Great experience. I was able to get an appointment for an estimate on repairing a leak within a couple of days. The guys were very thorough and gave me an honest assessment of my options. Would definitely recommend this company.

Whole house plus shed were done in two days. Everything went smoothly for the whole process. It was great to come home to a new roof and no debris left behind.

Chris and the Precision team have done an excellent job with our house. The roof, siding ,and wrap on everything looks great. The crews show up when scheduled and work very hard, with excellent attention to detail. Today, gutter crew is here, so no pictures of that. Chris is very involved in all processes, and is always fast to respond to any questions or concerns. We're happy we had them do all the work.

Adam, Caesar, and his crew are exceptional! We had them install a sliding glass door with steps, a concrete patio, and a side door entrance to our sunroom. They paid attention to detail and went beyond expectations. The whole layout of the house feels different, flows so much better, and looks better than we imagined! Precision Exteriors is a wonderful company to deal with! Chris and Levi were informative and kept us up to date on all aspects of replacing our roof! Would not hesitate calling Precision Exteriors for any upgrades to my home! My roof looks outstanding!

After a major storm caused lighting and hail damage to our siding, roof and fence, we turned to Precision Exteriors. Having never experienced such significant damage before, we appreciated that the Precision team led by Adam assisted us throughout every step of the process, making sure that the insurance company covered the repairs that would be necessary to make us whole. Following that work, we also went with Precision for replacing our gutters - we found their pricing reasonable and the work was done efficiently and in the time promised. We specifically want to call out Adam and Nate, who went above and beyond after a leak was discovered in the roof soon after the work was completed. This was an unusual situation where it appears a leak had originated not from the roof shingles that had just been replaced, but existing copper roofing material. While the Precision team could have gone MIA, they stood with us to find the source of the leak, get it replaced, and repair the interior damage. Precision is a locally-owned small business, and we give them our full recommendation for anyone looking for exterior repair work.

I had a very positive experience working with the Precision Exteriors team. Their communication was exceptional. Dealing with home insurance and finding a contractor who genuinely cares and maintains open communication throughout the process can be quite stressful. However, I had complete trust in the team. Chris Hyde consistently kept me informed, and when he was unavailable, Phillip stepped in and demonstrated the same level of interest and dedication in our case. The Precision team provided unwavering support throughout the entire process, actively engaging with the insurance company and conducting thorough inspections of the roof to identify any damage. Although the journey from filing the claim to the roof installation was protracted, this was primarily due to our initial choice of a contractor who failed to even inspect the roof. In contrast, Precision Exteriors takes a proactive approach by physically inspecting the roof, ensuring a comprehensive assessment of any damage. Consequently, we have decided to entrust them with the installation of our gutters as well. After several negative experiences with other contractors, I believe I have finally found a reliable and trustworthy team in Precision Exteriors.

P.S. I witnessed such incredible teamwork between guys. Chris was checking in on the process periodically, Levi was there all the time - I felt like an important house on the block. They definitely cared. Job was finished by 5pm promptly! I couldn't believe how efficient they were. We love our new roof! I am so happy with the color choice I made (pictures, don't do the justice). I can't wait for Precision Exteriors to install my gutters this week!

Do your homework, know your materials. This company is honest, other roofing companies can give you a price and switch out for the lowest quality underlayment which has a great deal to do with the life of your roof. Adam, Levi, and the skilled crew were comfortable to work with. It was helpful when Adam gave me a few addresses to look at different roofs they installed to get an idea of how the colors I was interested actually looked. I also spoke with people at Owens Corning. No pressure sales, more than fair pricing, worked with my schedule with the weather in mind, and any questions I had were answered. My century plus old house was a challenge with different angles, additions, and different roof materials (asphalt and cedar shake) yet finished beautifully in 1 day. Used Precision for some window replacement work and although we encountered some supply chain issues Adam was very communicative and did a great job when all was said and done.

This company was great. Sycamore Cottage needed a new roof and it was quite a bit of work even though the roof was small. They removed 3 layers, fresh plywood was put in place. Looks great!

Adam was great. I told him I needed a roof replacement and my budget. He went out of his way to stay within my budget. I know this because I was honest with him and he knew the cost of estimate from insurance company. I received his top of line roofing l, he did not down grade the material.

The best part was the constumer service, everything he said would happen occurred. He told me the following week my roof would be up. Thr next week material was dropped off at my home, and my roof was up in one day. I was kelp informed the entire way. That's the way I like to do business. Nate & his team did a great job! From providing color boards for the HOA & different product & pricing options, we felt well-served. They arrived at 7:30 AM to start roof removal, in that work they discovered deteriorated roofing, utilized their Drone to take pictures & promptly transmit those pictures & a revised bid to address the concern, immediately replaced the bad roofing areas & had the new roof shingles installed, all debris removed, property cleaned-up & pictures of new roof transmitted by early afternoon. Professional in every regard. On my list of top companies to do business with & refer to others.

Phil and the Precision Exteriors Team did a fantastic job for a fair price. They led off with a very good educational session to help us decide. And once we decided, they kept us informed and we got the installation completed in less than two weeks after signing a contract. Their work was fast and thorough completed in one day.

Adam and his team were fantastic! They even put a beautiful red aluminum roof on my kids playhouse with the extra materials. I’ve referred them to several friends now as well and they have all been extremely happy with their new roofs; so I wanted to leave a proper review to thank them.

We had a ridge vent problem in which they immediately came out to fix. The roof does not have plastic protection, so our attic was exposed to rain. We also had them paint our metal trim. They could not do it on the day planned because of rain. The first nice day we had Levi was here at 7:30 in the morning and painted until the work was done. Professionalism we do not see anymore. Very refreshing and hopeful. We will definitely use them again.

Precision Exteriors did an excellent job at a great price on my roof. I called Adam about checking my roof because there were some water spots on my ceiling. He had me scheduled for an assessment and repair appointment within 48 hours. They found the problems and repaired them for a reasonable price, and sent me a link with extensive photo documentation of all problem areas for reference. I would highly recommend working with them.
