Matt came out today to help my grandma pick out a roof and gutters he was extremely helpful and kind. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Matt and another sales person from Porter Roofing came out this evening to inspect my house for storm damage on northside of Indianapolis. After spending nearly an hour inspecting they found some damage. However, he said the damage would not be enough to support a claim. After that they spent time to give me valuable information. I really appreciate their honest opinion! Please give them a chance if you see them out and about!

Ben Wilkinson came to my home after a spring storm to discuss damages to my home. He took the time and put in the effort to align all parties who needed to be involved to make the decisions for the repair. He has remained in contact with me until the very end. He is dedicated to his customers and makes sure all your questions get answered.

Had Keith come out and do an inspection on my grandmother’s roof. Really appreciated how honest he was and not trying to sell us anything we didn’t need! Definitely will have him come back for an inspection next year!

Roger at Porter Roofing was great. Came by and let me know they were doing free inspections, no strings attached. Got up on my roof, took some pictures and pointed out some areas that I need to keep an eye on. Sent me all the pictures too! Well worth the $0 I spent having them check things out for me.

Ben Wilkinson at Porter Roofing has been phenomenal. We initially had another roofing company inspect our roof and were left feeling like they didn’t do a thorough job. Then Ben came out and told me he’d take care of us and he did not lie. He found serious weather damage and walked us through filing a claim with insurance. He didn’t stop there though and kept constant contact with us throughout the process even when we went back and forth picking a roof color. I would recommend Ben 10 out of 10 times.

Porter was recommended by a friend. My 78 year old mother’s roof had hail damage. The staff and crew were polite, respectful, caring and friendly. They cleaned everything up, were fair on pricing and worked great with her insurance company. Would 100% recommend and will use them in the future if I have to based on the experience and treatment of my mom’s roof replacement.

Craig and Tyler were incredible throughout our roofing project after a hail storm. They consistently communicated with us and worked tirelessly with State Farm to help us secure the right coverage. Absolutely terrible PR. Going door to door in Pendleton without a permit. The woman that came to our door was extremely rude to my wife. It says a lot about your company if you have to go door to door to drum up business. I'd live in a tent before I let these clowns replace my roof.

Company’s out blatantly disregarding neighborhood “no soliciting” signs and door to door guy instead of just leaving when informed of them wanted to argue and get smart with me over it. (Turns out it absolutely IS still soliciting even if you’re “just trying to sign people up for inspections,” bub). Highly recommend everyone stay away.

We couldn't be any happier with Porter Roofing and Restoration. We had an issue with ice damming causing a leak from our roof into our garage. The Porter Roofing team came out and inspected our roof. They quickly found and repaired the issue. Additionally, they did an entire roof inspection to determine if the roof needed to be replaced. They stated that the roof was still in good shape and would not need to be replaced at this time.

I am very pleased with the honesty of Porter Roofing. I live in an unconventional industrial looking house and I had a roof leak discovered a day before Christmas and Porter sent someone out immediately a couple of days later to review it, discuss with us and take photos. After careful discussion with the owner, the tech contacted me to recommend a qualified commercial roofer that has experience with my home’s construction to do the work. I appreciate Porter having the honesty to not bite off more than they can chew and for recommending a good contractor to me.

My experience with Porter Roofing was excellent. A thunderstorm/hail storm caused a hole in my roof. I contacted three different roofing contractors for estimates. After meeting with the rep from Porter Roofing i decided they wete the company i wanted to replace my roof. Their crew came and replaced my roof within 24 hours after i called them to tell them i wanted them to do the job. I also had two places inside my home that had ceiling damage due to the hail damage and Tyler and his crew came and did an excellent job in restoring the areas back to their original condition. The crews that worked on the roof and the ceilings were professional and polite and cleaned up every scrap of material that was removed due to the storm damage. I am very satisfied with the work performed and highly recommend Porter Roofing. Top notch company that does top notch service. Thank you Jesse Porter.

