The owner Nick is very professional and makes the process easy. His crew is polite and efficient and their finished work is great. Would highly recommend!!

Do not hire this company if you value your time and want proper gutter instalation. The gutter crew failed to show to a scheduled appointment, and failed to even call. Half the gutters were installed such that TONS (way more than 1/2 inch!) of water was left standing and did not drain properly. When the company came out to fix said gutters, it took multiple rounds to get them to do the fix properly, with them insisting that it was fixed and us demonstrating by pouring water into gutters that it was not.

Here's what my husband responded: "My wife's hasn't been very happy with this gutter process. The no show was from earlier for the gutter removals. We were disappointed that rear gutter section wasn't installed with proper slope -- it was holding about an inch of water in the corner initially -- and bummed to have extra holes in the flashing and fascia after spending so much energy with roofers and painters to get a clean install. My wife initially met your guys this morning, and they spent 10 minutes doing minor adjustments at the edges and then told my wife it was good, even though the corner still had the deep standing water. When I got home from work and pointed out that the problem wasn't resolved, they did 2 more rounds of attempted spot fixes before finally giving in and re-sloping the whole gutter install for correct drainage. So yeah, it's fixed now, but I have dozens of extra holes in my
drip edge, and I'm still astonished that the initial install just followed the roof line with no attention paid to whether the gutters would actually drain water. The review doesn't pull any punches, but it's an accurate assessment of our experience."

They originally installed our gutters 10 years ago. We felt we needed more downspouts after the heavy snows. Nick came out, on time and did a quick inspection and advised more downspouts would not solve our problem and made a suggestion that electric tape installed by an electrician would be a better way to go. We appreciated his honesty and advice.

2/10/2023 - Update: Nick texted me a little after the original review came out today to inspect the gutters.
2/9/2023 a STAY AWAY from this business. They are not honorable. The gutters started leaking the first time it rained after install. I called multiple times, then sent a message through the website. I get a call back and an appointment scheduled but no show, no call. Now again multiple calls and another message no response. Very unprofessional and they don’t stand behind their work!

This company has gone downhill in recent years. Any 5 star Google reviews are old. Nick the owner of Precision Seamless Gutters is extremely unprofessional. Multiple calls and texts to him requesting repair of gutters he installed are either not answered or result in excuses for not scheduling. Scheduled finally for a repair and he was a No Show ! No followup excuse . I'd recommend all homeowners avoid this company.

Had gutters installed by Nick and his crew and they did a wonderful job! Nick was very responsive and professional. Highly recommended company if you want the job done right!!

With Reno growing at such a fast pace it's been extremely difficult to get any sort of contractor to show up or let alone bid on a project. Nick and team from Precision Seamless Gutters showed up when they said they would, followed up with a bid and once we were on the schedule I had my doubts, but they showed up and completed the job. Some companies have employees, but this crew took pride in there trade and did I mention the professionalism? They have since done 2 of my properties and I've recommended them to many of my friends. Highly recommended!!!

Nick and his crew were great. The whole process was very professional and pricing was very competitive. I would recommend them to anyone.

Sad, but Nick, owner of Precision Seamless Gutters, Inc. installed gutters for us mulitiple times. I'm currently looking at his lifetime warranty. 6 months ago, one side of gutters came detached from the house. He was to come out and fix it. It's been over 4 months of calling Nick dozens of times and it always goes to voice mail. I never would have suspected this man of not honoring his guarantee. Again, dozens of messages asking him to kindly call us back and explain if we have done anything wrong, but we just can't get this man to return our calls.

9-3-19 Update ~ After threatening bad reviews, contractors board etc. on another voice mail, I received a call from a worker a few weeks ago and he schedules an appointment for Sept 3rd at 8 a.m. A crew of 4 showed up at 8:34 a.m. 9/3/19 and did the repair. I am appreciative that the repair via his guarantee was finally done. I don't feel It was necessary for me to have spent hours calling and finally threatening him to get this repair done. The bottom line is this was a no win for this business as customer service should be the #1 priority for a business.

I called Precision for an estimate for gutter repair which needed to be coordinated with our roofing contractors. Nick immediately came out and gave me an estimate. The company is very fair in their pricing. Their work was excellent, on time as promised, and I am very pleased with their work!

Did an excellent job. I live on the edge of a wind prone canyon in sw reno. The wind damaged my old vinyl gutters so i had precision upgrade my whole house to new seamless. I've had 2 brutal wind storms since install with no problems. They look great and installation was a breeze. They did the whole job and cleanup in one day while I was at work. Came home to beautiful new gutters installed exactly to my specifications.
