I'm very pleased with my experience with this company.
Everything went very smoothly and efficiently from communication to payment to scheduling.
They were able to fix all of the damages caused to my house by hurricane Helene. And they did all of the work through my insurance company so I didn't have to worry about the back and forth communication between contractor and insurance.
The work was also done very professionally and I have confidence it will last a good while! Should I ever need this type of work done, I am 100% using this company again. Thanks guys!

Precision Construction did a great job replacing my roof and gutters hail damaged them. I interviewed 4 companies and after talking with Cayci, I chose Precision. I am so glad that I did. She was knowledgeable, professional and listened to me and addressed all my concerns before, during after the install. The roof and gutters look great on my house and the installers cleaned up afterwards. I am very satisfied with their work and will be calling them back for other work I need done on my house.

Precision Construction is definitely the company that you want to use for any and all of your roofing needs. Stephen Bishop came to repair some damage to my daughter’s roofline after Hurricane Helene. He was quick to respond and fit us in, even though he has had much larger jobs that he is and has been working tirelessly after this hurricane. He assessed the situation quickly and addressed it right then, and now my daughter once again has an airtight roof and home. Stephen is professional and personable, and will not stop until he has completed the task at hand completely! He is the man for the job! We will definitely be calling on Stephen and his crew again in the future for any other construction needs that may arise! Five stars and then some! Thank you, Stephen, for all you have done for us! I have had issues with the metal roof of my building leaking for several years and no other roofer was able to find or fix the problem. Stephen got on my roof and in approx 15 minutes was able to find the problem and he was able to fix it in less than 30 minutes. I am so glad I found these guys- honest, great men. From the initial sale with Cayci to the super efficient crew who did the roof and gutters, everything has been so seamless and easy! I asked them to come back by with the magnet to get some remaining naiIs and they were there within 10 minutes! I would definitely use them again.

I really would hire another company if you are looking for roofing repairs! They removed trim from my gable, and have tried twice to repair it with no success. The first time, they used interior window trim. The second time, they didn’t place the trim under the drip edge, the piece is way to big, and it’s so crooked looks like a child did it. They were paid with cash and now no retuned text or emails. The only reason for 1 star is the roof was finished in one day. I would be ashamed if I ran a roofing company that can’t even replace the trim the correct way. Rick has proven ( through other reviews) he can not be trusted. This company is such a joke! Buyer beware you’ve been warned!!

Rick and Kayley made this process effortless, easy and they moved quickly taking care of all aspects. They were responsive immediately to phone calls, texts and emails and if they didn’t have an answer right away, they worked to get it rapidly. The crews showed up on time and worked hard and meticulously, leaving things better than when they came.

Edited: now one star because I can't give zero stars. They didn't properly install the boots in my roof which has caused leaks with all the rain. I now have water damage in my walls. I contacted the company after a plumber assessed the cause of damage. It's been 10 days and I still haven't been contacted. Very unprofessional indeed. Beware their upfront speed - they do a shoddy job on your roof. Thus far they've refused to fix it.

I very much appreciated Kayley's responsiveness throughout the whole of the process of replacing my roof, a portion of our siding and our gutters after a terrible hail storm. She was quick to get information for me anytime I had a question. The team's work was done on schedule and they did a good job cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend Precision Construction!

I would recommend the Precision Team to anyone! After a large hail storm, they came out to assess the damage quickly, were great throughout the process. Josh was great with any questions I had along the way!

Josh & his team were excellent to work with from start to finish for my roof & window screen replacements. I immediately had compliments on the new roof from several neighbors. Josh went above & beyond in particular with replacing the window screens. I really appreciate everything about their service & would highly recommend them. I don't typically do reviews, but their team deserves it!

We have had water pipes burst under our slab and Precision has not only saved us once but saved us twice. I cannot recommend them enough. They even worked with our insurance to make it easier on me. They made a stressful event in our lives easy. They do an amazing job and are amazing to work with. I won’t use anyone else.

Wish I could give them 5 stars. I’ve tried very hard to like them. I’m giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because the roof itself is good and I don’t have any complaints with the actual workmanship.