Had a great experience with Tyler Littlejohn at Porter Roofing! He was able to help to get my new roof and gutters covered through my insurance for hail and wind damage. LOVING MY NEW ROOF COLOR! They were very careful with my clean up since I have a new little puppy that loves to chew on everything he can find in the yard. They cleaned up the back yard and he did a extra walk around to check for nails and debris to keep my little guy safe. Thank you to all they guys that worked so hard on my job. Couldn’t be happier with our experience. Tyler was great to work with, coordinated well with our insurance company and got our hail-damaged roof and gutters replaced quickly and well. When we had a scheduling problem on our end, they worked with us to get things done at our convenience. Great people to work with.

Candidly, I would not call my experience with Porter a smooth one.
But, in the end they made everything right.
There was a time when this would have been a one star review. They had some serious staff turnover issues and I had more reps than I can recall - most of which were awful.

But Alan - you were great to work with and actually got stuff done, and quickly. You single handedly made this a 5-star review, and Porter better fight like hell to keep you around. They need more like you!

I would recommend Porter roofing without any hesitation. We were selling our home and needed it replaced rather quickly. They were able to get it dine before we listed our house . The crew that came were fast efficient and cleaned up so well you wouldn't have known we had any work done !!!!!!!!! Very impressed. The people in the office I spoke to were very nice to deal with as well.

When I first talked to Porter about a roof replacement for our rental property, they gave me excellent advice on the best insurance carrier and policy. I was able to switch policies and a couple years later, we had a storm that damaged the roof. Because we had the right policy in place, we got everything covered we needed done without any hassle. They have replaced a bunch of roofs in our neighborhood and every project is done really quickly with white glove clean up perfection. I know when the time comes for our home roof replacement, it'll be an easy call to Porter to schedule the job and the rest will be taken care of. They are a real pleasure to work with!

The owner, Jesse, was heavily involved from start to finish during our process and answered any questions or concerns we had immediately. The work was done timely and quickly, and we love our new roof, gutters, and garage doors! I've recommended them to many friends and family members and will continue to do so!

I would strongly advise against utilizing the services of Porter Roofing for any purpose. My personal experience with the company was highly unsatisfactory. During the installation of a new roof in my residence, the workers from Porter Roofing caused significant damage to both my AC lines and AC unit. However, when confronted with the issue, they adamantly refused to take responsibility for the damages and denied any obligation to compensate me for the repairs.

What aggravated the situation even further was the prolonged period of uncertainty that followed. I was left waiting for five days as Porter Roofing deliberated whether or not they would assume financial responsibility for the damages caused by their workers. This prolonged delay demonstrated a lack of professionalism and a disregard for customer satisfaction.

Given these circumstances, I strongly caution against engaging the services of Porter Roofing. Their negligence in damaging my AC system, coupled with their subsequent denial of liability and extended delay in resolving the matter, indicate a company that lacks integrity and fails to prioritize customer well-being.

I had a great experience working with Porter Roofing on a full roof and gutter replacement after hail damage. Grant Saylor was excellent to work with and very professional throughout the entire process. I would utilize their services again in the future.

Taylor came to my door one evening and ask if he could look at our roof for any possible hail damage. One of the best visitors I've ever had! Between him and the adjuster who showed up the next day,the ball was rolling.Taylor told me when to expect the workers. At 7:00 a.m. the morning the work started there were 12 workers, which included two females, and they looked like they were attacking my house! I worked in the construction industry for 47 years and I've seen a lot of roofers at work from time to time but I've never seen a crew that were more organized and a skilled as these people were. Taylor said they were good at what they did but I had no idea it would go as well as it did. Your company is a top-notch outfit as far as I'm concerned and Taylor is a very nice man and he knows his line of work very well!
The gutter man and his wife showed up two days later and it was more of the same. A very professional job was done by all. I really appreciate how everything was handled without a hitch!

From start to finish they guys did an amazing job. Grant knocked on my door and had a very helpful and pleasant conversation with me not pushy at alI knew these guys would do a great job. Chase then promptly followed up and we’re able to get the job scheduled in a timeline that fit in with some of the other projects I had going on. Due to weather issues we had to delay my project by a day but I was informed promptly and they were able to get out the next two days and knock it out. I highly recommend working with this team for you next roofing project.

