I had a door leak problem. Problem was addressed quickly. Entire door frame needed to be removed and door sill plate was replaced. Entire job including cleanup was accomplished in three hours. Workers where knowledgeable and respectful of my property. Very pleased with communication from the front office. Highly recommend them for any type of home repairs.

Keith Callaway with Callaway Corporation is a dishonest man. Paid him to fix a leak and there is still a leak. The company that he used for the roof left trash all over my yard and I still have a leak. He was called to my home for the problem and all he had was excuses.

I could not be happier with the job that Callaway Corporation did on my deck. the crew that arrived to do the work were respectful and efficient. They kept me informed of any delay or supplies issues. They considered my schedule when planning their work. The workers were gentlemen in every sense of the word. They took extra care not to damage my house or my yard. And the deck looks great!!

I called Callaway as it was rated high on Angi and reviews were good. Owner called me right away and said he could go look at it quickly, and understood Mobile Homes as well. Went to house, called back with estimate quickly once I put half down, they were there in a few days and completed job in one day. It was not a big mobile home, but like the consistency in dialogue and showing up when they say they will show up....Would gladly recommend in the future !

I can't say enough good things for the Callaway crew. We had a metal roof on our house and we were getting leaks into our kitchen. The Callaway's were very responsive to our request for help and sent a crew over to tear up portions of the metal to determine the leak. The results showed leaks around all three skylights and poor flashing on a shallow portion of the roof. Bottom line is we went with a total roof replacement (shingle). Callaway's were able to get a crew in the following week and had a new roof on that week. The house had multiple additions over the years and the quality of those were not very good. Callaway's fixed multiple problems while keeping us abreast of the issues. The crew work long hard hours to get the 4000 square foot roof done within 4 days. We are very happy with the outcome and no leaks!! A big thanks to the crew for such a wonderful job.

Keith provided me a quote in February of 2023! I also received 2 other quotes that were competitive! I went with Callaway Corp because I know him, know of his character and had no doubt He would stand by his product! I am very pleased in every way! He quoted me a cost for plywood replacement due to rotting based on replacing 5 sheets. He replaced 22 sheets and reduced the unit cost for replacement which saved me $330.00!!! He did NOT have to do that. His crew worked from 7AM-6:30 PM for 3 solid days only taking a 1 hour lunch and got me done! At the conclusion of each day they cleaned up & stored their material and equipment in a professional way! So refreshing to see the professional workmanship! Have no doubt in Callaway Corp LLC's work ethic!

Excellent total remodel of my main bathroom. Job was done in a timely manner to my complete satisfaction. Very happy with my new bathroom! Before and after pics.

We needed to have a walk-in-shower installed to replace our 20 inch high whirlpool bathtub. Through Angie’s List we found the perfect contractor in Calloway Corporation LLC.
The owner Keith stopped by within a day of posting, looked at our layout and what we wanted done and he was back a day later with the estimate which was very reasonable for the work we wanted accomplished. We had to revise the original estimate a few times only because my wife wanted extras added which was not a problem. The owner and his right-hand manager Katherine were more than agreeable and cordial in meeting our needs and goals.
The work crew was very punctual showing up every day at 0700, military time, 7:00 am. Retired Navy, what can I say.
The demolition phase included R J and Jeremy removing the old walk-in shower and attached closet, removal of the huge whirlpool tub and the large Glass Block Window. Removal of the window necessitated cutting a hole in the siding, removing the old insulation and boards. Luckily, we had two boxes of new siding in our attic for the initial house build which saved us money along with floor tiles that were used to patch and enlarge the floor.
Once the backdrop for the new shower was installed with the necessary braces for tie in of the grab bar and teak chair that same day the two carpenters installed new insulation and siding. And honestly it looked as if it was the original work. The carpenters were outstanding. Very meticulous, paid attention to detail, and did not miss one nail on outside clean up. Masters of their Trade!!!!
What really impressed us was the way they treated our home with respect putting drop cloths on all the floors leading to the bathroom work area. They also did a top to bottom clean up at the end of each day’s work.
The tile setter Rob is a Master of his trade. Probably one of the best tile setters in Delaware. Talk about perfection!!!! His final work looks good enough to be a multi-million-dollar mansion. Our walk in shower looks fabulous.
Keith and Katherine provided us with the best sub-contractors in the area. The Plumber, Electricians, and Painters did a fantastic job and cleaned up afterward and took all waste products with them.
Not only did R J and Jeremy work on demolition they also built beautiful, sturdy and space saving shelves and put on perfectly closing folding doors, installed new tiles and installed the grab bar and teak seat in the shower and installed our new vanity with all the hardware. Everything came out Beautiful. My wife and I both love what they accomplished for us.
I know this was verbose but I wanted to instill in anyone who needs a top-notch contractor and crew who complete a project with pride in workmanship, work ethic and trustworthiness to call on Calloway Corporation for any project.

