Fantastic job!

The service was priced well, Riley's work ethic was commendable, and the results were great! He made my house, sidewalk, and retaining walls look amazing. If my wife hadn't been home, I probably could have convinced her that we had a new sidewalk put in!

Called Prater’s Pressure Washing for an estimate to pressure wash and seal/stain two large decks we have. Described the jobs to him, he ensured he had our correct address and phone number and said he would come by the next day to look at the jobs. That was four days ago.

No show, no call, no apology, no integrity, no manners.

Absolutely best pressure washing and deck staining company in middle Tennessee. Super impressed with his fantastic attitude and above and beyond service too. He was booked solid but managed to fit me in anyway just in time for a family reunion. Got so many compliments and he probably got a few more customers!

Riley was wonderful to work with. He made the entire process from quoting, to taking care of cleaning out our gutters. We plan to use him for years to come. His professionalism and we were treated as a valued customer was exceptional.

I'm so happy with the work Mr Prater has done for us! He's honestly the most polite, well mannered young man we've dealt with professionally in a long time. He soft washed our house, cleaned our sidewalks, fence, driveways, and shed. He tidied up everything and was even super considerate of our pets and even moved the plants on the patio! My husband was super impressed by his manners and promptness too. We've had another company that's well known locally do our pressure washing in the past and I wasn't completely happy with the results but assumed that was the best that could be done. Prater's went above and beyond our expectations and they now have very loyal customers! I hope to use him in the future with other services he offers. My neighbor's hired them to stain their deck and recommended them for our many projects. Their deck is gorgeous now and that's next on our list!
