I needed a new sider for a house I was building in Lexington so based on a recommendation I found Grand Premium Siding. Anytime your trying a new subcontractor there is anxiety because your not sure how they will work out. Well I was very pleased with Jefferson, he got to the job on time, his price was fair, he did the job in speedy efficient way, he was clean, he was helpful with designs and he did a GREAT job. Very very happy with the HIGH quality of chimney reflashing work by this company !! It was completed on the same day of my request !! The price is also reasonable as well.

The reflashing job had been done by a different company before. However the previous job was very sloppy and issue appeared a couple days after. They did not respond to my message although it was supposed to be life time warranty.

I really appreciate Grand Premium Siding Inc’s excellent job! They fixed the mess created by the previous company. They meticulously replaced shingles and professionally insert flashing materials in the bricks. They explained to me why it was important to do it this way. They sent me before and after videos so that I can compare.

We recently had Grand Premium replace all the siding on our historic house and had a great experience with them.  Gerfferson really wanted to make sure that we were happy with the job from start to finish.  An example of the pride he takes is that prior to buying materials, he walked up and down our street with us checking the dimensions of the other houses' corner boards, clapboards, etc. to make sure that our house would be in line with the neighbors.  He has kept the business small so he spent probably 1/4-1/3 of the time on site working with his crew and making sure that there were no big surprises.  His crew worked very hard and had good attention to detail.

Since our house is old, we knew that we would likely hit some snags.  Of the contractors we interviewed, only Gerfferson correctly predicted most of the snags we hit, most others seemed oblivious to common issues on these houses or saw it as an opportunity to upsell.  When we hit an issue, he did a very good job of communicating to us, providing us with options and keeping things reasonable.  The extra money charged for the issues found was fair and in line with the expectations set.  The only unexpected issue was that he found some corroded flashing and instead of hiding it so he could finish the job, he immediately alerted us and had his crew work on other items so we could figure out what to do.  He is very well connected to other good contractors and was able to make a few calls and got someone to come out 2 days later and redo a small section of roof and the flashing, saving us from a big headache with a lot of re-work in a few years which would have been much more expensive.

The house looks great, Grand Premium was easy to deal with, and they kept the project as reasonably priced as possible.  If we need any siding work in the future, we will certainly reach out to Gerfferson and Grand Premium Siding.

Grand Premium recently completed a siding replacement on my house – and did an outstanding job!!! From start to finish the entire process went smoothly and Gefferson was always there to answer any questions. Highly recommended on both a quality of work and customer experience perspective!

We hired Gerferrson and his Grand Premium Siding team last summer to do our siding and rebuild our porches and we would hire him again! I'm still so impressed with how they made our home so beautiful and so happy to go home every day!

Gerferrson was friendly, communicative and very informative throughout the whole process. He explained the soffit and fascia options and how it was priced and came to measure so we better knew how much this project would cost. He put together a detailed material list (we bought materials), advised us on the types of siding, window moulding, etc available, the pros and cons of what we were interested in, where we could buy material, and ultimately let us decide what we wanted to use.

Before the work started, I needed to contact Gerferrson many times and run through things so we could be ready for his team to start. He always picked up (or called back quickly if he couldn't) or responded to my text quickly. I was never waiting or unsure when I would hear from him. Oftentimes we would FaceTime or send pictures with markups on them. This was a great help as it made me feel that even though he could not be with me presently to look at the state of the roof or electrical wires coming out of the wall, he was still committed and there with me via phone.

His siding team was kind and very efficient. They did the work quickly and of good quality work. They cleaned up after themselves daily and even helped us wrap up unused materials so we could return it. There were a lot of nails on the ground and they did their best to pick them up but they didn't get them all. When Gerferrson would come and check in on them and if he saw the nails, he crouched right down and picked them all up by hand. Each one. He really cares about doing a superb job and leaving a good impression that's something to respect. A few months later we noticed an empty patch that seemed to be missing siding. Gerferrson came and patched it up quickly and expertly. It's very clear he is a true expert in his craft.

The porch work was also impressive. They demolished and rebuilt our old porches. Edson and his team were total pros. They had to lug a lot of concrete and cement-very hard work in the middle of summer! They listened to our concerns of uneven grounding and our requests for a door and latch under the porch and it was not a problem to accommodate.

Gerferrson as a human being is a kind, respectful and patient man. He is respectful and will listen to you speak, not rush, push, or cut you off. He is a true family man and as we were working on this project as a family, that really resonated with us. My family appreciates meeting him and knowing him and would definitely hire again or recommend Grand Premium Siding.

Our family had received estimates from 5 other contractors before we were recommended Grand Premium Siding from a neighbor. Gerfferson was extremely responsive, came that very weekend to give us an estimate and was very attentive to our questions and our concerns. He followed through with a written estimate as he promised and stayed in touch with us throughout the whole process of purchasing and delivering the supplies and materials and scheduling his crew for 3-4 days of siding work. We have leaking issues on our skylights in rainy spring season. Gerfferson and his team are very responsive for coming over and putting on tarp. It avoided further damages while leaving us time to deal with the issue.
At the end, we chose him for the work because he tried to solve the real problem instead of fooling us to buy in a bigger project. His quote is reasonable.

