We had significant water damage to our crawl space. They came out within hours and started working immediately. They have contacted each day as they are heading out our way to mitigate our problems. They have been polite and have worked very hard. Great organization.

We called ServPro after our basement flooded from a faulty spigot. We received a prompt reply and the team was at our house within a few hours to begin the cleanup process. Isaac was our main point of contact for most of the clean up and he and his colleagues were responsive, professional, and friendly.

Throughout the entire experience, their crew was courteous, respectful of our home, and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They turned a stressful situation into something manageable with their calm and helpful approach.

I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage.

Servpro came out to my home did inspection. Supervisor & Rocco gave complete understanding of water damage and understanding what needs to take place when moving forward if you need that level of clean up. Very professional crew great knowledge.

TRE PRATT. He is the reason were giving 5 stars. All of the guys are super nice but Tre is not only seemed to be the most knowledgeable but he's gone above and beyond his job. Trust me...he aint paid enough to put up with me and my boys and pitbull!

So I basically rent and my landlord is handling everything and is not at all happy with the business aspect and speed etc. Im in a torn apart home for weeks with my husband...2 kids most importantly and 3 legged pitbull. It's like a danger zone. It is a danger zone. Photos below are currently where the project is at. I understand floors and everything having to dry but dang this is tough. I'm torn. My landlord will leave his own review and also be mentioning Tre but he can speak further on what he's unhappy with. He and his wife are like mama and daddy pretty much to my husband and I so they're protective and want things done right and up to par. Just as I would with and for my boys. But again I haven't dealt with that side of things for this project so I am leaving a review for Tre personally.

I have multiple health issues, one being a seizure disorder. Tre literally put up with my protective pitbull every day, amongst the other guys. All super friendly... im up to adopt you all by the way if you're reading!... but Tre possibly saved my life. I had a seizure and he not only stopped his work but already knew my needs and was able to get my meds and breathing machine to me and STAYED with me until my meds were helping and greeted my boys off the bus right after so they weren't alarmed. I literally get a text every day from them both on the bus coming home asking ... "is Tre there?!"
I have dealt with and worked in many sorts of customer service based business that provide a service. And man has he got it. Not to mention he don't stand around and play... he works hard and wants to stay to get the job done. I just can't say enough good about em. So for that reason Tre takes 5 stars for serv pro from my family! The boys text me a picture on the bus today and said show Tre our Santa hats today. And Mrs Bria (my scary pit) even loved em. She likes no one around me lol.

*also a slight mistake was made. Inconvenient but it was made right. So also happy with that.

These guys are great and do excellent work. My company had them out to do some repairs. The work was completed in a timely manner & communication was impeccable. Highly recommend

Had them out to my house a few weeks ago. Very courteous and professional. Got me dry and handled all of the insurance paperwork. That’s was a huge help. Can get complex dealing with insurance companies and adjusters, glad SERVPRO was able to help me thru this. I called SERVPRO out to my house because I had a flooded crawl space and my furnace quit. Zach showed up on time and was excellent! He was very professional. He did not try to charge me for services that weren't needed but however, while he was here, he fixed my air conditioner/furnace and pointed out another leak I had in my kitchen that needed to be repaired. He also helped me come up with a plan to efficiently divert rain water away from the house. I cant say enough great things about Zach and the entire company.I definitely will be recommending SERVPRO to everyone. What a GREAT experience! Thank you again!

Our basement flooded early January with the heavy rains in the area. Austin from the Winston-Salem office was very prompt in getting to us. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will definitely recommend them to our friends in the future.

Austin came out to my home & assessed the problem with a leaky refrigerator, guided me on next steps & assured me that ServPro is a phone call away for any further issues. This is not my first experience with this awesome company……back in 2017, Craig Harmon handled a similar issue that resulted in extensive work on my hardwood floors. He took all the weight off of my shoulders & everything was repaired beautifully! I wish I could give this awesome company 10+ stars instead of just 5! The ServPro team not only delivers expert work, they do that work with a pleasant, confident & professional attitude which gives each customer they serve comfort in knowing whatever the problem is, it will be resolved! Let me start by saying, RUN as far as you can from this company. Unprofessional, cuts corners, doesn't deliver by deadlines. My daughter's house flooded Christmas Eve 2022. Was told everything would be complete by March 2023. It was July 2023 after three general contractors, ripping out laid floor that was such a poor job, repainting and new trim that was ruined because there were language barriers. Also, the prior two contractors tried to skim more money from my daughter by telling her this or that was not included in their quote when it was. The only saving grace was the third contractor Brian Woods. I'll be leaving him a glowing review on Google. Don't do business with this company or Brian or Tanya Carlson, the owners.

Amanda with Servpro really helped my wife and I out when we were in a pinch. My wife recently inherited a house that the previous resident trashed, literally. We were incredibly embarrassed for anyone to see the house. However, Amanda was so kind, patient, and non-judgmential as she explained how they would clean the property. She stayed in contact with us before, during, and after the process to keep us updated on exactly what was going on. She also took the time while cleaning to carefully put aside family heirlooms that had been left in the house. I would 100% recommend Amanda with Servpro.

Servpro was readily available and did an excellent job. I especially want to complement Amanda Dahlke. She was very professional, informative, answered all of my questions, and was a delight to work with.

