Hired Premier Exteriors for a roof replacement and gutter screen covered and the results are excellent. I was impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. From the time I called their office and spoke to Ricardo, the manager I was sold on how he explained my options. Michael, brought all the samples and was very detailed in the whole presentation. The crew arrived on time, polite and very respectful. They worked diligently despite the hot weather. I also received updates by phone on one of the field manager. Overall the finished product is high quality and durable. I highly recommend this company for any roof replacement.

Premier left a flyer on my door offering an unbelievable price for full roof replacement; installation, materials, taxes and all. I called to ask if this was a realistic price. The owner called and promised they could replace my roof at that price. And they did, with the exception of one sheet of water damaged replaced plywood as agreed in the contract.
I met with a representative, he did offer better options, but I chose to stay with the standard option, as that’s what I had which lasted more than 20 years.
They showed up exactly at the agreed upon start time. Notified my neighbors that they’d be working at my property and would clean up any debris that ended up in their yards.
They were done in about 7 hours and, as promised, meticulously cleaned my and all adjacent properties.
They did great work. Provided a lifetime Premier Warranty, that includes seasonal inspections at no cost. Never hurts to be proactive. What more can you ask for?

Premier Exteriors LLC placed an unauthorized sign in our yard for roof work they did not complete. They also left what appeared to be an assessment of the current health of our roof, which we did not request, nor is it even possible to conduct without being on the roof. We have never had the roof replaced since owning this home, and this is incredibly misleading information used to drum up more business. If we do need to replace this roof, we will NOT be contacting Premiere to do so, considering the level of dishonesty employed to try to gain new business.

Premier addressed all of my questions during the consult to make me feel at ease. On installation day, they arrived early to get an early start during a heat wave. The installation was complete same day and they did a great job with clean up.

I watched Premier Exteriors replace the roof for a neighbor on my cul-de-sac, and saw for myself how well the crew worked as a team, how efficiently they took the old materials off, and installed new materials.
I knew the time had come to take action on my roof. Dark streaks, missing shingles, warping, leaking gutters. So I emailed Premier after reading the flyer they’d left on my door, and Ricardo Yuly, the President/Owner, called me back promptly.
Ricardo was professional, and warm, kind, explained how things would work, and arranged for me to meet with Michael Meadows, Sales Division Manager, the next day.
These folks don’t waste time. They are quick to respond, to make appointments, and to get schedule the project. Communication is excellent with them.
Michael is fabulous! Very thorough, respectful, communicates clearly and well, and straight forward. He’s also exceptionally nice. No high pressure. Just facts. Michael had samples of the materials, and invited me to really examine everything. He’s so easy to be with that when he left, I felt like I was saying goodbye to a friend.
I had no doubt I was getting a top quality roof, with an astounding 50 year warranty on material and work. The price was quite reasonable and fair, far less than I had been worried about spending.
“Let’s do this!” I said to Michael. I signed the contract to get the top of the line roof, new gutters, and new gutter shields.
Faiz Izzuddin is the CEO, and came over before Michael’s appointment to visually check out my roof, show me photos, explain the process, and was knowledgeable, respectful, listened well, communicated clearly, and like, Michael, just an all around great guy who made me feel I was in very good hands. I knew this was a company one could trust, which is vitally important with such a big project as roof replacement.
The day of the installation started early: 6:50 am! These guys are serious about getting the project done in one day. The crew worked diligently, and as a team. They know what they’re doing, very professional, conscientious.
And everything, including clean up, removal of old material, putting furniture (on my deck & patio) back, was wrapped up around 8:30 pm. (What a long day for them!) One day, and it was all done.
The roof looks great. Faiz explained that a new roof takes time to settle into place, and not to worry if initially I see wavy shingles. I appreciated him explaining this.
I now have peace of mind. That old roof of mine worried me, as did the cost before I met with Michael. I have a fantastic roof and no longer worry.

From beginning to end the professionalism is unmatched from Samantha in the office giving me a well detailed quote, Michael in Sales explaining in a presentation with great detail how each step of the roofing installation goes to Ricardo helping finalize the deal. Everything from beginning to end went smoothly without a hitch. The installation crew was prompt and worked quickly to get my roof installed. They were very diligent in their clean up making sure they got all of the debris and any loose nails around my house. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone I know. They will beat any competitor, I got quotes for 3 companies in total and they were the best price. Definitely give them a call.

