arrive. Absolutely will be using Good Vibrations RV again down the road.

My awning tore loose in rain and strong winds. I called Good Vibration's RV. They responded quickly. They were fast, thorough, and priced fairly. I will call them first for any RV needs. I give them 5 Stars. They won my confidence in one visit !!

These folks are amazing. I called them for an AC repair and they showed up at 7 at night. The problem could not be fixed that night but they tried everything to get us cool again. After ordering the part and it coming in, they again came late on a Friday night to make sure we had AC. Very friendly and great customer service.

I was having issues with my city water inlet and my hot water heater. I searched online for Rv repair open and Good Vibrations showed open on Sunday.They came out Monday afternoon, fixed the water issue did an electrical trace for the water heater and determined the system board was bad. While there he inspected the roof found a soft spot and sealed it, until I could get on their schedule to fix it. They accomplished all of this in less than 2.5 hours. I ordered the system board, it arrived on a Wednesday, and they installed it and tested it the same day in less than hour, all over a three day period. To say I was happy with the level of service is a wild understatement.

Sean was very helpful actually a life saver, I call and he was able to pretty much immediately head my way. He is very knowledgeable about RV would definitely recommend him and good vibrations rv. Thanks again

I tried calling some of the repair shops in the area to have my camper A/C checked out before our trip to Florida next Thursday. The places I called were 2-3 weeks out even to look at it. I stumbled across Good Vibrations and gave Sean a call. He was also getting ready to leave for a week, but he found some time to come to my house and check the camper out in my driveway. I didn't have to take time off work to drop off the camper at a shop. He checked over everything, cleaned and tested the A/C, repaired some roof damage I didn't even know I had and did so VERY reasonably. Highly recommend! Super nice people!

I have nothing but great things to say about Sean and Violet. They have great energy we really enjoyed meeting them and they were efficient and observant in the repair work done on our RV. The cost was very reasonable. They are keepers.

I highly recommend Good Vibrations RV! Our roof was leaking. They were so kind when I called. When other companies said text me I'm busy, or just didn't answer, Shawn said we will call you right back... and they did. They extended their work day to come out and make sure we were fixed up before the rain came in tonight. Shawn took extra time to make some minor repairs that will help eliminate this this problem in the future. He also made several great suggestions that would also help prevent future issues.

I had Good Vibrations come out for multiple days of projects on my fifth wheel and they did a phenomenal job and got all of my projects done before I had to leave again. Very satisfied with their work. I also called them when my mom was staying in the area and was having trouble with her fridge and they were able to fit us into their schedule and came out to troubleshoot the problem. Shawn was great to work with on fixing our RV air conditioning on a holiday while we were out of town on vacation…. He did help us keep cool while we waited for the parts store to open the next day. Mr. Shawn was very prompt after getting the run around with Good Sam. Mr . Shawn came out on Father’s Day night around 10 pm after my A/c breaker kept tripping . I have a brand new 2024 unit and he diagnosed the problem right away . The wire into the A/c breaker was not grounded all the way into the breaker.

I will definitely recommend good vibrations for any RV job . Very professional and made sure all wires were secured to all my breakers. He even check my roof for any seals as a courtesy . You will continue to have my business while I am in the area of Asheboro/ Greensboro

We had booked a stay at an RV park. Everything was going well until we had trouble with our lights. They weren't coming on even though we were plug in to electric power. Someone told us to call Good Vibration RV repair, we call and they came out. It was the best decision that we could have made. In no time they found the problem and we had lights. They are the best, fast and reliable service. I would recommend them to anyone!!

I had Good Vibrations come out and do a inspection of my RV before starting the summer camping season and they were very thorough. Love their professional yet very friendly way of going about their business. I had them look at some shelving in my pantry that had come loose, Sean and Violet set up a date and time to come back out and fix them and now I'm sure there will be NO issues with anymore. Wow is all I can say about “John Nguyen” absolutely a fake profile especially with Alice liking that ridiculous post. 100 reviews and only 1 negative review….. sounds suspicious right? Poor Alice continues to slander a great company and great people! Guess she doesn’t like the fact Good Vibrations continues to do great work at the campground she lives at and not use her. #Facts! Sad that jealousy runs deep with people and they feel as they can post things and then immediately troll them in the comments. Sounds like that person may be on some type of substance to me…….just saying.

Let me say a couple more things about Good Vibrations Mobile RV Service. Unfortunately I have had a couple of mishaps in the past 6 weeks . We forgot and left the awning out during a rain storm…… you know the rest. After Sean working all day with service calls he made time on his way home that evening to check out the damage…… after assessing the damage he ordered parts to make repairs. Sean did not charge me a damn dime! What a relief for the immediate help. Once parts came in he came back out made the awning repairs and added soft starts to AC units. Service call and repair charge was extremely affordable and appreciated!! Does that sound like someone begging for business and on some type of substances? I Think not….. I’m an addiction counselor I think I would notice.

On Friday September 13 while leaving the campground headed to East Carolina University to tailgate with my kids we had another little mishap…. Called Sean and Violet and caught them on their way to a service call to tell them what happened and where I was going. Sean adamantly said HELL NO you cannot drive that to Greenville. I’ll meet you somewhere to repair your coach. That’s what he absolutely did and made the repair within 45 minutes and we were on our way for a great weekend of tailgating.

AGAIN I absolutely would recommend these great people for ANYTHING you need worked on!! Rates are outstanding!!! Only Good Vibrations will put their hands on our $150,000 coach PERIOD!

Great folks that do great work! Much easier than towing my RV to a repair shop. They not only helped me with some maintenance items but followed up afterwards to make sure everything was working well.

Sean answered my call on a late Saturday afternoon! My dryer in my rv had died!
He and Violet went out of their way to fit me in on Monday! They shadowed up on time and replaced the dryer in record time.
I would recommend them because they were reasonably priced and did what they said they would do!

This company is phenomenal! I was having issues with one of the slides on my brand new 5th wheel, so I called Good Vibrations bright and early before 8am. I was expecting to have to leave a message, but Sean answered my call and was eager to help. He and his wife arrived at my campsite within an hour and they were both friendly and professional. Sean hit the ground running and had the slide operating correctly in no time, putting an end to a stressful situation as I was due to move campsites later that day. These guys are awesome. They communicated with us very well and coordinated on-site visits to meet our schedule. Its obvious they have a ton of knowledge and experience with RV manufacture and repair. I don't give 5 star ratings very often, but Good Vibrations RV has earned every star given.

Have had nothing but a great experience working with Good Vibrations RV. They really do live by their name. Had my hot water heater go out, and they came to put in a tank less one as soon as it was shipped. Very fair prices are hard working positive vibe people. This couple is very knowledgeable and cam over an hour drive to help us on Easter weekend. After fixed the problem with slide, jumped on the roof and found a hole that needed caulking and fixed it as well. Would definitely call them again!!!

Where do I start. It was Good Friday and they came to a campground to fix our problem. I was shocked that they came on a holiday. They came prepared with everything they needed. They were professional and friendly. This was a sewage valve problem and was gonna be a dirty job and they knew it and still showed up. I was ready to go back home. Our maiden voyage was a nightmare until they came to help us. Wow. I will absolutely use them again and refer them to everyone I know.
