Service dept was able to fit me in right away to diagnose engine trouble that impacted my vacation travel. In the end, I elected to postpone the suggested repair until I got back home, but they were able to bypass the issue to get me back on the road safely. Big thanks to Derrick, Chad, and the service tech for the extra effort! (I wish I lived closer!!!)

On July 8th I had an oil change at Bedard Brothers Honda and Jarod Gurney was my Service Advisor. He was very friendly and courteous. I dropped my Honda CRV off with Jarod and explained I was in a rush because I was going on a last minute trip. I was an hour early and he got my car in and out with the help of the mechanic in a hour.

Everything went fine. Work was done quickly and efficiently, and notice was given in a timely manner. Jarod handled it all in a professional manner. Thanks.

Great experience! I bought my Honda H-RV from them a couple months ago. Great costumer service and they worked with me to get payments within my budget.

They gave me 2 free oil changes with my purchase. Just got the first one done over the weekend and they did not disappoint. They did the full oil change, topped off all my fluids, changed the air filter and rotated my tires completely free. They were super friendly and even got done about 20 minutes faster than, they said they would. In and out and my car is running great!

Just pick up my 2026 Honda HR V!! BRIAN BUTLER was absolutely amazing. He only wants the best for the customer, is honest, and hard working. Told him what I wanted at 10am by email. By 3pm all paperwork was ready for me and I picked up the car the very next day. Best service I have ever had. Definitely now a BEDARDS girl for life.. thank you

I recently purchased a preowned Honda Civic from Bedard Brothers. From the sales person on, they went above and beyond to make things go smoothly. My personal situation made the trade-in and transfer more complicated than normal and they helped make it happen, providing more support than I would expect. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

We enjoyed meeting and working with Aiden Astorino. He was kind and not at all pushy. Because of his friendly and helpful attitude we were able to seal the deal in 2 hours.

Very smooth process from beginning to end. I emailed the dealership, got a competitive quote, took the car for a test drive, and it was a done deal. Everyone was pleasant and easy to deal with and there was no obnoxious upselling or shady tactics. I would definitely purchase another car from here. Highly recommended!

We had such a great experience with the team at Bedard! I’ve leased cars at multiple different dealerships over the years, and this was by far the simplest and painless experience. I went in for a LOF. The service manager was extremely nice and helpful. He was friendly with my puppy, as were two other service people; that’s the way to treat customers and their family! The mechanic did a very neat job. I highly recommend Bedard’s.

This is not our first experience with Bedard’s and won’t be our last. The process front start to finish is always professional and easy ! It is an enjoyable experience including the service department after the sale!!

Expected to make an appointment for work, but they did it immediately. When it was done, was told there was no charge based on work done last year! Never had that happen before!

Oil change and differential fluid replaced. Everything went smoothly. Was able to use my reward points so I actually owed nothing. New show room and waiting area is very nice. Work was finished ahead of schedule. Great experience.

Bedard Honda. I have been servicing my Hondas for at least 30 years at Bedard. That's because the service is excellent and fair. Service department is always friendly and will take the time to explain if needed. I'm very satisfied with them! Great people there!

2/27/2025 - Service visit. My routine February appointment. OFL. Also had rear brakes done and wipers replaced and tires rotated.
Even with renovations going on I received the usual GREAT service by Bedard Service Advisor Vanessa Traversa!
Used the shuttle service this time. Excellent door to door conviennt service.
VERY friendly - all of the Honda service people.