I wanted to thank you for taking care of my roof leakage. You came within 10 minutes to my home, and assess the issue with my faulty air vent. You had the roof repaired the same day and precaution was taken to ensure there was no water damage other than to the manufacturer’s insulation which contained the water leakage. Mold remediation was done to ensure no mold would occur. Your son did an excellent job cleaning up my kitchen and vacuuming the carpets. I was very impressed. The ceiling was fixed the very next day which is unheard of by anyone’s standards. You and your team really helped me out of a very bad situation and I am so very grateful. You went above and beyond taking care of the problem. Have a wonderful day!!!

We replaced our older wooden deck with a composite deck and decided on Callaway after doing some checking and homework. Keith Callaway's workers did a really wonderful job, they were timely, worked very hard under hot conditions, and finished the project in excellent time and with quality workmanship. We are very pleased we chose them, and would highly recommend their work ethic and final product!

From the first phone call you know this business is like none other. The owner came out the next business day to give us an estimate, and the job was completed the next week unlike other companies that put you on the schedule three months away. Our house steps were completed and look wonderful, the craftsman ship is superb and we are satisfied knowing they will last a lifetime. Unfortunately, reliable contractors are difficult to find in my area so I feel need the need to share my positive experience. Callaway Corporation recently replaced my roof, along with some general contracting work due to water damage. Keith went above and beyond to provide information to my insurance company and met with several adjusters before I even agreed to hire him. Katherine, efficiently coordinated the removal of my solar with the solar company. The guys who installed the roof worked nonstop to ensure completion in a timely manner. Callaway Corporation exemplifies the definition of a contractor who is committed to customer satisfaction, professionalism, and reliability. I would not hesitate to recommend Callaway Corporation to anyone.

My Dad needed his back small deck rebuilt. We went through Angi’s List and Callaway Corporations contacted him the same day. Catherine came out & helped him with getting all the information for what he wanted for the deck. His deck was rebuilt within a week! When they came out to rebuild it, they finished it all the same day! They were very friendly & very thorough! They are reasonably priced & we highly recommend this company to anybody!

Very positive experience with Calloway Corporation out of Bridgeville, DE. My roof was literally being blown away shingle by shingle. Estimate was very competitive with the other estimates obtained at the time. The roof was so bad, Keith offered to tent the roof, as bad storms were forecasted, until he could get us on the schedule. Once the decision was made on the color of the shingles, it did not take long to get it done. His men left no trash left behind- Thank you! I highly recommend Calloway Corporation, LLC.

The company was very responsive and took a good amount of time to evaluate the situation with the roof. A detailed estimate was prepared and they quickly responded to the few questions we had about their estimate. I had contacted four different companies for estimates and Callaway was by far the most detailed and frankly the best price. When they started work, they discovered extra demolition that needed to be done which was not in the estimate. Regardless the work was completed in two days and there was no additional cost for the extra work required. They properly flashed the two old chimneys that were present which had been problematic before. All in all an excellent company, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest professional job.

I needed a roofer quickly. Callaway provided me with a competitive estimate(exactly the same as two others) but gave me a 5% veterans discount and takes credit cards without charging a fee, unlike the others who didn’t take them at all (1) or charged 3% for the convenience. My process took 5 days from estimate to completion. Great job all the way through! Would recommend this business to anyone!

Being transparent….I have not used this company. They MAY be professional on the job site, but on the road they are anything but. This truck was driving well past the posted speed limit, came into my lane, and almost struck me. Then the passenger waved something that might(not 100%) have been a gun at me. If I was sure it was a gun there would have been police involved. I would not have gotten this picture if they had not got stopped at a light in Harrington. Whoever owns this company I would suggest for them to have a talk with whoever was driving this truck on 6/29/22 at around 6:30 am. This truck is a representation of your company to potential clients.
