Precision Home Care is amazing! They are always around to help, they have great communication and I am always happy with their work! They are the first I call anytime I need anything looked at or completed! I highly would recommend them to family, friends and the community!

We've hired Precision three times in the last year for drywall installation and minor siding work, and they've done a great job each time. Their rates are pretty standard compared to the competition, but their courtesy and professionalism set them apart from the other handymen services we found.

I own a second home in the Berkshires that I sometimes rent to guests throughout the year. A few months ago I switched services to Precision Home Care and so happy I did. My recent guests have been very complimentary towards the house and I give much of the credit to a Heather and her staff because first impressions are the key to a successful guest stay and my house always impresses. Heather is very detailed oriented and it shows. The house never was cleaned like Precision Home Care cleans, and I thank them very much.

I'm recommending Precision Home Care for cleaning and handyman work as well as general construction. I found PHC when I needed an industrial level cleaning at my neglected second home. Heather and her crew were not put off by the size of the job. They gave me a very fair price and their work was excellent. I was so happy with it that I asked her team to do some handyman work. Just like with the cleanup, the handyman work was done very well and on a timely basis. This gave me the motivation to get some bigger projects done, like replacing my old windows with energy efficient ones, among other general construction jobs. The team has been wonderful - fast, clean, skilled and pleasant to have around. They met with the window seller to measure and discuss how to fit the replacement windows in my old, not-square window sashes. The window seller went out of his way to tell me that "my guys" really knew their stuff. I already knew that, but it was good to hear from another source. Heather is the point person. She is friendly, accommodating, and very professional. I just can't recommend this company enough.

Heather, Jim and the rest of the Precision Home Care team have been great to work over the last five years+. We appreciate their easy-going and reliable approach to taking care of our little cabin and being very responsive when the unexpected happens (e.g., "Can you check on any damage from the storm?") They have proved to be very adaptable when taking on special projects as well as our regular care-taking needs. A great find in the Berkshires, especially if you are only their periodically.
