Excellent experience. Full roof replacement. The crew was very efficient, like a well oiled machine. At one point, 4 guys were nailing shingles at one time. The job was finished much more quickly than I expected, at least compared to the experience of my neighbors. We have lots of plants around the foundation, but there was surprisingly little damage. Dave, the owner, is very communicative. He does what he says he will do. His crew chief has been with him a long time and is very skillful. There is only one crew. I liked that, too. In the end, when I went to clean up the debris that they may have left in the driveway, there was none. It was cleaner than when they started. They also searched for nails with two machines - very thorough clean-up. I concur with all previous comments left on Google, with the exception of Joel's from three years ago.

Dave communicated daily from initial inspection until the work was done. He was on site supervising each day. His crew cleaned the worksite thoroughly. He advised us on a couple of upgrades that should prevent problems in the future. All in all, could not have asked for a better experience.

We had a full roof replacement in the home and garage. Dave and his team were awesome. They were on time and did an excellent job on our home this week. Super happy with their service!!!

It was a pleasure working with Dave. He was very professional and responsive and kept me informed through the entire process. His crew did a great job and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. I won't hesitate to use him for any other work I'll have to do on my house.

We had a new roof and gutters put on our home by Preferred Roofing. The work was done on time. They started on the roof after 7:00 and were cleaning up by 1:00. The workers were very well organized and worked well together. The new gutters were put on the next day and all went perfectly. My roof and gutters looks great now! I would recommend this company to anyone.

I called to have gutter/soffit work done on a commercial property and he referred me to another company and said it would save me the money as he would've contracted it out anyway. Very honest guy. Thanks!
