Today they were very helpful. We knew what we needed and they helped us find it all and fast. Very pleasant.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store is well supplied and very organized as well as clean. They also offer propane fill-up which is a must when full time RV-ing.

Are you a contractor? Think twice about doing business here. My husband owns a small carpentry business and has been loyal to this company since he started. He placed over 15000.00 order with them to be jerked around on delivery day spending the entire day waiting for delivery. He was told he would be second delivery of the day. He called multiple times to see where the delivery was to be told they are in the way. It shield be there soon etc. Delivery was expected at 10:30 didn't get there until 3. Asked the driver if this was second delivery to be told it was 5th delivery. The driver said he had to go and pick this delivery up about 2 at Poulins. Well that is not where it ended. Half the deck boards that were needed for the job came. Upon noticing this my husband looked at the order sheet to realize they didn't charge or order the amount that was needed and asked for. The person that took the order placed it for the wrong amount. .y husband ordered the rest but would now be out the 2300.00 they cost as he had already given the total to the home owner and she refused to pay more. Yes my husband should have noticed this but had done tons of business with POULINS and never had that happen before. Last but not least...The order was still incomplete by 1000.00 dollars worth of boards that were paid for. Still doesn't have them! What was asked of Poulins to keep him as a customer for all this loss of time, multiple calls to them and more then 100,000 dollars worth the business was to give him the deck boards at cost. This was more then fair to keep him as a customer. The answer was NO!!! Wow Poulin lumber you truly don't care about this small business owner! Lesson learned the very very hard way. We no longer will used this company. It's truly too bad this could have been resolved with no money actually lost by them. But don't worry the error cost my husband 2300.00. Seems fair! Not!!
