Premier Exteriors did a fantastic job installing HardiePlank siding on our house earlier this year. We are absolutely thrilled with the finished product. Britt was amazing to work with, he was in touch with us at all times throughout the project and was at our house daily managing the project and working with the teams. When there were any minor problems or we had any questions at all, they were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. All of the crews were extremely professional, they showed up when they said they would and cleaned up everything afterward. In addition to the HardiePlank siding, we also had them build a new roof area over the front porch and install a new window. They handled everything from working with the city to get approval for the engineering designs to re-drywalling the inside where we had a window replaced. The company was also very fair in its estimates, and the quality of work was outstanding. I highly recommend this company to anyone that wants new siding or has other exterior house projects to be done. We would not hesitate to work with them again on our next project.

REPLACEMENT OF LEAKING EXTERIOR SIDING.
In the midst of Charleston area’s boom in construction, we had difficulty finding people to give us quotes -- some never showed up, but kept promising, some never returned calls. One came to our house, only to tell us that some of our siding extended higher than he could work. In the end, we ended up with two quotes. Of the two, we had much more faith in the professionalism of John, the estimator for Premier Exteriors. He answered all our questions, and put everything down in writing in the final quote. He had also worked for many years with Britt, who would be in charge of the construction. We had a very positive experience with both John and Britt -- easy to get in touch with, responsive to our calls or texts, and knowledgeable about siding and siding products. We replaced our 23-year-old vertical cedar siding with Certainteed Cedar Impressions Double 9” staggered rough split Shakes, including replacement of deteriorating sheathing/framing where necessary and new house wrap. We cannot say enough good things about the team, especially showing up at the job when expected. They worked like a well-oiled machine and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. They did a great job cleaning up and the job was finished in 2 weeks, on time and on budget. Should we need additional work on the house in the future, we will choose Premier Exteriors.

We had an amazing experience working with Britt to repair parts of our rotten porch and siding. We came to him after a frustrating few months of being ghosted by other contractors and we really appreciated how communicative he was by comparison. We had some surprises along the way but Britt was quick to help us come up with a plan. He also came out to talk with an insurance adjuster on our behalf, which we really appreciated. The work was done quickly, and his crew was respectful of our space and left it tidy. I feel so fortunate to have worked with him!

They did a fantastic job installing our gate and fence. They are extremely personable and hands-on. I had a great experience working with them.

Was ghosted by this company. Had them out for an estimate for a wire railing around a small raised patio. Guy took measurements, said he would follow up the next week with an estimate. No follow up, no call, no estimate. If it was to small of a job, I would understand if they followed up and said that. Instead just silence from them.

They were very active and attentive. I loved that fact they they think outside the box and pointed things out that I myself wouldn’t have noticed. They were the only company that responded based on my urgent needs. Professional. I will hire them again for another project.

Premier Exteriors did a great job replacing my rotted wood deck with composite decking and painting the floor boards in the attached screen porch to match. We did not realize the extent of the rot until they began tearing up the boards and the framing was exposed. The crew quickly had the lumber needed to replace the rotted framing on site and despite the additional work still managed to complete the entire deck and stairs in one day. Two days later the painters came out to finish the project. Both crews did a good job and Britt was a pleasure to work with from the beginning of the project to the end. I would definitely work with them again.

Premier Exteriors replaced the three outdoor decks at our house, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Our old decks were warping and rotting, and Premier Exteriors removed those with ease and hauled away all of the old boards without any issues. They installed our new TimberTech decks within a matter of 2-3 days, working efficiently and as a great communicating team. Our finished decks look incredible, and include both cable railing and composite railing.

Britt (the Project Manager) provided amazing service and craftsmanship from day one. He was quickly responsive both via e-mail and phone, and made this project as seamless as possible for us. He was personally on-site for the project, and has been very responsive to a couple of questions we had after the project was done.

We are so happy with our new deck from Premier Exteriors! As you can see from the photos, our old deck was run down and starting to fall apart. From start to finish, Britt Willingham was FANTASTIIC to work with. He helped provide photos, style choices, brought over samples, answered all of our questions, and ultimately oversaw the entire project, which came out fantastic! Britt went out of his way to help us stay on budget and on track. We're particular happy with the custom bench and the lighting. It turned out so great and we'll definitely use them for future projects! Thank you again for an amazing job on our new deck. We love it!

Premier Exteriors did an exemplary job building a new deck at my home. The crew chief was also johnny-on-the-spot when it came to fixing a small problem afterward. The work was done on time and with dispatch, but with professionalism.
