The PowerWash Company representative, Rafal, arrived at our house on time and we discussed the work that I needed him to do. This included cleaning the three vinyl siding areas of our house as well as our composite deck. He was very careful and thorough in cleaning and told me to feel free to come inspect his work as he was doing it, if I wanted to. The work was done very well and I couldn’t find any areas that needed to be redone. He even cleaned the concrete pad on the storm sewer in front of our house. We are very pleased with the work performed.

PowerWashCompany.com has done three gutter cleanings, a gutter tune-up, and a power wash for me. Overall, they did good work. The workers were friendly, professional, and efficient. I had some difficulty when I asked them to repair a gutter that came loose less than a year after the tune-up. After discussing the problem with the owner, we were able to arrive at an acceptable solution.

I waited to write this review until it rained, and I could see the results of the gutter cleaning. I am happy to say it does appear the work the gentleman did was a bit help. He was professional and polite and got the job done. He even repaired an issue in one of the downspouts much better than I had done. I was a bit taken back by an additional charge to replace 3 "gutter guards" that had fallen off as it was an extra $100.00 to replace three of them. Otherwise, I am pleased with their work and would certainly recommend them to others.

Great experience from the start. The automated estimate and quote system and scheduling was clear and simple. The technician was prompt and did a great job cleaning out the gutters along with restoring them to their original white/clean color. We had power wash of our house by the PowerWash company before. This time we had an ice dam removal in Jan.
It took them 2-3 hours to remove 2 stories ice dam. I am satisfied with their work and will use them again.

I had originally contracted just to do exterior windows and screens but when the technician arrived, he noticed that the interior could also benefit from Cleaning. So after contacting the office to see what the additional cost would be, I went ahead and did the interior also. I am glad I went with his recommendation.The process and results were outstanding

Joshua did an Excellent job of cleaning and getting rid of the Green Mold we had. Excellent Service and Recommend. We did the House Washing Basic $150, which cleans all sides of the house with solution. And the house looks great afterwards.

Some of the sidewalks in our shopping center were black with foot traffic and cigarette ashes. PowerWashCompany did a wonderful job in cleaning all the concrete. I highly recommend them.

An amazing job!
The outside of my house hadn't been cleaned since I bought it in 2017.
So, it was quite a mess.
But, now it looks better than when I bought it.

We had unfortunately let our deck go a little long between cleanings. It was a bit of a mess. PowerWashCompany came in and did an amazing job of cleaning and refreshing the wood thoroughly. It is like new! And now thanks to their careful application of sealant (2 coats) we can enjoy the beautiful wood for some time. We highly recommend PowerWashCompany!

The people who power washed the house were very courteous and professional. They also did a very good job cleaning our house. However, the same cannot be said about the customer service department. After booking my initial appointment, I got a call saying it was canceled. After I called to have them reschedule the appointment, they said they would call me back and never did. I called the next week and after being told that I would be called by the schedulers “shortly” they never called either until the cleaners actually showed up to my door and then magically customer service called to say they were ready to wash.

This service was seamless . Tech showed up on time took care of our gutters first then Pressure washed our whole house ,He did an amazing job !! Pricing was also very responsible ❤️

According to the actual work that was done, I would give 5 stars. The technician power washing the sides of my house did excellent job. He was friendly, good to talk to, professional and I’ll use their service again in a future.
Unfortunatly, the person in the office who answers on the phone is rude, made me question if I should even work with them since this was the first time I was calling to schedule appointment. She was very unpleasant every time I called, not to mention that she changed my appointment time without letting me know. When she change my appointment the second time I only learned 30 min before Technitian arrival. She is a bad representative for a company that is doing such a great work. She either get her professional conversation with customers in line or she should be let go.
The basic trades of customer support is professionalism, respect and clear communication with follow up if needed. This person doesn’t have any of those trades and there are so many pleasant people who would be happy to get her job.

On time, polite and efficient technician who (I think) did a fine job with my extremely clogged gutters; I just wish I'd gotten confirmation photos.

Our tech was friendly and got right to work. We had a downspout clog that turned out to be a birds nest. He cleaned all the house gutters and the gutters on the detached garage which I wasn't expecting him to do.