Jack Anderson of Porter is a marvel. He advocated with my insurance company after my house (roof, skylights, gutters) suffered storm damage, and all that was covered. He then served as essentially a contractor for the work through the nine-month process. He’s communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I recommend Porter highly!

I had a new roof installed on my house by a company that was unfortunately rather careless on their job, so I called in Chase to do an inspection, and I was very pleased with what a thorough and professional job he did at documenting all of the issues and producing a report with ample photos and captions to provide as evidence. I highly recommend him and his company for roofing work because it is obvious that he takes pride in his work.

A neighbor referred me to Porter Roofing, as many folks around us had recent hail damage. Grant came out promptly and confirmed I had damage to my roof. First, Grant is a super nice and friendly guy. Second, he/Porter were persistent with my insurance company's adjuster, who was not adequately responsive. Third, the insurance company gave about a one-month deadline for the new roof to be completed, and Porter made it happen. Finally, I recommended Grant and Porter Roofing to other neighbors because they were great to work with.

We got the roof, gutters, and siding work approved and Ian and Brian did most of the heavy lifting over a 5 month process working with our insurance company (who were quite difficult to get ahold of and work with). I appreciated the service from Porter from the initial communication with Jamie. We had previous companies check our roof but Jamie made me feel confident he would be on our side if our insurance would initially not want to cover the roof repair. Porter/Jamie came and took a ton of pictures and was there also when our insurance representative was on site to take pictures and assess. Throughout this process Jamie was very responsive and helped with all of our questions. Once our roof was approved Jamie was helpful with the payment questions and also with the scheduling of the new roof. On the day of the new roof the crew was very respectful with our landscape and decorations. They were moved so as not to have any damage. I also saw Jamie come to the house of the day of the new roof install to verify everything was going well. The roof looks amazing and the roof install crew did a fantastic job of cleaning up after the messy roof. I cannot say anything but positive things about this whole process with Porter Roofing. I don't typically enjoy door to door encounters, however this one came with a new roof. Jack, from Porter, was going around door to door in my area, with date information about a specific storm that brought hail to the area. He asked us if we would want him to take a look at our roof to see if there was any hail damage that we might use as a reason to have the insurance company fund a new roof. He discovered that our roof was badly damaged from hail and with pure enthusiasm, he told me he was sure he could get us a new roof. Within minutes he was leading a call with my insurance adjuster with all of the information he needed. Meanwhile, he coached me through my minimal talking points to make this as easy as possible for me. In the end, I was impressed with Jack and the Porter team from my first impression down to the final inspection after our installation. Our roof, gutters, and house look amazing!

On a personal note, my son died from cancer between the time that we answered the knock on our door and the day that the roof was installed. Jack was one of the most empathetic individuals my wife and I have honestly ever met. Jack and the Porter team showed us so much patience and care allowing us to move the install date a couple of different times. This team is A++ and I would personally run across the desert in the middle of summer if Jack needed me to.

My roof had significant hail damage and Porter Roofing & Restoration took care of the entire project with absolutely perfect results. They did great work, were very careful and took care of the whole thing without me having to really get involved at all. I was pleasantly surprised at how convenient the entire process was. We had a tree come down on our roof and Porter Roofing was recommended to us by a friend. Jesse was extremely easy to work with and helped us navigate through filing our insurance claim. He came out to meet with the insurance inspector before hand. They did a great job replacing our roof and it looks fantastic! Since we were doing the roof, we decided to go ahead and upgrade to new gutters, which they took care of as well. Excellent company to work with!

Very professional! Dylan inspected our roof and observed wind and hail damage. He met our insurance adjuster onsite and made sure they noted all the damage he identified. Chase and Hugo and their team were responsive and patient with all requests. The customers vision was always their end goal. They had a lot of work to do with roof replacement and multiple skylight glass to replace. They were honest in their assessment and recommendations that the gutters did not need to be fully replaced given their condition. I felt the money spent between the Insurance coverage and our out of pocket was spent as though it was out of their own. The result was a higher quality shingle and overall improved look to our home. We could not be happier!
