Had them come out in March of 2023 to address some peak flashing that had blown off my slate roof. They were wonderfully responsive and timely, understood my budget restrictions and "kept the rain out" replacing slates, a portion of our peak beam and flashing all for an incredibly low price. Precision did a stellar job working with us to get our 150 year old slate roof in top shape from start to finish. Came out promptly for an estimate, worked with us on a few changes on the estimate, only had to wait a month to get started and finished promptly and professionally(100% clean up)! Would definitely recommend!

WOW!!!! Where do I start?!?
Me and my Wife have a slate roof and noticed a leak several months ago. Trying to find the best deal, we looked around and received 5 different quotes, all very expensive. Every single one of the quotes was financially frustrating and seemed way out of price range. We just couldn't afford it. After praying and searching, we found Chris at Precision. We learned that the other companies were wildly overpriced and trying to fix things that didn't need repaired!!! Chris was honest and open about what the true issue was. The work on our roof was done very quickly and it looks incredible! Unfortunately 5 stars is the highest this ranking can go, we'd give him so much more if we were able! So thankful for an honest and hardworking helping hand. We now have peace of mind and our wallet is thankful!!

Wonderful company to deal with. They do an excellent job of identifying the problem and fixing it. We have used them several times and will continue to call on them for help with our slate roof.

I've worked with Precision Slate in the past and appreciate that they are nice people to talk to (Nirma & Mark W. and others). I always use them to do my slate roofing repairs and now you can add a chimney tear down and metal skirting repair too. I briefly spoke to the work crew and they were nice as well and they got the job done!! The repairs look really nice. Good job Precision Slate and Tile Roofing and keep up the good work!!

They repair our roof some years before.
I have had some problems after ( They fixed it ) the same Slate got lose now! I call for inspection the did and the gave me the inspection ( they only come for 10 Slate $500) crazy but I agree what option do I have. I just got email They are very busy and hard winter is on the way !! So they will come in the SPRING come on

Precision Slate & Tile helped us copper-flash our large chimney stacks, repair slipped/damage slate tiles and water proof a large custom skylight.

They were fair in price and helped complete the work quickly as we had done a 150K remodel inside and the roof threatened all of that work as it began leaking.

We are thoroughly pleased with the work performed on our 1900 slate roof by this company. We were promised work a certain way and we were given it. Pricing was fair and reasonable; very prompt professional and courteous. We would definately recommend them again.

Done necessary repairs on my 115 year old slate roof within two days. The crew was friendly and very professional, each day after leaving, you would not know they were here, cleaned up regardless of how small pieces of damaged slate was laying about.
