September of 2019 meet with Dave Coyne from Home & Hearth Remodeling. Spoke about project YES DID GET THE SWEET TALK into hiring him for the job. Tell's me he does charge $300 dollars to give you (customer) estimate. I told him done all the leg work already lumber yard, cement Contractor, Electrican and Plumber. He (DAVE COYNE) states does charge $300 for estimate. (SCAM) I told him everyone does it for free. Take's my drifting plan with him. REMEMBER STARTED IN SEPTEMBER < NO RESPONSE in OCTOBER < NO RESPONSE IN DECEMBER, FORGET JANUARY< SO I call him (DAVE COYNE) and ask him how come I have not received my estimate ($300.) . His reply was waiting on contractor to get back in touch with him (DaveCoyne) who is my contractor from HOME & HEARTH REMOLDING FROM WEST SPRINGFIELD<MASS, REMEMBER (IT'S BEEN 5 MONTHS).So one does wonder three hundred ($300.) you decided ?scam? is this that place were you put money down but not get a reply they seem to disappear? Is this a CONTRACTOR one want's do hire ! ! REALLY 5 month's no reply , don't understand want's to play with the big boy's but Cann't put his big boy pant's on I mean 5 month' s. NOW FEBRUARY 11 2020 I call again what do you think HAPPEN ? YES SEVERAL CALLS NO ANSWER LEFT. MESSAGE AFTER MESSAGE ON WHAT THE CALL ANSWERING SERVICE NO REPLY> Today make contact had to it's February 6month time money invested GUESS WHAT I GET OH I AM WAITING FOR THE CONTRACTOR TO REPLY WITH A QUOTE. Go ahead put your down payment ! ! let's see what happens' oh yes don't forget the $300
