DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! We have been waiting now for over 2 1/2 years for our money back. After months/years of dealing with this company, their endless lies and empty promises, telling us they would give us a refund since absolutely nothing was accomplished with the house we ordered. They have caused much heartache and pain. It would take pages to tell everything we have had to deal with. BEWARE!

DO NOT BUY HERE! Well over 10k spent for a 20x30 metal building and the problems started in writing the work order. They made mistake after mistake writing the order, and on the fifth try they omitted a vertical draining roof as is in 99% of ALL metal buildings. Installer shows up with a horizontal flanged roof that forces the water to drain off the side vs the front and back of the building. HUGE HUGE problem. Installer says nothing they can do, this is how you ordered it now pay me. Beware, they act like their top notch pros over there but can't even write up a simple work order.

Doug Begley formerly of Pioneer Cabins & Sheds LLC,(research Pioneers’ reviews on Google), thinks that by changing the name of the company, he can wash away his ineptitude, his lack of empathy for his customers, and the poor quality of his construction. I told them to stop my cabin build after 10 months of lies, and 7 months of having the cabin exposed to the weather. They never delivered on the dates promised, they have tried charging me for items they have not , nor will do. The cabin isn't wrapped and the roof is not finished, (dried in), yet they began installing porch railings, which does not match the 6ft entrance their Frontier cabins should have. That's because the railing lengths are wrong, yet still installed. The doors won't close because they are warped from months of rain, the OSB and decking is starting to bulge and separate. They are using my ladders, and have used my tools because they lack their own and free hand cut everything, very precise, NOT! The hurricane straps and mending plates on the rafters are there because I bought them myself and insisted they be used. They were short on materials, so I bought them myself in order to continue progress. They will promise they will not leave until finished, but that is incorrect. They work a few days at each job so they can keep you hostage to the process. Our attorney could not find a Tennessee construction license on file, we are in Tn. and don't expect a warranty. Cleaning up on a day they were not around we found a bag of crystal meth, they said they fired the crew but may have only moved them somewhere else, I'm not sure. I have documentation, emails, and texts collaborating all my claims. Avoid this company, and if you don't, get an attorney to review your contract, a copy of their construction license, and a copy of their liability insurance for their workers on your property, and don't pay until the build passes an inspection from your state. I'm sure they will respond as though I am the problem but I will let the attached pictures speak for themselves. Our contract was signed February 19, 2021,completion of the shell was promised 6-8 weeks, the first 3 photos are from 12-3-2021. BTW their 5 star FB review is from Doug himself, enough said.
