love the roof i just bought one a week ago i had a little bit of fiber glass they were in and out took about 25 minutes for the inspection and 50 for the roof love it

We recently had Brent as our Premier Exterior sales contractor. Brent was very professional, knowledgeable, dependable and was great at problem solving. Unfortunately, the Premier Exterior crew removed our gutter guards that were suppose to be put back on. Brent was great at addressing this issue and having it resolved. We appreciate all that Brent did at making our home look great.

I have had a great deal of experience with contractors, in fact, I was a contractor for wonder bread some time back. Jim and his crew and sub contractors did a fantastic job during colder days of winter for me and I couldn't be happier with the results. After using Premier Exteriors years ago for a roof and a deck, we decided to use them again for hail damage our home sustained late last spring. Communication was great at the beginning while working with the insurance company, constructing the bid, etc. It was not quite as good as our project wrapped up. I think the work that was done on our property was great, but the process was a little messy. The roofers left all kinds of trash after day one (including gatorade bottles filled with urine), dropped a bunch of nails into our air conditioner, scuffed up the siding, and tore several of our window screens. It just felt a little disrespectful considering all the money being paid out, and I certainly don't recall this being the case when we used them years ago. Overall, it was fine and the job got done. Would I use them again or recommend them to my family and friends? Probably not.

I had Premier Exteriors replace several damaged siding sections on my home recently and it was a very awesome experience from the time I had Jim come out and give me a quote to the crew that showed up and completed the work in a timely manner. As the storm season has started I'm post 4 yrs now with my roof from Pyramid. It has leaked every yr since they put it on!! They pulled up the flashing and didn't put it back or replace. Do NOT use this company you will be sorry you did. We are still trying to fix their mess yrs later

This company is using another company’s name in their online paid ads. When I called because of their shady advertising practices, the female I talked to was extremely combative and rude. This is a perfect example of a company trying to confuse customers to get business. Why would anyone choose them knowing this? If they have dishonest advertising, they have dishonest business practices.

This was the second time that I have used this Omaha-based company. I had a claim issue a decade-plus ago and I was impressed that I was working with the same familiar faces. They worked hard to make sure that the job was done right both times and used excellent subcontractors!

I'm very happy with my siding repair. I called Premier Exteriors, Jim came out and assessed the damage that evening I received a quote that I felt was fair. Tony came to do the repair and he did a fantastic job. I'm very happy I had them do the job. I would recommend them for any exterior projects. They are very easy to work with great workmanship.

Premier Exteriors completed 2 full exterior insurance claims for two of my properties and they were professional in working with me and my insurance. They went above and beyond, not only in advocating to the adjuster that the claims were full in their scope but also when wrapping up every detail to finish the jobs correctly. I was able to get far more work completed than I was intially expecting to, and they were flexible with me adding some out of pocket deffered maintenance work that was completed within the same timeline. I would not hesitate to hire them again, in fact I already have.

I found Premier Exteriors with a random phone call and I'm so glad I did! Jim and Tammy went above and beyond on an insurance company battle over my claim for hail damage to my siding and roof. We would highly recommend Jim and Premier exteriors!! We had our roof, gutters, a lot of siding, and garage doors replaced. Premier did an outstanding job! Jim and Tammy handled the insurance process and any subcontracting recommendations for services they did not provide ( painting for the siding and garage door replacement). We went with a fairly new roofing shingle, a REVIA synthetic hand split shake, and it looks awesome. We have had numerous compliments on the changes we had me to our home. We bought our house as a previous rental back in 2012. 4 kids later it was time to do the siding. Between the flaky paint and rotted wood siding, we decided to reach out to Premier Exteriors and a few others. Premier won the bid thanks to their honesty, attention to detail and competitive pricing.

The crew we had was phenomenal, we have 3 dogs and they let us know that at any time we could let the dogs out with or without them. If we didnt want to let the dogs out with them working, they would take a break for us to do so. The work area was always made clean before they left for the day which was great for our kids to still be able to play and the dogs to be safe when outside.

Now that the work is done, it’s like pulling up to a brand new house. The attention to detail and top notch quality means I will definitely keep them at the top of my list for any future exterior needs.

