We are very happy with the new garage that we purchased from Pre-built Structures. The crew came in at 7:30 and got started. They were finished by 1:30. They did an excellent job! We are very happy with the building.

Fantastic, the workers showed up on time and they even went out of their way to find a roof panel that was accidentally left off the truck. They were very professional and respectful and I love my new carport. It is much more solid than I expected for the price. Would definitely recommend Pre-Built Structures.

We are so glad we found this company. There are three reasons we loved working with this company. First, we could not find a better price than theirs. Especially when you consider that their price includes delivery and assembly. Second, the quality of what we got for the money is outstanding. Third, and just as valuable as the first two, everyone we dealt with was a pleasure to work with . . . from the sales team to the management team to the installation crew. Everyone was professional and skilled at their job. They were patient with us even as we changed our minds several times. They helped us pick out the right size structure needed for the job. I have been a contractor for 30 plus years and Prebuilt Structures is the worst vendor I have ever dealt with. Project seemed fine in the beginning but after they got the 50% deposit it declined fast. Had a schedule for 8/29 to erect building. It was rescheduled 5x over nine days and installed during the beginning of TS "Debbie"and they were not flexible with scheduling. I lost deposit money, time and missed appointments for a scheduled trip because they were not flexible. The scheduler threatened to move my project back about a mth if I didn't accommodate them. They demanded pymt at completion even though an adequate inspection could not be done during rain and even approached my customer for pymt.
*a lot of scratches on panels and trim
*water intrusion because panels not low enough on sides
*not the door requested and doesn't latch properly
*some trim pieces not secured on ends to flap around
*poor cleanup
*uneven cuts in areas
Sent pics after inspection. Took even more photos at there request so they could assess materials needed and still showed up lacking everything needed and tried touch up painting all the scratches. The t/up paint showed more than the scratches. The panels replaced were not a perfect match but tolerable. They repaired about 80%. The day of repairs I asked about them returning with more material since they were short. I was told they were not in business to loose money. I told the installer I would inspect building with homeowners and get back with the office. Again the office staff had the installer go to the front door asking for immediate payment. If quality work is performed the payment comes easy. This concept eludes Prebuilt Structures. They just did the repairs yesterday and this has been a frustratingly stressful process. I will fix the rest my own expense for the customers sake. Have pics on my phone if interested. 919 six one two 5844

The crew was great. Designing the building with Lisa in the office went well & she answered all of our questions. The installation crew did great work. They made sure everything was squared & leveled. I love the end result! The building looks great!

Super happy with the structure! The whole process was very pleasant. The office personnel were very helpful and the crew installing the building very hard working. Had an inspection from the county today and everything passed with flying colors! Permit closed and got a CO. Thanks guys. Till next time.

Amazing company! They did great job, our barn looks phenomenal! The crew worked so hard, they came early and left late at night. They left everything nice and neat, cleaned everything! We are very happy customers and will recommend to everyone!

The crew that came out were very courteous and knowledgeable about what their task at hand was, the crew leader kept me posted on things going on

I had a 40x50 installed and the crew did incredible work...I already have a somewhat nice yard and I worried the equipment would leave a big mess...it didn't because the crew apparently took this into consideration and were very careful!

If only Charleston County permit people could be as easy to work with! Prebuilt was just amazing. Every single person was fabulous. Response was immediate, and people actually answer the phone instead of a computer. The workers that came out to put up the prebuilt came out at 3:30 in the afternoon and God bless them. They stayed until 11 o’clock because they wanted to finish them for us. They were extremely kind and machine like. Knew exactly what they were doing.

The building is great. There were a few attention to detail things the crew could have done better. I found several screws not in all the way, they did no clean up at all, they did not leave the keys to the man door and did not caulk around the fan. Even with that I would rate this as a positive experience. All the items referenced above were taken care of after brought to the building manufacturers attention.

I was extremely pleased with the quality of the end product. In my opinion the price for the quality of what was received couldn’t be matched.
The customer service from Danielle and the office team was outstanding. Their follow up as I worked to get the site ready and the concrete poured was persistent but also patient. I didn’t feel that I had to be rushed but I also felt comfortable knowing that they were ready to install once my site was properly prepped.
The install crew also did an amazing job. They arrived at 10:00 am, and by 9:30 pm their four man crew had completed my install. (I work in commercial construction and these are the type of guys that I like to have on my crew.) They were ever alert to insure that the building was erected plum and level and were true tradesmen. They provided both a professional product and professional service. I highly recommend Prebuilt Structures.

Great price. The installation crew was early to the site and did a perfect job. They cleaned up when they left and could not have been more pleased. The concrete pad was already there, so that is not their patch work on the pad. Great communication the entire process. Have already recommended them to friends.

From ordering at the local office to talking with administrative folks for installation date to the actual installation crew coming the entire process was near flawless. The installation crew couldn't get as far up driveway as ideal but they immediately started unloading materials and methodically worked with each specific job to come together with the final product. It was amazing to witness the detailed workmanship. It was near 90 degrees in the sun and they worked 5 hours without little break for lunch. The carport is better than imagined! Thanks to all involved! A happy customer...

