Powerhouse

I called Powerhouses to help me with a roof leak, while we were talking about what I needed my Solar company came out and decided my leak was caused by the the solar panels. Powerhouse spent several hours at my home only to get told they were not getting the job but they graciously let me out of the contract with no cost to me . I think that is the definition of a class company I hope whoever reads this gives them the business.

Powerhouse Restoration is a 5 STAR COMPANY that we recommend to anyone!!! We had a disastrous flood, which would have caused hazardous long term damage if it were not for Powerhouse Restoration and their team. Within hours of my distress call, a team responded to my home, with not only top of the line equipment, but a professional, informative team. Powerhouse Restoration meticulously tested the areas effected making sure all areas were dry before the next step. They cleaned up every inch of the house prior to leaving during each step of the job, this included ; drywall , mold remediation, painting , sealing off areas for me to work safely and children to play. They relocated my items for me during the move without hiring an outsourced person or adding expenses and even moved them back for me!! Powerhouse Restoration took the time to sit down with my family and explain the options we had, and executed them with not only timely but incredibly professional team members from START TO FINISH! Even after the construction was completed they had their employees reattaching 13 ft. Curtains better than they were initially hung! This company is incredible and I will continue to recommend and personally use for all of there services!

This company is a scamming organization that Starts an insurance claim process, collects money from the insurance, and refuse to do the work. Maximum Recovery and Powerhouse Restoration collcted over $250000 from my church's insurance company and refused to do the job This is a terrible experience from a terrible company. Will sue

I can't say enough good things about this company. They came after hours almost immediately after the incident to make sure everything was ok and safe for my family. The response time blew me away.

They took care of everything with the house insurance and house repairs too. Such a relief to not have to play phone tag with the insurance. Our pm Nate was super nice and kept us informed of every step. Somehow they managed to find a outcome everyone was happy with.

So very happy with this company. They were awesome in a time of crisis.

I work in a large company and they have worked on several of my co-workers and neighbors.. Top shelf work, outstanding follow through and they do most of the work for the Insurance money. Every one here is so please—most of us have new roofs with TIMBERLINE Shingles, lifetime warrantees and a lot of us got our interiors redone where there were leaks..

Started out great then the communication was not so good between one of guys who came out to inspect the damages. But then Peter came in and took over he was very communicative. And the workers came in and did the job, I’m happy with the job they did.

Great work very reliable, dealt with of all the insurance needs and resolve the problem in a reasonable time highly recommend them

Powerhouse Restoration totally put my mind to ease quickly let alone my theater in the basement.
They did everything from pumping out the flooded water from a burst pipe, removing molding , carpet , drywall , and more to putting it all back. They do the complete job. No worries on who will do each thing. They did it all. I was referred by a friend but thought they deserved a review. This was awful thing that happened and awful to go through. If it happens to you be smart and call these guys. They had everything back in 3 weeks. New drywall , moldings , paint , carpet , and more.

Made an appointment to come check out some water damage from leaking bathtub. Appointment was scheduled for 4 pm on a Friday. Got a call at 4:25 from Glen saying he couldn't make it today, would have to reschedule for Monday. I expressed some disappointment as I had taken work off for the appointment, as well as the urgency of a leaking tub. He told me he'd call me back within an hour about possible Saturday appointment but he literally never called me back (this was one week ago). Went with someone else who came out within 45 min of calling. Wouldn't recommend Powerhouse.
