Precision RV Repair

I went to Precision RV today to get a bunch of work done. These guys are fast, clean and thorough. They know what they are doing and I highly recommend them. Tony is a wealth of knowledge.

We go there every year for our coach service. Terry and Tony and the rest of the staff are great. They have over 45 years experience at Tiffin.

Great place for almost any repairs to Tiffin motorhomes. We make an annual trip to Red Bay, AL, and always schedule appointments at Precision RV

We’ve had 2 other shops near our home try to trace down a short in our bathroom lights in our RV. One shop kept it for over a week and still was unable to find the problem. We had a trip scheduled for Red Bay so I called Tony at Precision RV and explained the problem. Set up an appointment and 3 hours later he called to say we were squared away. It’s been 3 weeks now and the lights are still working perfectly. They do great work for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Tony and Terry did a fantastic job servicing our Allegro bus. They patiently reviewed all of our requests with us and explained everything they did. They answered all our questions and demonstrated how to do things we were not familiar with. Coming here was the best decision we made rather than wasting our time and money with a dealership!! Have to plan ahead & make appt. Superior customer service, made you feel welcome. IMO unlimited skill sets for coach maintenance. Had 4 slide toppers replaced, troubleshooted swintek slides & corrections w/ syncing issues, manual window shade repair, 3 A/C’s serviced & cleaned. Will address small maintenance issues as requested. Would highly recommend & will use again. In at 8 am and out by 1pm! Also have campsites available, see photo for info.

I have dealt with Tony, Terry and the crew several times. These guys are the best. They are very good at what they do. I don’t own a Tiffin anymore but they still serviced my Aqua Hot system. You couldn’t ask for better service. It’s a pleasure doing business with them!

Some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Got help with slides and was able to walk along with him so I could learn more about operation and lubrication. Thank you Precision!

Tony and Terry have vast knowledge of Tiffin RV coaches. They were super efficient and addressed all of the minor issues while my coach was in the shop bay. I asked many questions and they were eager to help me. I traveled over 600 miles to have them work on my coach. I will stop in once a year going forward. They are always booked several months out so plan ahead. The best guys to work on your tiffin.

Camping on the property, waiting my turn in the shop for some excellent repair work . Visiting other shops in the area for other work.

Arrived yesterday to have my roof resealed. Based off what I've seen/noticed so far, these guys are "ON POINT "! Thinking we'll be very happy with their work/service. While here had a repeat slide out issue. Repeat, as in, was supposed to have been fixed by a different company. Seems like these guys are "on point " with that issue too. Just want to let folks know Precision RV Repair is the real deal for RV repairs.

First visit to Tony and Terry and the guys at Precision RV. Had a list of 11 items to be addressed on our Tiffin 39 ft class A diesel. The guys found a couple more items on our Coach and all were completed the same day by 4 pm.
They have 5, level, full hookup sites on their lot. Arrived the night before and Coach was in the shop by 8am.
GREAT service experience!! Tony took the time to explain what we were doing right on maintaining our coach and what changes we could make to try to avoid issues with slides, jacks, etc.
We will definitely be back!!!!

The team at Precision RV is the best! They took my coach in right on time and had me back on the road just a few hours later. Accomplishing my list of things to do and a few things they found that needed addressing. Honest and fair pricing, what more can you ask for these days?!?!?

On a side note, I stayed in their full hook up sites next to the shop. The sites were perfect.

Over the top customer service. We got everything taken care of that we came for. Having some sites to stay in was a plus. We came in Sunday and our appointment wasn’t until Tuesday so we got a day to relax. They saved all the bad parts to show us what they replaced and got it done in a timely manner. We highly recommend Precision RV.

Left our 2021 Allegro Bus with them for warranty, out of warranty and complete annual service. They finished what they could in record time. They took the Bus to Bay Diesel, then to Tiffin for warranty repairs. I am 100% satisfied with everything. What an incredible group of people. So nice and professional. I will be back for all my service needs.They are now My go to company for everything. Thanks to Joe and Tony.

Wonderful service, they repaired a slide on my Allegro bus and performed other maintenance. They are very professional and experienced. Having campsites in their parking lot is a big plus and the internet is excellent.

The entire crew is courteous. They will walk you through everything they do if you wish. Very reasonable pricing. 3 fhu sites @$30.00.

Great service. This place is first class of you need your Rv fixed. In fact they told us we didn't need a couple of things done, when they could have made more money off us. I really appreciate honest people.

I can't say enough of the team at Precision. After a late minute SNAFU regarding annual maintenance of my AquaHot 250D, they were able to squeeze me in during a busy week. While there, I got a crash course on side maintenance and helped me reset it. And the price was inline with everyone else in town. They even have three cheap FHU spots!
I'll definitely be bringing my rig here in the future.

Shout out to Precision RV Repair. I called about a month before our trip and spoke to Joe. He patiently listened to our list then told me what they could do and what they couldn't. He gave recommendations for the items they could not take care of for us. He followed up with an email or text, forget which, outlining all that we wanted them to do. The day we went into the bay Tony walked around the Bus with us to understand exactly what we wanted done. As we sat outside either Tony or Terry would come out to let us know what was going on. It wasn't always pleasant but when all was said and done we feel our Bus had a thorough inspection/check up. They were patient as my husband watched and they even gave him pointers. We were pleasantly surprised at the final cost and will definitely make this our place for maintenance. Thank you Joe, Tony, and Terry, for our first time visit to Red Bay!

Just had a list of items taken care of. Joe, Terry and Tony excellent and full of knowledge. They not only complete your repairs like they were fixing their own equipment but will answer all your questions. You leave more knowledgeable than when you arrived and that is invaluable!

As a previous reviewer said, Tony and Terry repaired numerous items for us as well as providing instruction and tips on maintenance and other issues. This is a great one stop shop for all those miscellaneous issues that crop up over time in your motor home. From toilets to slide toppers to shades they pretty much have it all covered. As a bonus, they also have great wi-fi and even have three full hookups ($30 per night) if you have a long list. We'll definitely be back to them when coming through Red Bay. Like most good service outfits in Red Bay, they book up far in advance so make your appointment early. Highly recommended.

It's always a pleasure to work with these guys. They really know the ins and outs of these big machines. Bring carrots for the horses!

Tony and Terry provided us with quality work at a very good price and also taught us a lot about our RV and some preventative maintenance we can perform ourselves. I would definitely use them again.
