These gentleman were professional, painted our entire 3500 sq foot home including cabinets, walls, trim and they were amazing. They came on time, worked diligently, all took a lunch break for less than a half hour and right back to work. Estimates were timely and there were a few very minor things I wanted touched up and they were right there to do so. Their price was better than anyone else and I believe their service, job, billing and professionalism could not have been better.

We recently used Lopez Remodeling for some work on our community clubhouse. They did carpentry, electrical, flooring, painting, and other miscellaneous work. Their ability to do so many different services, all under one roof, allowed for smooth coordination, and one stop shopping. They were referred to us by several other people, who had used them. Rico was our Project Manager. The entire job, he was focused on providing excellent customer service. He was always accessible, reliable, knowledgeable, helpful, thorough, and patient. Every person on the Lopez Remodeling team did a great job. They all worked very hard, did quality work, and did not leave any mess. The company has a very broad skill base, and can do just about anything. They were flexible, easy to work with, and did exactly what we requested. Their prices were fair and competitive. Our renovation looks amazing. We are very pleased with Lopez Remodeling, and highly recommend them.

I hired Lopez Remodeling to replace some exterior dryvit which was removed to access termite damage. They did an excellent, timely repair at a cost substantially lower than the estimate of the general contractor who discovered the termite damage. I would highly recommend them.

Very pleased with completion of room finishing (insulation/drywall/woodwork/painting and flooring) by López Remodeling. Ricco recommended access doors due to mini-splits in adjoining room which we had never considered. Added storage space as well. All workers did excellent work, very focused and polite. Protected the floors and sectioned off work area from another room. Reasonably priced, work completed promptly. Amazing carpenters!