When we had a water leak in our home we needed help and Serv Pro was exactly what we needed. My hot water heater supply line busted a couple weeks ago, I had at least two inches of water in my closet and it flooded half my bedroom and spilled into my living room as well. I called SERVPRO immediately and within the hour, I had Zach and his crew pulling into my driveway to clean up the mess. All were very polite and got to work pulling water out of my carpet and placing their equipment. They were able to save my carpet padding which saved me an arm and a leg! Unfortunately some of the drywall in my closet had to be removed upon which mold was found but was immediately taken care of. The equipment and progress of the work they had to perform was checked on daily and my house was put back together within the week! Highly recommend this company for any water/mold damage!

This company is under new ownership and they are top notch. Great customer service, response time and great work. Definitely a company and team that I will be using more often!

The guys called a half hour before our carpet cleaning appointment time, letting us know they would arrive in a half hour. They arrived on time! The guys were very professional. We shared our concerns of problem areas. We have kids and pet stains, so our carpet was a mess. They showed us the progress of the problem areas we spoke to them about as they reached them, keeping us in the loop the entire time.
They were fast and efficient. We were very pleased with how the carpets turned out. There were a ton of stains removed and pet odors removed. The result was much better than we expected and we highly recommend them!

We lost power for 12 hours and the basement sump pump didn't work, this cause basement flooding. They came out the next day due to poor roads. Removed the floor and sprayed the mildew to kill it and dried the basement. They were honest with the quote and very professional. Hopefully wont need to use them again but will HIGHLY recommend.

We arrived at work after a terrible storm and found our roof laying over the building on the sidewalk. There was extensive flooding throughout our offices and work area. We immediately called Servpro and they were there within an hour. From that point on they took care of everything. They brought in fans and dehumidifiers, carried out all the wet ceiling tiles, removed all the wet carpet. They stayed with us until everything was dried out and ready for renovation. During a very stressful time we couldn't have asked for a better team of experts! We highly recommend Servpro to anyone who needs help after a disaster. They will be there for you.

Like many residents of Davidson County I experienced an overwhelming experience when I woke up Thursday Feb. 8th. The day before Lexington received over 4 inches of rain in a very short period. As a result 3 rooms in my house had flooded. The sad thing was I had no idea which way to turn. A friend of mine suggested that I call Servpro. Craig Harmon and his crew were at my house within an hour. Over the next 5 days Craig, Troy, Ryan and Brandon worked to restore my house back to where it was before the storm. I was very impressed with their work ethic and more importantly with the fact that they really seemed to care. I hope that I never have an experience like this again but if I do I will certainly know who to call. I would strongly suggest that you do the same. Ron McGinn

These guys are amazing! Our home flooded the week before Christmas. We had no idea what to do or where to begin so we called ServPro. Dave arrived about 45 minutes after we called. He brought all of the equipment and everything necessary to start the drying process and explained what to expect (NOISE, heat). Dave, Brandon and/or Craig came by everyday during the drying process to monitor the equipment and moisture levels in our home. We could not have done this without them and are most grateful for their help. Thank you Dave, Brandon, Craig, Debbie and Betty. Thank you ServPro for all of your help!

I couldn't be more delighted with the work Craig and his team did for us. They took a disaster and made it into my perfect "She Shed." I can't thank them enough. The ServPro team was professional, efficient and pleasant. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, I will have no hesitation about calling.

The service with Servpro was excellent!! We wish we didn't have to use them but unfortunately things happen. Craig's team was always professional and really seemed to care about what we were going through. They helped us make such a difficult time more bearable. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Our home had mold and we had Servpro come out to do the remediation. They replaced our installation and placed the moisture barrier in our crawl space. They did a great job and we were very pleased.

They clean my son's house after he committed suicide and in the room they cleaned several items of value that were not quate unsalvageable were missing and they just didn't have an answer as to why. I would never recommend them to any one they can't be trusted. Some of the things missing were of great sentimental value to his dad, myself and to his small children that would have received these items and they are replaceable. But they can only say we have pictures well so did we and still we were left with nothing to show for the missing items. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU HIRE THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY. I would have given them a zero also but one star was the lowest I could give.

Please do yourself a favor and use another company. I contacted Servpro when my tile shower leaked into the basement. Long story short, staff was late on multiple occasions and once missed an appointment date completely (and all I got was an "ooops, sorry"). When it came time to put things back together to prep for the tile installation, the plumber he sent out did not know what hes was doing, and installed the pan incorrectly (the reason I was in this mess in the first place). He came back the next day to reinstall, and could not figure it out, and admitted that he did not know what he was doing. He as well as his assistant could not even figure out how to reattach the plumbing fixtures for the tub. Servpro still backed up their plumber, never understanding why this was so important. I had to let Servpro go, and the Manager was a bit confrontational about it, and then wanted to add things to the bill. I guess he was upset at the fact I was firing them. This was not long after apologizing to me after one of his crew members copped an attitude in my house about doing more work than he anticipated (which was due to lack of communication from the manager to his staff). The manager never got that I did not want to be in this mess again after the FOUR MONTHS he took to get to where we are now. The insurance company said the majority of the delays was due to him not filing paperwork in a timely fashion. I will never use Servpro again.
