I'm a regular, and I have almost never had trouble finding the part(s) I need for a job, whether it is plumbing, electrical, or general construction. The employees are helpful too, and will quickly ask if you need anything.

The lumber setup is unusual but effective. You say what you need at the counter, pay, and then take the receipt and drive into the lumber yard behind the store. Several large warehouses (marked 'A' to 'E') have all the supplies you need, and when you drive to the building you need to get to (and they'll tell you when you pay) a worker will be waiting to help you find and load your materials.
