I called Precision Exteriors after a storm had taken down tree branches causing damage to my roof and siding. They showed up quickly for a free inspection! I called my home insurance company - the process was easy and painless, and Precision so accommodating and understanding both to my anxiety (which could break down just about anyone) and how frequently I had to be in and out of the house as a mom of 3 during the project.

Every bump in the road had a quick solution, every question answered, every expectation met.

They completed my roof in a day, even after discovering I needed all new plywood when they got the old roofing off. My siding was 2 days, and my yard after both was left in better condition than when they found it.

All in all, I can’t recommend them enough!

Kevin and his hard-working team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Kevin is professional, knowledgeable and honest. As someone who went into this process not knowing the first thing about roofing or siding, I appreciated Kevin’s patience and thorough consultation as we worked out the details of the project. Kevin was frequently at the job site, meeting with us and checking in throughout the construction. His team installed all new siding, roofing and windows on our old 1800s farmhouse and the outcome was better than I could have imagined. We have not stopped receiving compliments on our house from neighbors and even strangers passing by. His team was the hardest working group of individuals I have ever met, working in the heat of August. We used Precision Exteriors for 2 significant projects this summer. They were great both times. They re-did a small, poorly built Trex porch/deck, ensuring it was properly constructed and looks great.
Then, we had them back to replace four large windows in our sunroom and to replace 3 storm doors.
Kevin is prompt and thorough with his communications, including providing estimates. He and his crew, DAN and dan were very easy to have around and worked long, hard days to ensure the job was done right. Each of the guys provided great attention to detail, a trait that Kevin clearly reinforces. Lastly, when the vendor for one of the pieces we used didn’t deliver the product we were promised, Kevin went to bat for us, ensuring an equitable solution was reached. He’s an honorable guy.

I am so happy Kevin and his team were the ones to replace my roof. I was so stressed about the project but from the first moment I met Kevin to the roof being completed, he was there with an answer to every qustion or concern.
What I appreciated most is that he was very punctual, gave me a timeline of when the behind the scenes tasks would be completed and a step by step of what would happen on the big day. He was working along side his team for the entire day and kept everything running smoothly.

Our experience with Kevin and Precision Exteriors has been one of the best home contractors experiences we've had. Kevin is organized, timely and an open communicator. He took great care to get all of the details correct for our roof, deck and screen room addition. He (and his crew) were dedicated workers, friendly and curteous of our property. They showed up every day when they said they would and cleaned up at the end of every day. The project took a little longer then planned, but Kevin updated us along the way and most "delays" were due to taking extra time to make sure all carpentry was done exactly how it should be (to code, safe, secure) and to our design specs. We will definitely hire Kevin again for future projects!

Due to an unforeseen situation with our vinyl siding installer, we needed to bring in a second company to wrap all our windows. We had a very narrow timeframe and a very tight budget. Not only were Kevin and his crew able to meet our timeframe and our budget, but our interactions with them were extremely pleasant and friendly. If I could give this company a 10 star review I would! From the very first call Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. In addition he showed up and gave me the quote on the actual date he said he would. He communicated the pros and cons of different materials to me. He was flexible and was able to accommodate the dates I had asked him to come as we have a beach house that is often rented. He came over and presented different colors and options to me so choosing was easy! He gave great advise and I am happy I took it.
During the job he sent me daily updates and when he was finished it looked like a brand new home. Not only did it look new but it looked as if no one had ever been there ! He left my yard and home immaculate. I had windows replaced, and it looked as if no one had even walked inside my home. Kevin followed up to make sure I was happy with the job. I reassured him that I could not be happier. He even recommended things that I did not know I needed and did not charge me extra for it. I recently had the roof on my house redone and I highly recommend Kevin Hyder the owner of Precision Exteriors.
He kept me informed of each step with before and after photos of each of the 4 sections of the roof and porch.
The team of workers arrived early one day and covered the entire house in a tarp after removing any items that were near the house. They worked nonstop and completed the job in one day. I hired this company to replace my gutters and downspouts. The most impressive thing is the work ethic of the owner. Very responsive, helped over the phone, arrived when stated, fair quote, work completed quickly. Te day of the install the crew showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. I had to reach out to Kevin for a minor tweaks and he responded immediately and came the next day. I will hire them again for the bigger. I am rarely impressed with anyone's work ethic these days but I give this company an A+.

To be honest, I'm not sure what to even say. From start to finish, everything about working with Kevin and his team has been top notch. Kevin is incredibly responsive, their prices are by far the fairest I came across with all the quotes I received and the quality of the work the crew did completely blew my mind. There wasn't even so much as a hiccup in the job let alone any horror story, which usually happens when you hire a contractor of any kind.
