We are the proud new owners of a detached 26 x 24 ft. garage they built for us completed a couple weeks ago. We couldn't be more pleased with the final product and process through out the build. The project manager, Justus, was fabulous to work with. He was very attentive to all aspects of the build. He responded quickly to any questions we had which we found amazing in this day and age. All the crews that came to do the various jobs required for the build were very highly skilled. Their end product is amazing. We couldn't find fault with any thing they did. The price was the most competitive of all the bids we got. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and professional company that that will make your dream come true.

I cannot share enough positive things to Justus, our Project Manager, and his crew. They were kind, patient, and helped resolve a lot of learning curves we came across with home renovations. We just moved from Texas and had always dreamed of a finished basement. We had the idea and Justus brought it to life. In fact, exceeded our expectations. So much room for drinks, games, and two offices tucked away near two awesome storage rooms. Highly recommend Justus and his team.

Adam and his team did an exceptional job on our basement. Justus was our project manager and he was so easy to work with. He communicated well and often. Every person that stepped foot on the job was polite and delivered an excellent product. Multiple team members also went above and beyond what was asked to make our lives easier and the final product better! The craftsmanship is higher than I expected for the price!! We had shopped around to a few contractors that were quoting us way above our budget. Premier gave us a great price and a high quality final product. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them myself for future home reno projects.

I just had a 12 ‘x 14’ Four season room done . They did an excellent excellent job from start to finish total construction took less than 10 working days,Justus and his crew worked professionally and did everything to Exceeded my expectations in all stages of the work. I was informed of every step, and was what to expect every day, which was important to me, never ever doing an addition. Justus saw stuff that needed to be done I knew nothing about. He could have easily sidestepped them, but he did not.He build it like it was his own room. Very professional. GREAT JOB guys!!!! Having received prohibitive estimates from others for the remodeling of our sunroom, I contacted Adam at Premier. He promptly came to our home and gave an estimate that beat prior offers and accomplished more. They completed the job in about three weeks, despite a series of blizzards. It is a scary process finding services for a home remodel project. We were new to the area and our project presented a lot of challenges as it is a much older home and we needed to blend the old with the new while keeping all of the historical integrity. Adam responded quick. He was honest and upfront and presented us with a fair price. He took on our project when others had walked away. Even though it was a smaller remodel. Everything was finished right on time and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure everything turned out just as we expected. My wife and I did a basement remodel with Premier construction. It was hands-down, the best experience from a customers standpoint that I have received throughout the years of homeownership and remodel projects. All of the staff were very professional. They cleaned up the construction area at the end of the day. Communication was spot on. In my experience, contractors, lose sight with how customers feel during a remodel. It is a stressful experience for homeowners. Premier went above and beyond to make the remodel experience pleasant! And for what it’s worth, The Painter with premier came when he said he would come and did a phenomenal job. If you are reading this, and have ever hired a painter, you know that painter’s never ever come when they say they will!!! I am absolutely going to do business with them in the future to do a another bathroom remodel along with a garage remodel, and maybe even build a second garage, if they are cool with it!

From the initial contact to the completion of my project, PCS was great! Adam was quick to respond to my initial inquiry, get me an estimate. And the project manager, Josh, was great to work with and kept the project on schedule.

To be clear, this would still be a 5-star review if it was 2019. In 2023 you get 5 stars just for showin up. Before COVID you actually had to do a good job! These guys did a great job! They didn't even ask for a tip either!

We worked with Adam on a two-story home addition and deck demo/rebuild and he was very collaborative to bring our vision to life. I am compelled to write this one-star review to express my extreme disappointment with the general contractor who was responsible for our pool project. This entire experience has been a nightmare, and I strongly advise anyone considering hiring this contractor to think twice.

From the very beginning, the contractor seemed unprepared and disorganized. They promised to complete the project within a specific timeframe, but as the weeks turned into months, it became painfully clear that they were completely behind schedule. It's been a never-ending cycle of missed deadlines, excuses, and broken promises.

We were very impressed by Adam, Josh and the team! Adam was able to quickly work though the best way to accomplish our second story addition and write up a fair estimate. Josh and the team worked very quickly to complete the job. We really appreciated how they minimized the disruption to our house during construction and cleaned up. We couldn't be happier with our addition and I would absolutely recommend them!

Adam and his awesome crew including Justus and Josh made sure my basement finishing project was just what I wanted. It was completed a week early and the cost was just what he estimated. I’m so thrilled with my new sewing room/family room/bedroom and bathroom. It’s beautiful. In fact, it’s better than I imagined. The painters were just great. All of the workers were caring, friendly, professional, so helpful and experienced. You can’t go wrong with this crew.

Just wanted to say thank you again to everyone at Premeier Construction. I had originally planned to have a garage tear out and rebuild completed by a different company. However, plans fell through and I was left to find another contractor. I reached out to Adam who took the time to listen to my concerns and he was able to come up with a plan that not only met my needs, but also stayed within the budget. Both Adam Sieren and Mike Ferkins were great to work with. Mike was always available to address any questions or concerns that I had throughout the entire build process. Work was completed in a timely manner and everyone involved throughout the entire process were excellent. I would highly recommend them for any construction job that you need completed for your home.