I highly recommend Premier Exteriors. We had some rotting siding that we wanted to get replaced before we painted the outside of the house. Tammy came out, and she identified all the places where the siding needed to be replaced. The quote was very detailed with pictures of all these different places. The work was done well, and Tammy and Jim were so easy to communicate with the whole time. We highly recommend this company! Good people doing good work.

I had some pieces of vinyl siding that needed to be replaced. Found Premier Exteriors via Thumbtack. Jim came out within a day or two to look at the job. While he was looking at the job, he began making calls to see if the vinyl siding was still available. He eventually found some material in Michigan (I'm in Omaha) that was eventually sent to my house.

In addition to repairing the items I identified, Jim spotted some other problems related to the gutters/siding from the previous installation. He fixed those as well.

At the end of the day, it was great experience. His crews were on time and worked their butts off. I would recommend and use them again.

I needed siding replaced on the front of my house and they came out to do it right away. It looks great and communication was quick and easy during the whole process. Unlike other people and companies I have hired in the past, this was a positive experience so I plan to utilize this business for other projects I need done in the future.

I am most happy with the work of Premier Exteriors. They replaced my front porch and stairs with composite material. They also replaced some rotting cedar siding. They were very timely, kept me informed at all stages of the project. The workers were a happy lot and seemed to enjoy their work which was very high quality. They were pleasant when I had questions and suggestions. The owner, Jim, came everyday to check on the work. I would recommend them to anyone with a project and will use them again if I have a need.

Jim and his crew have been taking care of projects on my 1923 midtown beauty since I purchased it in 2020. First project was a new roof deck. Next was a small siding project. Honesty and integrity shone. Jim was able to replace a few pieces of siding instead of selling a whole new house project. Premier will get that job when the day comes!

Premier exteriors fixed our damaged siding after our neighbor's trampoline hit the side of our house. They were great to work with & did a seamless repair. Other companies wouldn't even accept job because they considered it too small. They do more than siding too. I highly recommend you check with them on any home exterior projects!

Awesome to work with!!! We found him from an app and he was great at getting back to us from the beginning to end. He replaced our back french door with a sliding glass door. Had to replace a small piece of flooring due to water damage around the inside of the door, as well as the the inside trim around the door that cracked when he went to put it back on. Very pleased with how well it turned out and hands down we'll be calling him again for future projects.

I sent them a Google chat message, and the same day Jim came out to my place. He was very helpful in addressing the siding issue I had. I found out the company, who the previous owner's hired did not place screws in the vinyl siding, which led to the strips moving. If I need further work done, they will be the first company I reach out to.

Jim and his team did a great job and were flexible with our change in plans. They did our roof, siding and deck. We have a whole new house. All the crew were friendly and courteous. They also address our concerns with no questions at all. All the work is quality and carefully crafted.

I was very impressed with Jim and how quickly he replaced my down spouts. They match with same color. He charged a reasonable price and was very friendly to work with. Jim was wonderful! Our new deck is perfect and the crew cleaned up after themselves. The heat slowed progress a bit and communication could be a little better but I would still highly recommend! Jim was professional and explained the process so that we knew what to expect.

Jim and his team replaced siding on my house, plus a sliding glass door at the basement level. I found Jim and Tammy extremely easy to work with throughout the process. We had a couple of issues with the door supplier, but Jim and Tammy stayed on top of the issue and brought it to a positive resolution. Premier replaced all my siding and some gutters from wind storm damage. They were GREAT! Jim and Tammy and their crew are very easy to work with and very prompt. The team that did the work were fast and professional. They ALL did an AWESOME job. They followed through with everything that we discussed. Jim and Tammy followed up with all questions and concerns. I never had to make a 2nd call for ANYTHING. They came out after the job was done to ensure it was done right and that clean up was done. After a wind storm caused damage to my vinyl siding I began the process of sourcing estimates. Premier Exteriors was the only company that acknowledged the difficulties that can be present with a repair job in a Covid environment with limited supplies and access to materials. They were able to set realistic expectations, and deliver perfect repairs and material matching in a timely manner. They kept things professional, and I know that they would offer the same experience to anyone else.