I originally got quotes from two other roofing companies that provided a bare minimum of detail. Then my neighbor recommended Premier. We had a great experience working with Premier to replace the roof on our townhome. We first spoke with Samantha on the phone, who was very detailed about the process and our options. Michael was also very detailed and patiently answered all of our questions. Alex and his crew showed up promptly in the AM and were very friendly and helpful. My son has been searching for a dependable, hardworking, competent roofing company. Fortunately, Premier Exteriors has a strong, highly recommended presence in his neighborhood. We were visited by Michael Meadows, head of sales and we were pleasantly surprised that he was down to earth, not pushy and extremely knowledgeable. He explained the different roofing levels and showed us samples. He even gave us a discount.

We decided to get the 50 year roofing because of the quality of the GAF materials and the expertise and training that all of the crew had.

Edmundo and his crew arrived on time. We were greeted by Christian, one of the crew, who was professional, kind, extremely easy to understand and eager to answer any questions though out the day. Everyone on the crew was hardworking. They did not even stop for lunch. Everyone knew exactly what they were supposed to do. They went above and beyond to please the customer. My son’s roof is very unusual in shape. I asked the gutter crew to create the double roof downspout so that the rain would not gush over which was a past issue. They were like artists. They created a personalized downspout for both of the roof areas I had concerned about. They worked on them meticulously just to make sure I was pleased. I was also concerned about a high roof part that in the past would allow the rain to crack the patio below. Without hesitation, Edmundo, created a personalized solution that would eliminate the issue.
When the job was complete, the entire crew made sure my son’s house and both neighbors on both sides were spotless. This took a lot of energy but everyone took the time to do it.

I have an end-unit townhouse that has an unusual shape that was in need of a new roof. At least 4 of my neighbors had gotten a new roof with Premier Exteriors, so I contacted them for a quote. Premier provided a 5-star service throughout the entire process. I spoke with Samantha on the phone, who walked us through the process in general, provided an initial estimate, and was able to schedule an in person presentation with me later in the week. During the presentation, I had the pleasure of talking with Michael Meadows, who provided a low-pressure, very detailed informational session and showed us samples of the different material options. He explained how Premier is GAF certified and provided insight into their extensive warranty on both materials and labor. He also mentioned that if there was ever any concern, I could just call their office and they would be happy to send someone out to take a look. I was able to schedule the installation for as soon as a few days later - even during the holiday season. The installation was seamless in which a highly trained crew of maybe 10 people arrived and worked continuously from 8am to 5pm - completing the entire installation in one day. I could tell from the moment they got started that they were a fine-tuned team working with premium quality materials. Once the job was finished, they thoroughly combed through every inch of not only my property, but of my neighbors as well, to make sure that no debris remained. I paid half of the money up front for supplies and the remainder after the job was complete. I couldn’t be more pleased and impressed with the work and service that Premier provides. If you are reading this review and are looking for a company to install a new roof that will last for decades to come, I recommend Premier Exteriors 100%.

I recently had my roof replaced by Premier Exteriors, and they did an excellent job! A team of five arrived early at 7 AM, efficiently covering the front and back of the house to ensure no debris or materials would fall outside. Despite the cold December weather, they completed the work on time.

Afterward, they cleaned up thoroughly, sweeping and removing all trash, and even showed me pictures of the completed work. Faiz was exceptional throughout the process—keeping me updated from the day we signed the contract to the project’s completion. He also provided all the necessary paperwork afterward.

After leaving the review, Samantha at PREMIER Exteriors reached out to me and offered to both deliver 2 full sheets of plywood and refund the cost of the 2 sheets. While I was planning to only update this review to 4 stars, the lengths they have gone to make the situation right is impressive. While it would be preferable not to have to resort to a poor review, I believe the effort they put into fixing the problem earns them a full five stars.

Very poor communication during the job.

We were promised that we would be given photos of any plywood that had to be replaced so that we would know how many pieces would be needed and why, and would be able to make that decision ourselves. During the job we were told that several sheets were getting replaced, but we didn't get any photos until we asked the onsite workers. Even then we got a bunch of random photos of the roof with no explanation on what the areas needed plywood replacement. In the end, the workers said they used 6 and a half sheets. The management then called and told us we had to pay for 8 full sheets saying "pieces had been cut off to make the 6.5 sheets that were used." I don't see how it's possible to have 1.5 full sheets of plywood as scrap. I told the company that if we were paying for the full 8 pieces we should be left the remaining pieces for our personal use. They agreed and said they would leave them with us, but they did not. I called them again the next week saying we were owed the remaining pieces and they said they would work to deliver them to us. They did not.

I'm concerned that they've used that plywood on a different project and charged another homeowner for the same material they sold to us.

The quality of work is great as far as I can tell and we were offered a reasonable price, but the company's communication leaves much to be desired. I will update this review if they ever refund us for the unused material or return the material to us.

Lifesavers! What a great turn around time. Another company failed me miserably and I was in need of a roof pronto. Faiz and his team came to the rescue. Our new roof is beautiful!