This was my first time purchasing a metal building. The process could not have went any smoother great communication between myself and Prebuilt. The building turned out great I would not hesitate using them in the future. Here is a few pictures of what the installed. The communication with Danielle was top notch. GREAT folks at Pre-Built Structures to custom-build your dream metal barn, garage or shed. The software configurator tool was great to get my design just right and the process end to end was as promised. Very polite and detail-oriented traveling crew worked professionally and darned hard dawn to dark to get my larger 3 bay building done in 2 days on a pre-poured pad site. Great folks in the office in Cary, NC to work with as well. Thanks y’all!!

They didn’t build using our measurements therefore causing hazards for our children. When speaking with Philip and Danielle they stated they won’t do anything about it. When asked for a refund for the extra material that was not used after they changed our measurements, I was told they don’t give refunds. So I asked for the extra materials and I was told the crew takes the material. Very unprofessional and will be filing a complaint with BBB.

This is a great company to work with! Planning was quick and easy, I was kept informed along the way, and the crew showed up on time and did an excellent job!!!

Wanna thank Pre-Built Structures for the professional installation of my 12x25x9 carport for my boat. Set an appointment and they was almost to the minute they said they would be there. Very respectful and professional. It was 1 hour and 48 minutes from the time they arrived till they was loaded back up and gone. They cleaned everything up. Looked for dropped screws or trash they may have brought. Thanks for the professional work.

The crew was very proficient. Each member was on different tasks so the assembly happened smoothly and efficiently without a lot of talking. The project showed good skills, was quick, and the clean up was very good. An excellent job from start to finish.

The worst experience ever. don’t waste your time calling these people. from day one they told me nothing but lies. We started this in November and now it is almost February. I was told after I got the concrete poured they would probably be there.within two weeks, it took a month or more before they showed up. Alter they finally finished I noticed that door frame weren't screwed in and other door was out of square and won’t shut , Roof is leaking and they left their trash and scrap. I called to let them know about the problems.
only to be told I would be put on a schedule to be fixed and nothing is yet to be repaired, every time I call I get nothing but The runaround.

Great experience from design start to project finish! On many occasions Daniele was available to answer all my questions so that I knew exactly what I was getting. They worked closely with me on my timeline with no pressure. Competitively priced, quality product, no surprises and the install crew AMAZING during 2.5 day install even tho it poured rain for half of that. Was a quick build I only wish that they would have left some of the colored screws for the building there are some spots that could use more screws put in

We have had several building set up on our property and I can say without a doubt Pre-Built is the best. We experienced great Customer Service from the minute they received our order. The crew who came to our property to set up our structure was exceptionally. They verified everything before even taking the material off their truck. They were focused and had our building set up level and ready to use in about four hours. The site was left clean and again they checked with us to make sure we were pleased with their work. Great experience.

Everything was A+ ! From the sales office to the builders! Communication was the best ever! Jose and Crew were very hard workers! They were fast, and clean up everything. Our garage is beautiful!

Drew the building to the specs I wanted. Delivered and erected within 4 weeks of getting site ready. Crew worked each day and addressed all issues that came up. Would reccomend to anyone looking at a metal building.

They have been so good to us! We had trouble getting the foundation finished, but they kept checking in and now we have a beautiful new building! The installation crew was attentive to detail and that is not common anymore. They made sure everything was right and that we were happy with our building, during the construction and at the end! I will probably be getting another (hopefully covered arena) and I will definitely buy from Southern Backyard Living, Prebuilt Structures❤️

5 guys showed up at 4 and finished at 8:30. They worked as a team. I love watching a crew work when they really know what they are doing and these guys did. Very pleased.

Pre-Built Structures finished our garage within the span of 2-3 weeks of letting them know that the area on which they were to build was prepped and leveled. Once there the crew worked quickly. Professional and respectful with high quality workmanship.

Communication with the company for the purposes of payment and scheduling was painless.

My experience was very positive. The office staff made sure I understood everything prior to construction. The install crew was very efficient and thorough. They paid attention to the details which impressed me. Thanks for a positive experience.

Nickel and dime you every step of the way. Ordered 20w x 45L x 14H metal rv cover. One side had 10 14 ft poles but the ground was not level. They suggested I return the ten 14 ft poles and exchange them for 16ft poles. I agreed that it was a good solution. I had to pay an additional $934 for the new poles. They said that the ten 10ft poles were no longer usable. They were brand new. I said that if they were not longer usable, then I would keep them. They said “no way” I could keep them. They wanted them back. That’s crazy. You mean to tell me that they will never sell another 14H structure. I told this story to the company I purchased it from. They said that they just sold a 14H structure to another person. Installers were good. Company is money hungry. If you are interested in buying a structure, please steer clear of Pre-Built Structures. It will cost you more than it worth. Follow up on response from Victor (owner, manager or whatever he is). Agreed that the ground was not level. But to charge $934 for 20 feet of pole is ludicrous. Don’t insult my intelligence when you say that the 10 14ft poles can never be used again. They were brand new. You need a course in customer service. Obviously you took a course in deceit and money greediness. Shame on you.