I reached out about a small job and Adam gave me the name of someone to call, and they responded immediately!! Not every business will share contacts for jobs outside of their scope. I would call again for any larger jobs.

We had some heavy rain during our project. It set us back a bit but I was happy that they did what needed to be done to fix the rain damage when it could have been easily ignored. I really enjoyed getting to know the team.

We were victims of the deracho in 2020. Premier was quick to respond and promised the world. We felt confident we picked the right company. They got us a roof long before anyone else; however, the quality of work on the rest of the repairs was horrible. The company was nightmare to try and get a hold of. We were always promised someone would be there to do the work. After multiple calls, someone would show up, do horrible work and leave early after arriving late. They did not replace trusses as quoted, but patched them. They, also, did not enforce the trusses as requested. The drywallers were atrocious (like he hired them right off the street). It took forever to get new siding and gutters. We had to eventually find someone for him to hire to do the work because his personal crew 'was too busy'. All the while, he collected a huge check from our insurance company!! If you do not live in the city of Des Moines, do NOT hire this company (I would still question the integrity regardless).

Yes, we were a customer. Adam is the owner and we dealt with him for the majority of the job. If we could do it all over again, we would have went with someone else! We realize distance was the majority of the problems in getting crews but Adam knew that at the beginning when he accepted the huge damage remodel on our house. All he saw was insurance money and did not care how well the job was done or our satisfaction with the work.

I needed help with a project but was not sure if Premier could help me.
Adam at Premier emailed me back quickly and said he could not help me, but gave me the name and phone number of someone who could.
I thought it was very nice of him to get back with me so quickly. Plus he took the time out of his busy day to help me. Sounds like they have very good customer service at Premier Construction.

My wife and I had a residential garage built by Premier Construction Services in September 2021. The owner Adam Sieren, his project manager Mike Firkins, as well as their various concrete, brick-layer, framing, electrical, drywall/drywall finishers, and roofing teams, were phenomenal in exceeding all of my design choices and completing my project within three weeks of starting. In all honesty, I had some initial reservations due to the short build time frame, but this concern was immediately alleviated once the project manager assessed the scope of the project and gained a foothold on existing and newly developed challenges and tasks, completing my garage on time, with a superior degree of craftsmanship, and high-quality workmanship throughout the process. Mike is extremely professional, highly competent, and customer service oriented (very friendly and personable), ensuring that my often unusual or non-standard build requests and requirements were communicated to the various team members. I cannot express enough how satisfied I am with this company and its workforce. Especially, when you consider the supply-chain shortages due to the pandemic and that this company is highly reputable and sought-after as a construction business in the Des Moines IA area. Thank you, Adam, Mike, and all the teams for your hard work and for making one of my life-long dreams a reality to enjoy for years to come! On a five-star rating scale, this company is a 20. I highly recommended them for any residential project.

Premier did a deck remodel for us and did a great job. Everything looks great and they were easy to work with. Josh from the team was always very responsive whenever we had a question about the project. Recommend them for anyone looking to do a similar project!

I contacted the company on the weekend and had a response back right away. In talking with Adam, he suggested that we contact a recommended kitchen designer. She was great. Once we had our kitchen layout set, we met with Adam to get the quote for the work we wanted done. The remodel included installation of new cabinets, installation of flooring we purchased, removing the popcorn ceiling and retexturing, painting the ceiling, and reconfiguring our lighting. I had done my research and came up with a number that I felt would be fair. Without telling Adam my number, he came up with the exact number that I was comfortable paying. Adam's communication was great. Once the project work started, Justus took the lead as the project manager. He was great to work with throughout the process. He made sure things were done right and if they weren't to his or our satisfaction, he made sure it was fixed. The small touches that he caught and took care of really made a difference (new threshold, paint matching our new vents with a new return air vent, etc.). His crew was personable and easy to work with throughout. The project did take longer that expected, but there were a couple challenges that popped up. Despite those challenges, they stuck to their quote. We are very pleased with the work of Premier.

I wanted to build a garage for quite a while. Adam gave me solid advice on what not to do, and when we arrived at a suitable plan, he quoted me a price and a timetable. To my satisfaction... he stuck to it. Like clockwork, first the concrete men, then the framers, then the electrician, the overhead door guy, the siders, etc. The job was finished per the contract and on time. Throughout the process we had some minor mis-communications, but everything was resolved in a satisfactory way. Adam was flexible on everything I requested, e.g., I wanted my own roofer to shingle the garage. He agreed and struck that item from the invoice. Overall, though, what really pleased me about this experience is that they came through. I tip my hat to Adam, Juan, Junior, Nick, Zach and the rest of the team. Job well done.

Premier Construction did an amazing job on our covered deck with stamped patio and fire pit! Adam and his team were so easy to work with and were very professional. The covered deck looks like it was originally part of the house. They did a great job and would highly recommend.

We are extremely happy with the work Premier Construction did with our basement - framing, drywall, electrical, painting and trim. They finished our basement quickly and did an amazing job. Kept us up to date on the project timeline, on budget, and had no issues.

