Preciliano Roofing LLC replaced our 22+ year old roof in late December, on our single-storey house with new Timberline HD-Z shingles. The effort started at 7:30am and took 10 hours in 50+F, sunny and partially cloudy weather. The work was completed by nine workers on the roof plus Preciliano as the main contractor doing all the logistics and removing old shingles from the premises as the replacement was under way. The clean-up effort took 3-4 workers about three hours. A number of large magnets were deployed around the base of the house to find dropped nails. The replacement included the replacement of box vents with ridge vents. The communication with Preciliano as the contractor was excellent and straightforward. The project was executed perfectly and within our budget.

Excellent customer service! I called on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised they came within an hour to check my roof. The inspection was very thorough. I’d recommend this company. Honest and willing to help me when I needed it, even on a Sunday afternoon.

Sanchez Roofing did a great job putting a new roof on my mother’s screened porch & repairing a part of her house roof. Price was reasonable and he got to the job quickly. I had wind damage in February and again in June. Both times, Sanchez Roofing promptly came to the rescue and did a repair. After the second storm, we had our roof replaced. They were always here when they said they would be and the quotes were fair and reasonable. I would recommend them and will use them again if the need arises.

I used this company recently to remove and replace all of the shingles on my roof. Preciliano was quick to respond, provide an estimate, and to complete the job. My small house only took 4.5 hours to complete from start to finish. The price was fair, and the roof looks great! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for great work.

Due to a recent storm in the area, I had some shingles blown off my roof. I was fortunate to get a hold of Mr. Sanchez of Preciliano Sanchez Roofing. Inwhich I relayed the issues I was having with my roof, basically 4-6 shingles was missing. A relative small job, we set a time (same day) for him to inspect the roof. I also asked for a rough estimate inwhich I felt was fair. Once he arrived and after the inspection, being it was late and be getting dark soon. He stated he'll be back tomorrow to complete the job. Being a man of his word, he returned and completed the job. But not only that, he went over and beyond doing the job that was asked for in the beginning. Beside repairing the storm damage area, he walked the roof noticed other shingles loose. And proceeded to make repairs in those areas and also along the ridge cap. He also done some caulking work on my gutter were it leaks. Time to settle up I was expecting the price to go up somewhat in all fairness, being I did question him about the gutter. And being he did go over and beyond repairing some other loose shingles nowhere in the same area. But with integrity he kept with the original price. So I would highly recommend Preciliano Sanchez Roofing, what your going to get is a highly professional, guality work and great value no matter how big or small the job is... They will definitely be the ones I call in future issues and referral to family and friends...