Premier did an outstanding job for us on three projects, roof installation, sliding door and bay window replacement. Premier came highly recommended and did not disappoint.
Jim met with our insurance adjuster on the replacement of our hail damaged roof. Because of Jim's experience, he was as familiar with city code upgrades that should be covered and discussed them with the adjuster. The roof looks great and was followed by a spotless cleanup.
Replacement of our water damaged sliding doors and nearby bay window was top notch. Jim and his crew did a great job replacing the interior trim and repairing/replacing the exterior siding so there's no indications there was any damage. Had it not been for the "covid wait" for the custom doors and window, the job would have been perfect. Jim had been upfront about this potential covid delay and is not to blame. We are pleased and would recommend Premier Exteriors.

Premier Exteriors replaced my old wooden deck with a composite deck. The quality of the work and materials is excellent. I now have a deck that will last a very long time and serve us very well.

I had Jim and the guys put Hardie siding on my house this year and the final product turned out awesome! The entire experience was great. Jim answered all my questions and his bid was very detailed and thorough. Tammy was great to work with too. Both are extremely responsive to calls and emails, even on the little things. Covid through us a couple hiccups on the time-line but when it was all done every neighbor told me how good it looked. I would highly recommend going with Jim if you need any work done, especially siding. He is fair, detailed, and willing to work with you.

We had a fire and the team built us a new garage and replaced the siding on the house. Great team to work with and also helped with other resources like electrical and painting. I would definitely hire them again. Thank you very much!

Updated Review... Premier Exteriors installed a residential deck for us in 2020. Overall, we've been happy with the deck and the quality of the build. Along the way since 2020 we've seen a small issue with the lumber quality which, is most likely due to supply chain crud that happened to everyone during that COVID timeframe. Despite that challenge, they built a deck we've enjoyed. The team at Premier is working with us to repair the lumber issue this summer at an agreeable rate. On the positive side, they are super motivated to earn positive feedback from their customers and the team works hard to make a deck you'll be happy with, all at a fair price. On the negative side, they are definitely a very busy company so you may have to wait awhile to get a spot in their cue.

Fantastic experience with Jim and his crew. Complete tear down and rebuild of a large composite deck complete with railings around deck and down stairs with two landings with a turn in the middle. Jim addressed every question or concern we had during the build and delivered an incredible finished product. Jim was onsite on many of the days providing guidance and direction while working alongside his team. Very very satisfied with their work!!!

This place was great! We had vinyl siding, steel roofing, gutters, soffits, and fascia all done with them and it came out outstanding! We had some other work going on around the house but they were totally understanding of our needs and workflows that might interfere. We had some hiccups during the 2.5 month project (it was done in the dead of winter for Omaha 2020 so weather delayed some of it) but Jim was happy to help me get things moved around and made more than a couple stops out to talk me through them when he didn't have to.

Premier Exteriors went above and beyond in replacing my parents roof and in finishing the exterior work (that a previous contractor slapped a bandaid on and left looking horrible) on my house. This was an out of pocket expense for my parents, Jim and his crew made sure that the job was done right. From making sure the flashing around the chimney was fixed right, to giving them the name of a repair company for the interior work that needs to be done due to the leaky roof, to the amazing job they did replacing the steel siding on my house, they really make sure the work is quality and finished in a timely manner. They were all very polite and cleaned up all of the scraps. Very pleased, I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again without a question.

At the beginning communication hasn't been the greatest. Once the project started they had to stop for a while to order more siding. I had to call to figure out why the job was left undone, I feel like they should have communicated that to me. I have had a few other issues here and there that I have had to follow up on. Overall, the house looks nice now, just wasn't the smoothest process to get where it is now.

Jim did a great job of matching the color to our existing siding for some repairs and completed the job as promised. Price quote was spot on and they were quick to respond to any questions.

Premier Exteriors performed three big tasks for us with new siding, windows, and deck. Jim was instrumental in guiding my wife and I into making a solid dicesion with the color scheme of the siding, quality and types of windows, and materials of the deck.