After the Derecho storm, Premier came out and fixed the hole in my roof extremely fast and did an excellent job. Extremely nice guys too. The reason I’m giving 3 stars though is they were tough to get ahold of to finish up and schedule the little touches at the end. I also asked them about the gutters being broken from the storm and if they could fix it. They said yes and kept telling me the gutter guy would come take a look and give me a quote. Gutter guy never came and after a few attempts asking them about the gutters I gave up.

Adam and his crews did a amazing job on are garage. He worked with us and was able to do the job for the price we needed. Very quick to get the job done as we were on a timeline for the sale of are house.

If you are looking for someone to screen-in your porch, look no further than Premier Construction! Adam is amazing to work with; the team and their craftmanship is second to none. We had a house built and moved into it in November, 2019. I knew I would eventually screen-in my back, covered deck, and hoped to have it done in early summer. I am THRILLED with how it turned out. Adam was very responsive to my needs and used my already-existing frame and railings to create an outstanding product. I am excited for a bug-free, relaxing summer on this great porch. Had Adam come out for bid on a basement remodel. Did not get estimate so I texted Adam and he said he would look into it. Still have not seen a estimate. Adam is very nice and showed up on time for his appointment but something must have fell through on my estimate.

Premier added an addition on our home and exceeded our expectations. From timeliness to cleanliness. The job was done well and every person that stepped through our door was friendly and courteous. Adam knows his stuff and layed our a room that is perfect for our family!

I emailed Premier for a quote and instantly new I had to utilize their services. Adam quickly took action on the design of our basement and told us a home theatre would be great in the living room. I was unsure but soon saw what it could be. Premier’s framers arrived and were very polite! Framing lasted a few days. Next the drywall crew arrived and quickly got the board into the basement and it was all hung in a day! The mudding team quickly got it all mudded and the trimmers moved in. We are now in painting stage. Each crew is quick and very friendly! I will post pics once we are complete. Keep it up Adam and crew!

Being in the construction business, I've worked with a lot of new home builders and home renovation companies. Premier Construction Services is the absolute best! I doesn't take long into meeting Adam that you realize he knows everything there is to know about home construction. Adam has great vision, is incredibly meticulous and is as hands on as you could ever hope for in a contractor. After working with Adam and his team on multiple projects together in and around the Des Moines area, I put my trust in him to build my personal home 2 years ago. It is perfection.

Very Fair and Professional. I had no idea who to choose when starting my renovation project. I read amazing reviews online regarding Adam and took a chance. I have no regrets whatsoever. He transformed my deck into an awesome sunroom. Throughout the process he gave me great options and suggestions. We had a challenge with 12' x 6' glass panels but he overcame that hurdle with his efficient crew. Very nice, respectful, hardworking and diligent crew. Adam was honest and upfront about the work involved...no surprises. He never said he could not do anything. Biggest thing for me was that I slept well at night...stress free!! I trusted him and he delivered big time! I will be contracting with him again next year for my patio.

The entire Premier Construction team was amazing! We just completed a sizable addition to our home and needed new construction and renovations. We had all trades involved in the project and everyone was polite, dedicated, and efficient. My husband and I have three very young children and two dogs so a project of this size was a big deal for our family. I had a rental property that needed an overhaul and luckily I found Adam and Premier Construction. Adding to the difficulty I wasn't living in the same city as the house being remodeled. However, Adam made the process incredibly easy and painless. He offered suggestions on how to improve and maximize the remodel while adhering to my budget. The kitchen and bathroom were totally remodeled and turned out great, and the trim/paint/hardwood floor refinishing were all top notch in the rest of the house. Prospective tenants have raved about the quality of the work. Best of all the work was completed in a very timely manner and within the budget. Next time I need work done on a house in the Des Moines area Premier Construction will get the call.

Working with Adam and his team was a great experience! He was always quick to respond to questions, and the guys on site were super friendly. We had struggled to find a contractor to do our deck renovation. I called Adam as a last-ditch effort. He sat down with me and explained my options, and had the bid to me by the end of that same day. His guys got started just two days later. We love the finished project, and would definitely use Premier Construction again for our next remodel!

Adam and his crews were very easy to work with and functioned like clockwork. The neighbors were amazed at how fast the addition went up. The concrete work was spot on which made it even easier for the framers. I provided the doors from Menards that were packaged horribly and when they were hung they didn't line up well. I brought this to Adams attention and him and his guys were out there right away re-setting the doors and got them looking good. We are very happy with the whole project and highly recommend Premiere.

My husband and I needed our basement finished and he did his research on the bidding process, exactly what the contractors would do and to create and exact cost sheet that we could follow. Adam came out and presented their bid very professionally and told us in simple terms on exactly what would happen. In order to get the space for a family room, I know my husband wanted to move the furnace. Adam had a great guy come out and complete as well. He was VERY knowledgeable on his HVAC terminology. He even did a final walk through to ensure everything was completed to satisfaction, and did some touchup work that we overlooked during that time as well. Great Company. You cant go wrong here. I am calling on Adam for future housing needs.
