I had more than one bad experience at this shop. I would not go back here. Poor customer service, poor communication, they left a piece of cracked trim on my vehicle and stripped out several screws. I pointed it out and they replaced them. They did not clean the vehicle before it was returned and told me to bring it back and they would clean it at a later date. The biggest problem I had was they damaged the locking mechanism in my door and refused to repair it.

I had called to inquire whether they could repair my vehicle or not. It’s a tall vehicle so I wanted to make sure they had the facilities to handle it.
The lady I spoke to on the phone assured me they could & I was so happy because I called three other places that said that they couldn’t.

Then after starting the process I spoke to someone else via email who all of a sudden said they couldn’t. Even after getting my information over the phone the previous day it seemed like this was the first he had heard of it. Not to mention, they literally stopped responding to my emails after asking questions about it. They told me “no” before even asking the height of the vehicle. Seriously??? Don’t ignore your potential customers who are willing to spend thousands of dollars at YOUR shop!

I heard they were good, but all I was given was terrible communication & poor service. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend!!!

Sunroof became misaligned. I stopped by to ask about repair and they were able to quickly pop it back into place in the parking lot. The honest try at a quick fix sure beat the time and expense of disassembling the headliner and sunroof, the proposed solution at a couple other places.

Asked Chris long distance if he would look at a vehicle for me and he did what a nice fellow

I took my car to Prazma after it was involved in an accident and needed some body work done. The other person's insurance took forever to get it processed, but one they did Prazma made sure my car was fixed as soon as they could. It took them less than a week, and my car looked brand new. They even cleaned the inside and my carpets. I would highly recommend them and I will certainly use them again.

I cannot praise Prazma Paint and Auto Body more. We have used them multiple times for fender benders and they always exceed our expectations. The quotes are accurate and fair, they are extremely professional and they are very honest. You cannot ask for more in an auto experience.

Chris and his crew did a great job getting my truck on the road as fast as they could. The truck looks like new.

I called a week ago to let them know I was bringing my car in for an estimate, they took my information. Today I drove an hour to get here and they were closed. I understand it was "unforeseen circumstances" but a call would have been nice. I took my business elsewhere.

A big thank you to your office staff and behind the scenes crew. Every situation in the past, with our personal and business vehicles, was handled efficiently, professionally and always in a timely manner. Today when I had a little "glitch", office staff, then crew jumped immediately to solve what was a big problem to me, little situation for them. Would never take our personal or business vehicles to any other body shop! Thank you again for your talents and personal touch.

Went in with a dented bumper cover. Non-Insurance claim (Out of Pocket). Got a quote on the spot. Went back later and made the appointment. Dropped car off on specified date at 8am as they arrived to take the key. They called me at 2pm, went at got the car and it looked brand new: quality work. Good Labor Rates, Good part/replacement rate. Obviously experienced on what they do. All went smoother and painless than expected. The estimate was spot on, although I was prepared to pay more as often with work of this kind, you wont find out the real damage until you get working on the issue.

In our instance, this is NOT TRUE at all! I had them fix my teardrop trailer fender that I knocked off while parking. I was thankful that they had offered to attach it for me while I waited. But after 2 weeks or so of highway driving the fender flew off!

It is obvious to me that is was not installed properly but the kicker here is they are not backing up their work. Doesn't it state " LIFETIME warranty on the workmanship provided"?

Doris the secretary insisted that it was a "temporary fix".
Chris the owner insists it was a "favor" even though they charged me to install the fender. He also said that in order to "do the job right" he would of needed to install a panel, and.... well I asked for the fender to be installed back on my rig, if a panel, and ... is what it needed then PLEASE tell me and lets do what it takes. But I was not offered that information.

I'm in a quandary, I went to an auto body shop that I believed was a professional and reputable so I can get a repair from an accident, who would of thought that this would be a temporary fix? Why would I even want a temporary fix? And if that was the case I should of been told that there was a possibly that I can loose my fender due to improper installation and faulty nuts and bots.

I called Prazma and explained to them the circumstance and they REFUSE to even come up with a compromise for this issue. Chris, the owner just attacked me and told me that a deer, car, rock or bumpy roads could of taken it off. If that is the case then WHY is my left fender still attached with no issue? He refused to have his insurance agent even come and look at the fender after I sent him detailed video and photographs where his mechanic drilled in new holes to reinstall the fender. It is apparent the the proper steps were not taken to get the job done correctly.

Prazma Paint and Auto body... STAND by your work. SHAME ON YOU!!!

If I were told it would have not lasted, I would have NEVER had the repair done.
Before, I had a fender...and now I'm down a fender and down the cost of the repair!

A big pickup truck hooked my back bumper. I got an estimate and scheduled an appointment. The work was done on time and for a fair price. I give the folks from Prazma high marks for professionalism and quality.
