A huge 'shout out' to Justin Cate, owner of Power House Exteriors and his stellar crew. I was dreading having my roof replaced. Why? Because I'm psychic and I knew one of the crew was going to fall through my ceiling! Well, that didn't happen; what did happen was I met with Justin and he walked me through the estimate step-by-step going over materials, costs and labor. Justin's knowledge on roofs is impressive and it shows. The other 3 estimates left me with lots of questions. Two technicians didn't even go up on the roof; one guy didn't bring a ladder; and another one told me there were 3 layers of shingles and the labor costs for removal would be expensive. I am thrilled with my new roof! It's Iike buying a ticket in the economy section but the flight is overnooked and at the last second you get upgraded to First Class!!
Plus, I made a new friend.

If you need your roof inspected or even just need a roofer as a number to call when you need them this is the one I would pick!

These guys are absolute pros. They were able to get me on the schedule within a week of contracting with them and completely rebuild my roof in less then 2 days. All this for a fair price and top notch quality. Couldn't be happier with how the roof turned out!

In March of this year, we had water coming into my son's bedroom. When I called to have them come out and look at it, he came over immediately and strapped down a tarp to protect the house, and worked with both myself and my insurance company and helped me with the process of understanding everything. When it came time to do the work, he came within 50 dollars of how much he quoted for the original cost. Not only did they repair the whole roof (including the decking), but they did it within two days. When they were done, they left my yard and property cleaner than it was when they got there. Highly recommend!

I found this business through Househappy. It was the first time I used either this business or Househappy. On the bid, he stated he would take care to not disturb the plants ( which addressed a concern I was not aware I had). He was also less expensive than the other bids. He communicated clearly and considered my potential concerns throughout. I was not even home when it was done, but he sent pictures of the squeaky clean gutters, and “ took the liberty” of cleaning my patio cover while he was up there. I never met him, but the interaction was, nevertheless, professional.

Power House Exteriors did a fabulous job on my roof. The roof was done in one day. Cleanup was thorough. the service was great and above all my roof looks good. I have no reservations in recommending them for other jobs. Justin is easy to work with and no high pressure sales tactics were used.

He worked with insurance adjustors to point out the damage caused to our roof from various windstorms and if it wasn't for him I don't think our insurance would have helped cover the cost to completely re-shingle our roof. He did a thorough job explaining our options for replacement and offered some great upgrades - something to protect against ice dams in the winter and ridge venting - but didn't make us feel pressured at all to make the additional purchase. He was incredibly friendly and delivered prompt, quality service.
