These guys go above and beyond their duty of customer service. They bend over backwards to stand behind their product and workmanship.
I had a leak in my bathroom. They came out and spent over 90 minutes running water over my roof looking for any potential issue there could be. Even though they’d already determined the issue was with the plumbing they continued to check every pipe, tube and vent to make sure they were still dry and not showing any signs of wear. Two days later, the plumber wasn’t able to get the exact location of the leak so Pratt-N-Sons came back out and worked with him to take care of the issue. This was above and beyond their responsibility and greatly appreciated by me.
Pratt-N-Sons are fabulous in all aspects of their business and I will recommend them over and over again!