I didn’t know that I had any issues with my roof until Rick came and looked at it and I was told my roof was so badly storm damaged that it clearly needed to be replaced. In addition to the main structure I was also told my shed roof was storm damaged and needed to be replaced as well.

Fast forward to my insurance adjuster showing up; the adjuster was very hesitant to offer a replacement and didn’t want to take the spots that precision construction had marked as damaged as proof of storm damage. The adjuster would not approve the replacement of the shed roof at all but did finally (after 3 hours on my property) agreed to replace the roof on the home only. I was left to deal with the adjuster myself for all but 1 hour of the time he was here and I have no idea how roofs are constructed or how storm damage works so I don’t feel like I got the results I would have had the contractor been here to represent me.

Keep in mind I didn’t have any issues with my roof so there was no need for me to be dealing with the insurance company to begin with.

I went back and forth with the insurance company for several weeks trying to get them to okay the shed roof replacement under a supplement that precision submitted to them. Finally after much hassle on my end the insurance company okayed the supplement for the shed roof and I was told by Rick that this was going to cover my deductible and not the shed roof. I was told the shed roof would be replaced with the money we received depreciation from the shed. However, it was submitted in a way where there is no recoverable depreciation. When I signed a contract with Rick I was told that I would not have to pay my deductible and also that I would absolutely get my shed roof replaced. The shed roof is still not replaced as of may 2023.

My roof to my home was installed and there were extra shingle left over which I paid for that I wanted left on my property. The roofers had no problem with this, but for some reason precision construction decided to remove them from my property when I was not home without my permission.

In addition to this my insurance company paid for the awning of my home to be replaced because it has visible hail damage. It wasn’t even touched.

There’s way too many good contractors out there to have to deal with all the trouble that comes with precision construction. I see that they have lots of very positive reviews and that made me feel good about using them, but the experience was all but pleasant.

Cayci was my point of contact for our patio project. She was responsive and very thorough throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Precision Construction for any project. Extremely professional and transparent through the project. We are very pleased and will definitely use precision again in the future.

I bought a house with a 23 year old roof. We knew it would not live much longer.  Well the insurance company decided I needed to replace it if I wanted them to renew my policy. I checked with my realtor (Shari Huffman) and she recommended Precision. I contacted them and they had me a guy (Eli) he  came out and did everything. Communication at the start was borderline terrible. We got it caught up and it went smooth. Guys showed up at 6:30 and by noon it was finished.  Roof looks great, thank you so much. Would do business with them again.

Rick Hamlet and Kayley Pace made a number of representatives about their ability to assist with working with my insurer for wind damage to my roof. They were paid to do this but did not follow through on their promises. They have not responded to attempted contact by phone, text or email. I would rate this business "0" but was not given this option.

These guys are great. Highly recommend. From the first meeting, to the quote, to the replacement of my roof, and clean up afterwards these guys were top notch.

Josh, the company representative, took care of all paperwork and followed this job from start to finish. Efficient and great service from inspection to installation and clean-up. Nice to work with folks that understand the different insurance companies and how they handle inspection of damage confirmation, pricing, etc.

The workers were awesome. They didn't want to stop until they finished. They worked hard and when the roof work was completed, they cleaned up thoroughly. I haven't found one nail or roofing tac yet. I am very pleased .

Josh Bishop did the inspection and answered all questions completely and took great time to help pick out the color of shingles that would highlight the house. Their roofing crew were very friendly and did a great job cleaning up after the job. The crew worked one day and two hours the next day and had the house all shingled

Stephen and his crew did an outstanding job on our roof. We have approximately 4000 square feet of roof and they completed the job in one day, starting at 6:45 AM and when I got home from work at 5:15 PM they were sweeping with magnets for nails. The job was done! Most impressive was the clean up afterwards. My wife said at 3:30 she didn't know how they would get things cleaned up. In the end, we only found one nail in the flowerbeds. Stephen and crew did an excellent and reliable job and we highly recommend them!
