Went above and beyond to make sure our issues were fixed in a timely manner! Guys were very friendly and knowledgeable, would definitely recommend!

Well, I can’t really see what was done up on the roof and chimney, we aren’t having any leaking anymore. The communication before enduring was excellent. Would definitely use this company again.

Matthew and Ryan were very professional. They laid out a drop cloth to protect the floors. Matthew explained to me what he was doing and went the extra mile by fixing the ignition switch on the wall. I definitely plan on using them again.

On time, curtious, knowledgeable, and clean. They came in and did what I had scheduled. They did suggest repairs but did not feel pressured at all to go with them or schedule further at the time of service. Will be calling them back for repairs.

I was very pleased with Premier’s Chimney and Roofing technicians Ryan and Cedric. They are both outstanding workers. First I got a Text reminding me of my appointment, then a called later letting me know that they will be here in 30 minutes and they show up on time, what more could you ask for with good service? They introduced themselves and verified the type of service I requested earlier, all with a smile. Then they put their foot covers on and got right to work. When they completed the job everything left clean. In the past I hired Brogan’s fireplace but the service was terrible. Long story short just read their reviews for the (Hampton/Newport News Va.) site. Anyway I saw all the great reviews about Premier and decided to call them and book an appointment online right away. I also called to ask a question and received a return call later that evening, I was impressed with just the returned call from Premier and felt like my money would not be wasted this time….and I was right! Ryan and Cedric were very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. They explained and showed me what my problem was with my fireplace after checking several things that Brogan’s fireplace didn’t even look at! They also suggested some great information about fixing my problem. Premier is a great company and I will be doing more business with them very soon. I highly recommend them above all. Ryan Brown and the gentlemen working with him were a pleasure to work with. Not only did they totally clean my unit and give it a whole new life. They also fixed the wiring which made the switch on my wall work to turn on the unit this will make my life so much easier I no longer have to do it manually much appreciated

My wife wouldn't attempt to start our fireplace that was installed when the home build in 2000. Talked with Matt and chose to go with a new install. Works great, wife happy to use the remote to start the fireplace. Very happy with the product and even more pleased with the service.

Ryan was prompt and took his time troubleshooting our gas fired logs. He quickly determined the problem and was able to rectify the issue and return it to service. Cleaned up and provided some advice on log placement. Excellent service, highly recommend Premier Chimney and Roofing.

We had our fireplace serviced. They were clean with their work. They wore shoe covers the entire time within the house. They were very professional with their fees and upfront pricing. We are very satisfied with the work performed. We’ve scheduled them to help repair a roof that had some small damage after a recent storm.

Ryan assessed the situation, which did involve a small gas leak, and he repaired it promptly. He and Justin then went on to clean and service my gas fireplace and did an excellent job. These guys were one of the best experiences I’ve had for service in a long time. All I had to do was pick up the phone, they were here the next day and did a great job. The techs Justin and Bryan were nice and honest guys who did the job well. I would definitely recommend them if you don’t have time to deal with semi automated processes.

On December 4th you sent your employee Justin to my house to add more Solar Flex to my roof . Last night December 10th it started to rain and it was pouring, today it is still raining and the roof is not leaking. Justin did a great job. Let me add that Justin represents your company at the highest level. He cares about how I was and getting the job done right. His professionalism behavior speaks volumes as a person and a valuable employee, customer service is not always good these days. He showed me what this society is missing. He took pictures to show me what the problem was and what he did to fix it.This employee deserves a executive position or the biggest raise you can give. We need more people like Justin doing the job right and who cares about the customer.

Did a good job. Just had to have patience. I had two spots inside my house that was leaking from my chimney. They fixed months ago and I haven't had a problem since.
