Only reason I didn't rate 5-stars is Powell's doesn't have as much inventory as the other stores...
I wish I would have went to Powell's before buying elsewhere.

Powell Building Supply is competitively priced with Home Depot and Lowes in most items. Staff is helpful to provide ideas to customers. Only reason I didn't rate 5-stars is Powell's doesn't have as much inventory as the other stores mentioned above...but are convient / closer than "big city" stores.

I got 2x6's here for $12 each. Helluva deal considering the price of lumber and everything else lately. Yesterday i bought 2 12' 4x4's somewhere else and paid $55. I wish i would have went to Powell's