We are in the middle of a large addition project to our house and hired Grand Premium Siding to install new vinyl siding and trim on our original house and new additions. My wife and I love how it came out! They did amazing work, and were very fast and flexible with the other contractors working around the house. Geoffersen was very professional to work with, had great ideas and suggestions to make the siding/trim/house look better and is very reasonable with his costs. He even comes back to ensure everything looks good, and makes changes or fixes if needed. We had flying squirrel issue on the very top of the roof. Geofferson came and checked every tiny corners from top to sides. He is very focus, catch all the details and fixed every tiny hole. He is very experienced and very very honest. Highly recommend his service! His charge is reasonable.

Grand Premium Siding replaced old cedar clapboards, soffit, faisure, and gutters on our house. The work was of excellent quality and completed in a timely manner. the proprietor of Grand Premium, Gefferson Silva will work with the customer to determine exactly what you want. He will make logical suggestions but will not try to overide your decisions. Additionally He will be on scene daily to check on the progress of the job. My wife and I moved into our home at the start of the summer and discovered extensive rotting in our siding and windows and decided to replace both. We were new the product (Hardie) so we spent several weeks meeting and interviewing various siding companies. It’s a complete wilderness out there when it comes to finding a good siding company (or any contractor)! Some companies will ghost you for no reason while others use slimy sales tactics to try to pressure you (e.g., “We normally charge 40% more, but we like you and if you sign right now, we’ll give you a discount”). We completely lucked out on finding Gerfferson and Grand Premium Siding. We noticed while walking and driving through the neighborhoods near where we live that all the new homes with siding and trim that we liked had the Grand Premium Siding sign on the front lawn. We found some references on the local neighborhood groups and based on their recommendations; we gave Gerfferson a call. We’re so glad we did because the experience with Gerfferson and his team was such a pleasant contractor experience, one of the best we’ve had (prior experience with house extension, bathroom renovation, flooring, window/door replacement). What makes Gerfferson and his team excellent are the qualities that you would hope all contractors would have: communication, experience, and integrity.

You’d think the communication part would be simple: keep us updated, don’t keep us in the dark, and if any problems arise, let us know right away. Gerfferson is great about this. We always knew what to expect and if we had any questions, we were able to contact him and received responses promptly.

From a quality perspective, the final install for everything looks amazing, but if you watch the crew do the work, you can really tell they know what they’re doing. Everything is measured precisely, they don’t rush things just to complete it, and if they do notice something didn’t turn out right, they’ll correct it rather than trying to hide it. Gerfferson personally came and reviewed the work his crew did on a frequent basis to make sure everything was done with the highest level of standard.

As important as the first two points are, what impressed me the most about Gerfferson is his integrity. Not once throughout the process did I feel like I was being dragged around or that hidden costs were being added to the contract. For example, all siding companies will tell you that since the paneling under the siding is hidden, there’s really no way to determine if anything will need to be replaced due to water damage, which if they do, will add costs that weren’t part of the initial agreement. It’s a completely reasonable practice but only if you trust that the contractor will be honest and only replace the things that need replacing and at a reasonable cost. In the final invoice from Grand Premium Siding, the additional costs were negligeable and anything that was there was only done with consultation and with a clear explanation of why it would need to be done. There were also countless instances of things that were done that were not part of the original contract but were just done free as a courtesy. Anytime Gerfferson said something would get done and what the cost would be, there was never any anxiety of being ripped off and him not following through. By the end, we pretty much trusted everything he told us.

Although we hired Grand Premium Siding originally to replace siding and some windows, based on the quality of the work and how happy we were with everything, we hired Gerfferson and his crew to also build a porch and portico for our front door, redo the walkway leading up the front door, and redo our roofing. We’re extremely happy with how all the projects turned out and would hire his team again for future home renovation needs. We’re so happy with his work, my wife and I would be happy to field any questions regarding our experience and show before and after pictures for those in the process of deciding on whether you should (you definitely should) hire Grand Premium Siding.

We are very pleased with the work done by the Grand Premium Siding at our home. From the time the owner, Mr. Gerferson came by to take a look at the repair work including siding and trim rot, he was very amicable. He is very knowledgeable and always maintained an open communication channel. He gave us a clear layout of the work involved with notes on what needs immediate attention, and what can be done in a few months. He gave us a couple of quotes with the different options listed. The crew was very polite and respectful. They arrived punctually, and went about their work in a professional manner. There was a certain camaraderie amongst the 5 members of the crew, there was friendly banter and they genuinely appeared to be enjoying their work. There was an impeccable attention to detail, and they did a very good job. When they uncovered rot in the unexposed area, Gerferson was quick to consult with us and quoted very reasonable price to take care of the additional uncovered work. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day and went over the completed work with us. We are immensely satisfied and will definitely hire them again in the near future.

I recently hired Grand Premium Siding to replace old wooden shingle siding w/Hardie board and to wrap windows and sills.
